The person that came out was knowledgeable but his communications was lacking and when I checked his contractors license it had expired. He had an explanation that he was a partner in a business and he was bonded with them. However none of his paperwork reflected a current license, so it was a no go with him. I decided to get a bid from the store to install the floors. They came out measured and said the quote would be ready that afternoon and someone would call. They never called or followed up. Their floors seemed nice and they had a large selection but no one followed up so I moved on.
