She listened to my requests and checked in to ensure I liked what she was doing, before moving forward with all nails. Owner is also very kind - was open and direct telling me to save time and money when I had requested cat's eye on my toes and said to just use chrome as my toenails were so tiny. LOL. Do NOT sleep on that Vietnamese coffee if they offer it to you! It's absolutely delicious! I'd go back for that alone! QUALITY: My first time there, I was the happiest I'd been about how nice my nails turned out in YEARS! It was a pink chrome with French tips and looked so elegant! Received so many compliments at the wedding I attended and for weeks after. AND, due to crazy schedule I didn't get back to them for 4 weeks and both nails and toes still looked great, no chips - just a bit grown out, of course. Went back last Friday and could not be happier with my pink cats eye nails...WOW!! They're mesmerizing! Now, it has been a little time consuming when I go - but they make it worth the wait. I've been here twice and I've had the same issues. The chipping is ridiculous. First time, it was a pedicure and the gel polish came off of 4/10 toes. But it's still winter so it didn't bother me so much. Service has always been great. The place is really clean, quiet, safe. The second time, I got a gel mani-pedi. I overheard another girl said she is laying off the mani because it always chips. I don't blame her. This is ridiculous. I got it Tuesday 3/24 and it's Saturday 3/28 and my mani is chipped! This nail salon used to be very nice. They provided good service in a clean, spacious, and welcoming environment. Unfortunately, the quality of their service has gone downhill lately. Whenever customers mention that something went wrong, the salon tends to dismiss concerns and insist the customer is at fault. Instead of acknowledging mistakes and addressing complaints, they often make excuses to justify their actions. I am very upset and disappointed with how this nail salon is running its business. I have been a loyal customer, but I recently had a very unpleasant experience. I sustained an injury at this salon during a pedicure in August. I did not notice the visible damage to my toenails until my next pedicure in September. I sought medical evaluation, and my doctor diagnosed me with onycholysis (nail separation) caused by trauma from the pedicure. This results from mechanical trauma to the nail plate, where instruments are used too aggressively under the nail, weakening the bond between the nail and the nail bed. I communicated this matter with the manager to inform her of the incident. What matters to me is that the issue is acknowledged and that steps are taken to ensure this does not happen to another customer. I believe a sincere apology would go a long way. I have been a paying customer and came to this salon expecting safe and professional service. However, the owner has refused to acknowledge the issue and sided with her staff, attempting to place the responsibility on me despite the doctor's diagnosis. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism in any of the nail salon establishments in the past. Sadly, this means the salon has lost a loyal customer for good. read more

For someone who was once afraid to get manicures and pedicures, the technicians here made me feel so comfortable, offering coffee and tea the moment that I walked in. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my time at the salon. The attention to detail is on point! They do not rush trying to finish and really take the time to ensure that the end product is what the customer wants. I usually get both a pedicure and a manicure, both are priced decently. First time coming and it won't be my last! I went here with two of my friends - we had reservations on Sunday at 10am and they were ready for us when we arrived. Parking and location was easy to find, all the workers were very attentive, and they made us feel welcomed. We all did normal pedicures and got our manis/full sets done too Mimi worked on my nails and she was quick but also so precise! This review is specifically about their poor customer service and lack of respect for people's time. I made an 8:30am appointment for last Saturday morning 2/28/26 and even called the day before to confirm. When I arrived on time, the 2 ladies barely acknowledged me. One technician was already with a client, and another technician was setting up a station for someone who arrived after me. After 10 minutes or so, I was approached by one of the workers and was told "10 more minutes" and that supposedly another worker was on their way. I asked if they would be there before 9am (which was 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time) and she reassured me that they were "almost there." I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was highly disappointed. Once it was 9am, I left and went somewhere else. Scheduling mistakes happen, but being told to keep waiting when that clearly wasn't the case was frustrating and a waste of time. I am a mom of 3 young kids so finding a babysitter requires a lot of coordination. A few things to note before going here. They don't take appointment. Only walk in. Also limited staff. But parking is spacious. Payment is cash, venmo and zelle. If you use credit card they will charge you and additional 3%. I know there is a Yelp check in for 10% off for first time. Very odd I was told I can only do the 10% off only for cash as the business has a set amount it needs to cover... why would you take from your staff. But after my friend pay cash they gave us both 10% off. I called on Friday to book an appointment for Sunday at 3pm. This place is super convenient and had great Yelp reviews, so I was really excited to try it, but ended up disappointed. My nail tech (Helen) seemed to know what she was doing, but she hurried through my service and made careless errors. She sliced open 4 of my fingers while filing the edges of my nails (3 of which are on the same hand - ouch!), made my nails square even though I asked for round, and filed my nails so short that on some of my fingers, you can see my fingertip poking out over the top of the nail. There are also inconsistencies in her work - one of my thumbnails is filed at a slight diagonal, the white in my French tip isn't rounded properly on my pinky, etc. I hate confrontation and was uncomfortable asking for more work on my hands after the rush job/cuts, so I still tipped on the $108 total for my gel mani-pedi with French tips (not cheap!) and told her everything looked OK when she asked. If I go back, though, I'd ask for a different technician. The salon itself has a really nice, upscale vibe, and allowing us to pick a scent for our service was a cool touch. I'm so excited that this nail salon opened right next to where my daughter takes art classes. I've never been one to get my nails done but this location makes it easy for me to go while my kid is in class. So today I showed Trudy pictures of what I wanted and asked her if it was okay that I wanted short nails. She said yes. But when it came down to the length, she not only wouldn't cut them shorter but every nail is a different shape and length. I want to cry. I paid $90 for lop sided different length nails. And she also wouldn't do a 2nd coat. Which is usually custom, right? I can also see through half of my nails and the other ones are painted horribly to.
