I arranged for someone to pick it up from their yard, and when they arrived, they sent me photos showing the part was damaged and left outside the yard. I immediately called Chad, and he promised to resolve the issue the next day when he returned to work. However, after multiple follow-ups, Chad completely ignored me. The only reason I placed the order with him again was because they owed me a credit from a year ago and never refunded my money. On top of that, I spent $350 to have the part delivered. Ms. Simone was an immense help in helping me get my refund completed quickly (wrong part ordered by me) and most importantly obtaining a discontinued part (a rear windscreen for an 07 Kia Amanti) that was literally nowhere to be found in the U.S. but she managed to locate the only one available and arrange to have it shipped directly to my installers business in Augusta, GA. This was a six week ordeal and she was always pleasant and friendly to me every time I called or e-mailed her. These days it is rare to find someone who does what they say they are going to do and do so in a timely manner. She is a true asset to your company. My mother-in-law who is 85, was ecstatic to have her car back which made my wife extremely happy as she had become the chauffeur to her mother.

Have been working with this shop for a little while…read more I first started working with them in February of 2019 and they got my wiper motor fixed -- after a while, the part seemingly failed but they replaced it with no charge, which was kind of them despite the part itself failing not being their fault. I've since back back for misc tire maintenance, oil changes, inspections, etc and they do a standup job. Most recently, I got my annual inspection done here. My only complaint was I had no idea their waiting room was closed (due to covid) when I booked it, so I had to scramble to find someone to pick me up last minute. Also, I am not sure whether they inspected my tires carefully or put them up to pressure since one of my tires seems kind of low shortly after the service. Despite that, I have enjoyed my experiences here. I do wish communication was sometimes a tad better, but I think they do a good job and trust their opinions.

So much so I will never go there again unless it's something only covered under some of their extra warranties I purchased. One of the reasons for my disappointment, which was driving me insane, is that they provided NO explanation as to why one of my car features was not working according to what my owner's manual stated it should do. When I picked my car, I looked the woman dead in the eye and said "it says it right in the owner's manual!" And she just looked at me like "yea I don't care please leave". And no, I was not rude, I just wanted someone to listen to me and explain why it wasn't functioning. I tried calling 2 other dealerships and they did not answer the phone. Finally, this dealership took my call. They transferred me to service immediately, and then transferred me to Gary who was best equipped to answer my question. Gary took all of the time necessary to research why my car wasn't doing what the manual said it should do. He was patient and just as curious as I was! He figured it out at after looking up my VIN number and checking the code on the part. He explained it to me and even sent me an email so I could see for myself. Super nice, super professional, and plain old good at what he does. If this location wasn't 30 minutes away from me I would 100 percent come here for every single vehicle need based on this experience. These are my kind of people! And quite frankly, if I have another shotty body shop / service experience elsewhere .. I might just make the trip so I can go somewhere that gives me confidence! Thanks a million, Gary!! I showed up for my appointment on time and it took 3 employees and 10 minutes to find someone to help me and the other woman waiting with me for an appointment (the manager who set up the appointment with me was nowhere to be found despite confirming the appointment with me twice that day). It seemed like complete chaos. No one was to be found to help us despite several employees walking past us and multiple asking if we'd been helped, seeminglt gling to look for someone to help us. And then nothing happening. This happened 3 times before we finally had someone to help us. Luckily Brooks was fantastic in helping me out - he's the only reason this location receives any stars quite frankly. He was very professional and helpful in letting me test drive and helping me get a great deal.

The mechanics were pleasant and didn't try to upsale anything and just did the inspect . It passed and I was out before my 12:30 time. I paid and I would be recommending their business. So if you want to be treated like a moron, go anyplace but Wielands. Because here you're gonna be treated with respect and know that you vehicle is going to be treated with utmost care.
