Beautiful quality ladies clothing and shoes with honest pricing. I found a gorgeous pair of mules not possible to live without and Andrea made it possible. Great items in clothing, belts, jewelry, handbags and even household items, all very unique and not commonly found in most stores. Small booth at the SF Flower and Garden show...drawn in by the beautiful bright colors of spring flowers he had inside of his work...we couldn't tell what was better showcased, his masterpiece glass and wire creations or the flowers who were surely honored to be included in the visual tableau. I guess I would describe it as bubbled glassed and wired art. Not very succinct or poetic right? I've only had one cup of coffee, cut me some slack!! It was beautiful to look at, and it works perfectly in our electic home decor environment too...the bubbled recycled glass is modern yet the wire that twines around gives it that bit of old-fashioned french country flair. In the meantime, it makes a great island warmer. I walked out with one goodie and my Mom walked out with two. It was so hard not to take more, but you are only as good as what you can carry out at these types of events. What also was a real pleasure was Michael K himself. He handcrafts everything, and you can tell he absolutely loves what he does. Such a passion for his work, he wants to tell you all about it and show off pieces that have been showcased in recent magazines or have been purchased by illustrious clients. Even though he seemed surprised by his budding success...we were not. We loved the pieces and enjoyed the man who creates them..it is easy to see how he excels at what he does. Affordable prices for the work & wonderful customer service, we said we'd be back, and he said he would gladly hold the piece I was looking at. When we returned, he already had it wrapped and ready to go...I just had to pay. What a gem. I'll be back for more once I have a bigger house--that elegant magazine rack is so calling my name.

So we spotted at this…read moreshopping center in Paso Robles and the Ross within it; it was visible from the freeway and easy enough to maneuver to get to. On the outside, it looked like a typical Ross. Ross built inside a shopping center with connecting buildings. Same typical signage. When walking in, a cashier greeted us from afar. Faceless ventriloquy of a cheerfully voiced greeting. The vibe was safe and inviting. The shop layout was also typical Ross as well. Plain utilitarian no design concept. The quantity of inventory was better than the inventory of most Ross' in the Sacramento area. But not being a local, just don't know if I hit it on a restocking day or if it's the norm. If it is, that's awesome. Anyway, the Hubs didn't find a golf belt that was the right width he was looking for. I on the other hand, found quite a lot that caught my eye (houseware decor, kitchenware, and clothes). But I impressed myself with full on restraint.
