First and foremost the communication between this company's manager was clear and timely and I have no complaints there. He went above and beyond answering all of my questions beforehand in the most respectful manner. Communication along with the professionalism of the website are why I chose this company. There really were no issues until after the cleaning and I did my own inspection only to find that there were SO MANY spots missed and left dirty. Their policy states that their team can come back within 3 days and clean areas that were missed but there were so many and it just felt easier and faster to clean everything myself instead of trying to coordinate another day and time for them to come back and clean things that should've been cleaned the first time around. This was the most annoying part; after a 'deep clean', I spent more time doing my own deep clean. It just defeated the whole purpose of paying for this service. Anyway, I texted the manager the pictures and he offered a $50 discount. This whole experience was just so disappointing and I feel like I wasted money.

When my husband reminded them about the windows before they left, it was wiped quickly with a cloth rather than properly cleaned, which felt a bit rushed. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off. Overall, the areas they did clean were done pretty well, and I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings in our home. The company sent me a detailed checklist outlining what would be included, but many of those items were not completed. Even the trash was not taken out, despite trash removal being listed as part of the service. There was still trash left in the trash cans and underneath the couch. I also found dirt and debris underneath the couch that clearly had not been cleaned. The inside of the refrigerator and the cabinets were also not cleaned, even though I understood those areas to be included in the detailed cleaning I purchased. The bathroom was one of the main areas I specifically asked to be detailed, and even that was not completed to the standard I expected. There were still areas with visible dirt and buildup. The bedroom also required very little cleaning, yet it did not appear that the detailed services were actually performed there either. I was home during the cleaning, so I personally observed that some of these areas were not being addressed. That is particularly frustrating because the service was marketed as a detailed cleaning, not simply a quick surface-level cleaning. If you are going to charge nearly $300 to clean a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom, the services advertised should actually be completed accordingly. When I contacted them about the issues, I was offered the option of having someone come back and redo the cleaning. I declined because I am not comfortable having someone else return, and I cannot afford to take another afternoon off to accommodate another cleaning appointment. I requested a partial refund instead because I paid for services that were not fully provided. I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing exactly what is included in the service before booking and making sure you document the condition of your home afterward.
