The place was packed, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building and the customers were growing impatient waiting for their orders. We got in line and waited to place our order wondering if we made a mistake. It wasn't a very long wait until we were ablet to place our orders and even though Andy's was as busy as it was, the gentleman that took our order was really nice and patient. Long story but in the end that same gentleman singlehandedly finished taking orders, jumped into the back and caught all of the walk up orders up by hustling back and forth. There were three people working the drive thru and he, alone, was taking orders and filling them. I wish I had his name to give him the proper props. There was a long wait but given the hustle of this one employee I was okay with the wait. I ordered the triple chocolate concrete. They were out of cookie dough so I substituted for brownie. Overall it was a good choice for chocolate lovers. The ice cream is very smooth and their is not shortage of cookie dough or chocolate chips. Overall, a great place for a twist on ice cream. Great location and I will say this could have been a horrible experience had it not been for that one employee.

She went and swapped it out. I gave it to my daughter, who said, "Yeah, that's a medium." I was livid. Why was it so hard to order ice cream? I didn't have a receipt, so I couldn't check to see what was rung up. I parked and went to the counter to find out what was going on. It turned out I paid for a kid cup. I wasn't about to give that shop any more money and I was seriously frustrated that I gave a tip. I did ask if a hearing screening was required to work there because "medium" and "kids" sound very different, so do "cup" and "cone," not to mention "peach" and "strawberry."
