Owner is also very kind - was open and direct telling me to save time and money when I had requested cat's eye on my toes and said to just use chrome as my toenails were so tiny. LOL. QUALITY: My first time there, I was the happiest I'd been about how nice my nails turned out in YEARS! It was a pink chrome with French tips and looked so elegant! Received so many compliments at the wedding I attended and for weeks after. AND, due to crazy schedule I didn't get back to them for 4 weeks and both nails and toes still looked great, no chips - just a bit grown out, of course. Went back last Friday and could not be happier with my pink cats eye nails...WOW!! They're mesmerizing! Now, it has been a little time consuming when I go - but they make it worth the wait. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my time at the salon. The attention to detail is on point! They do not rush trying to finish and really take the time to ensure that the end product is what the customer wants. I usually get both a pedicure and a manicure, both are priced decently. I'm extremely particular and I have sensitive nail beds, so finding someone I can actually commit to has always been a challenge. Lori changed that completely. She really listened to me, took her time, and was so careful with my sensitive nail beds that I had ZERO pain which is a first for me. I walked out feeling like I was in good hands the entire time. This place has really gone downhill. I've been coming for about a year but my last few services just got worse and worse to where I refuse to come back. 3rd to last appt - I came at a busy time and felt like my nails were really rushed so I decided to try coming on a different day. 2nd to last appt - I got a gel pedicure and there were bubbles and the customer service felt rushed. She did a very basic job. She barely did any work on my nails before starting powder and didnt even buff down the powder. No massage either. I was charged $50 for this and I would not pay more than $30 max for something like this. After i expressed concern that $50 is a lot especially for no acrylic nails and just painting my nails .... she started talking in Vietnamese to her coworker ( most likely talking crap lol ). I usually go to Kate or Nikki, but I've also had my nails done by Betty and Amy as well. You can tell that everyone here is very thorough and don't rush and my sets last for a long time and personally, I've never experienced any nails breaking or have been dissatisfied with the service or results. I also love that I don't feel pressured for a certain service or style like I have at other salons and they've even recommended certain colors or add-ons to enhance the vision I'm going for - whether it be a slightly different color to prevent fading or a color that might pop better against my skin. I'm not usually a design girly but here I feel like I can trust Kate and Nikki to try something different that maybe I don't have a specific vision for. I'm not one for super long nails either but the short almond suits my nail beds really well and because of how the staff does my nails, I feel like it isn't bothersome until I need to get a new set. The aesthetic of the salon is super clean and bright, making it feel relaxing and luxurious at the same time. I also feel like the price is pretty reasonable compared to what I've heard other salons charging. Since I started going here I have not regretted it and definitely recommend.
