Tell the drivers they should drive like normal people while driving the work vans with the business logo plastered on the side and not like a road rager. Not good look for the company. Employee in the work van drove up the shoulder on the carpool lane on the 55N in Costa Mesa passing cars and cut in cutting me off super bad. Had to slam on my brakes with my kids in the car almost rear ending him.. Then he took off cutting in and out of the carpool lane trying to pass whoever wasn't going fast enough for him in the 30mph traffic. Driver is going to cause a serious crash if that's the way he drives normally. read more

I can't say my carpet cleaning experience was excellent. I reached out to Carpet Cleaning Excellent because I needed a small room cleaned along with a sofa and a loveseat. When Marvin told me he was done cleaning, I checked the room and realized that he hadn't cleaned under the bed and under the dresser. When I asked him why he neglected those areas, his response was that I hadn't mention it earlier. I was under the impression that when you want the room cleaned, you'll get the entire room cleaned not just a small portion. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with his incomplete work, he said he couldn't do anything because he had already packed his stuff. After my sofas were dried, I realized that the small stains that I wanted cleaned, and my main reason to clean my sofas, where still there. So in summary, I wouldn't say they are "excellent" especially not in making sure that the customer is 100% happy. This review is long over due but we have had Marvin come twice now to clean our couches. We picked them up as used (got a great deal and couldn't say no!) So we needed them cleaned asap. He had them looking almost new! Marvin did a fantastic job for a great price. Very friendly and communicates well. He let's me know when he is on his way and If he isn't able to be on time he tells me he will need about 20 mins or so (which is fine things happen you know) instead of having me waiting around wondering. Marvin showed up right on time and only charged $150 for my very dirty, stained carpet. It was not a large area but the carpet is old and white (not my choice... I rent). They did an amazing job! My carpets where so bad and they had a very bad pet/urine smell and they came in and made it all better. My carpets look 1000% better than when they got here and my apartment smells fresh and not like a pet store!
