When the installer team came out, they did not replace the boards and told me new boards were unnecessary. I was still charged for the board replacements anyway. I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

We didn't have a strong idea of what we wanted, and as such, he was able to give us options with broad strokes, that helped shape what we wanted our basement to look like. He was knowledgeable as far as being able present different prices, while being realistic on the quality. I appreciated that he simply presented options, instead of being pushy. Additionally, he made it clear why certain discounts were available (carpet stored onsight, older model, etc.) -Timeliness- We were able to get our carpet installed within a week, which was huge for us, as we didn't want to have to move things out of our basement. Also, Patrick was flexible with scheduling as both me and my wife were living/working in the city prior to installation. -Quality- The carpet looks amazing! They were great with providing samples, and working with the pictures we had taken to get the right color tones.
