I was referred to Cardinal Distributors in 2002, when I first bought my house. They laid carpet in all 4 rooms and the hallway. Great job, great staff Terry and crew. Then again around 2009 I decided to re-decorate. I brought Chris a sample of what I was looking for and he was able to get exactly what I wanted and Terry and his crew did and excellent job laying the carpeting. In 2018 I decided to put vinyl flooring in the kitchen. I spent days driving around looking at samples and bringing them home and then I remembered Chris and the staff at Cardinal distributors. I don't why I didn't go to Chris at Cardinal distributors in the first place. Chris and Adam where always available and provided excellent customer service. I purchased vinyl flooring and had a minor issue, that was my fault. But Chris went above and beyond to help resolve the issue by repairing the vinyl. I now love, love, love my vinyl kitchen floor and decided to carpet the two bedrooms and hallway..I feel like I moved into a new house. I have used Cardinal distributors 3 times in the past 2 years at my home. (Once I purchased directly through them, and other 2 times I have purchased and had Cardinal install.) I have gone instore to feel and test out carpets, as well as discussed hardwood floors through email and over the phone. (This allowed us to send photos back and forth). Each experience has been great! Emails are quickly responded to. During COVID19, wood samples were sent in the mail to verify that the colors and style would match the existing hardword in the house. Installers showed up in masks and gloves and kept their distance while completing the install. All the flooring (carpet and hardwoods) that I have purchased from Cardinal distributors looks greats and has held up amazingly! I am glad we went with Cardinal. Great people to work with, and reasonable prices, better than those box stores. Selecting a carpet was a breeze, I was even told to take the samples home if I was not sure of what I wanted. Chris called to confirm our installation date and that everything was in order, he sent me an invoice through email, very professional. We needed to replace our entire upstairs flooring to sell our home of 36yrs and we didnt want to spend a lot of money doing it. Generally, their prices are 1/3 less than anyone else and their installer that did a property today has been with them for 40 years.
