His quote was incredibly fair, but he first needed to test the carpets for color fastness to make sure they'd hold the dye. Leslie called us the following evening and let us know that the carpets would not hold the dye. Although we didn't end up doing business with him, we would certainly use JCCC and Leslie for carpet cleaning!

I actually would have loved to give Richard a 5-star rating here because he was fast, on time, did a good job at getting stains out, and seemed like a genuinely nice guy. However, once the new tenants moved into the place, they vacuumed and picked up a bunch of pet hair and wanted it recleaned. I checked with Richard and he said that the carpet is in bad condition and there's nothing else he can do (which he already told me earlier, so that was fine). To which I responded that I would give him the landlord's number in case they want to rebook another cleaning (and because they're claiming I didn't get it professionally cleaned) and he responded with "Well the truth is I don't have anything to talk about with them, that's your issue." The tenants are claiming that I didn't have professional cleaning done, even though I did through Richard, so I do think it's also his issue. Regardless, that was such an unprofessional and rude response. I wasn't even being rude to him either, I would be more understanding if I was being horrible, but I wasn't. Too bad because I would have continued to use his services.

After a not so good experience with another cleaning company a few years ago, Jesse politely came over to look at the repairs needed in my carpet and assess for a quote. Within the same day, I had a quote. To top that off, the quote was INCREDIBLY well priced. I actually thought he made a mistake! The price included stairs, which almost always seems to be a huge extra cost. I scheduled for the following week, and not only were Jesse and Omar on time, but they were so detailed. They stretched and fixed our carpets, took care of moving things around, and were so friendly and courteous. My little ones were very curious about all the gadgets and things, and both Jesse and Omar didn't mind one bit the babes watching them work. As usual, I referred to yelp and reached out to various cleaners from the area to compare estimates for upholstery cleaning. After speaking to 5 different companies, all with price points ranging from $80-$160 I decided to go with Coast 2 Coast Steam Cleaning. I specifically spoke with Roland and he gave me some details in regards to the cleaning process and type of equipment needed. He gave me an estimate for the cost of cleaning the couch and explained why it was that pricing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly so I decided to give his company a try. I initially scheduled an appointment for tomorrow but later asked if there was any way he could come today. I didn't want the pet urine to settle into the cushion of the couch and wanted to get it done right away. Roland was extremely accommodating and came a couple of hours later. When he arrived he was professional and set up his equipment right away. Unfortunately due to where I live (2nd floor condominium) there was no access to a water supply for the cleaning. However, Roland made it a point to look for other water supplies and found one near the pool. Once everything was set up he immediately started working. Roland went above and beyond to get the job done. He was efficient, courteous, and attentive. I found my new "go to" for future cleaning and will be sure to refer this company to family and friends.

While we didn't actually select this company, our leasing office booked the appointment for our carpets and I am thoroughly impressed. Professional. We did a little walk through, I showed him some trouble spots, and then he got his gear prepped and ready. When it came to the actually cleaning, he steamed the area first and then goes over it with the wet vac. He did the stairs, hallway, and 2 large bedrooms. It look just about on hour from start to finish (including prepping his gear and packing up to leave). The carpets look good as new and the price was affordable. While this service is not a big-name company and doesn't offer fancy extras (e.g. you gotta move things out of the way before hand on your own), I didn't mind - I just want the carpet clean and now they are! hah
