After realizing the issue, I had to wait over a week for a replacement rim to arrive. When the rim finally came in and was installed, nobody bothered to mention that it did not match the other three rims already on my vehicle. I only discovered this myself after the work was completed. The pricing was also inconsistent. I was originally quoted $25 to swap the tire onto the rim, but when it came time to pay, I was charged $30 plus an additional $20 for a tire rotation. To make matters worse, the tire rotation was not even performed according to the standard tire rotation pattern. If you're paying for a service, it should at least be done correctly. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, poor communication, inaccurate recommendations, and unexpected charges made this a frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.
