They were affordable, flexible with scheduling, able to provide cleaning in an apartment (no road access), and got my sofa looking new again in about two hours. I highly recommend them for upholstery cleaning. -- Planning -- I contacted Carpet Cleaning Time through Yelp directly. They responded very quickly (about an hour) and were great at communicating with me through the entire process. They were able to schedule me (based on our mutual availability) in under a week. -- Service -- Carpet Cleaning Time helped me with some normal wear and tear and noticeable pet stains (which I was unable to get rid of myself with store bought cleaners) on a 10 foot feather sofa. They brought a portable cleaning machine ($20 extra) and their eco-friendly cleaners, requiring only water access to power. They were very professional throughout the whole process (wore shoe booties/covers and a mask). The technician was very friendly and social (I was working from home and had to be in the same room). They cleaned the sofa (both sides of all cushions and pillows + the couch frame itself) in about 2 hours and I'm very happy with the results.
