I only used one, which was the pressure sensor, and I did not use the temp sensor. I never took it out of the box, not even to look at it (big mistake). On January 2, 2026, I took the sensor back for a refund. I was told it had been used and could not be returned. I told him it was never used or opened. He showed it to me, and it appeared to have smudges on it. I did not use it or take it out of the box because it was not needed. I returned it in the same condition it was sold to me. It's the first paid lesson for the New Year. Check your boxed parts before leaving the store. Even if you don't know what you are looking at.

The folks behind the counter are polite, knowledgeable, and as fast as the customer in front of you will allow. Kudos to the current store manager for making this a place I want to go to again! It's still a NAPA, therefore most of what you want is behind the counter and this just isn't like the consumer-centric sort of autoparts store where you can browse the isles for bling, this get your parts and get back to fixin' stuff centric, so if you are looking for license plate frames, decals, and stuff to hang from the mirror, drive past and stop holding up the line!

Here's a secret: Certain car dealerships - whom I won't mention here - send their trucks to these guys and end up selling the installed package for about 3-4 times the original price of the equipment. This wasn't a surprise to me because having been in the business myself, I've seen retail markups go up to 100% or higher. Save your money and come here first. I had a Viper alarm/remote start system installed here as well. Here it may sound as a complaint, but since it was an isolated incident among the other times I have had my truck serviced here, I will let it pass. I had to come to Trick Trucks twice for this install. The second time was on a tow truck! My truck was serviced and fixed back to how it was supposed to run in no time. In conclusion, I will state that the employees here are very knowledgeable in their field and have a lot of good advice on the pros and cons of different accessories.
