Carpet Cleaning and Water Restorations who knew? From the name of the business I thought they only did carpet cleaning. A few weeks ago I woke up to find that my whole home filtration cartridge sprung a leak and has apparently been spraying the on the wall of my garage over night. I've decided to call Carpet Solutions after a recommendation from a friend and after checking out the yelp reviews of this business, I wasn't sure if they would service the Santa Clarita area since it's a ways from Woodland hills. John the owner answered the phone promptly and was very knowledgable, professional, and informative as I had concerns of water damage to my walls and the possibility of the development of mold. He was able to come out the same day to assess the amount of damage with his hand held device and informed me that I was able to salvage the dry wall. He ended explaining the drying process and that he was going to setting up a dehumidifier and a few blowing machines to begin drying out the wall. After 2 full days of running the machines with John checking in between he came back out to check on the walls with his hand held device and told me that the wall was dry. All in all a great experience with John I am glad my buddy referred me to to him. read more

At first I was skeptical about using a company I didn't know much about but after reading the reviews I thought I would try the company out. First good sign was that the company arrived as the discussed. Far too often companies give a time and do not arrive as promised. This company spent time explaining what they were going to do and what extras I could add if I wanted to address the issues with my carpet related to pet stains. The carpet were cleaned and to my satisfaction and surprise!! I couldn't believe the walked in dirt could be cleaned. Carpet Solutions came highly recommended by a local Facebook group, and when I checked Yelp it had great reviews, so I decided to try them. The crew was amazing. Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in years, and the microfiber couch never. Every came out wonderful and looking brand new. The crew also cleaned some area rugs for me, including two wool rugs. Those cleaned up well and every thing that was polyester fiber dried fast. However, the wool rugs took longer to dry because it was cool and damp out and they were drying in the garage. I got a return call within an hour and was scheduled very quickly for a deep clean. I have two small daughters (ages 2 and 4) so one can imagine just how many stains there were on the cream colored carpet (the color was already chosen by previous owner).
