I haven't attended this establishment in years. However, I enjoyed a wonderful experience. I ordered the pear margarita,not only was it gorgeous,but also refreshing. My husband ordered Rose' sangria. Honestly, it was one of the best I've tasted. If you like sweet and fruity drink's, that's for you. They serve you bread with olive oil and a mix of herbs which pairs great with the loaf. We have been going to Carrabba's in Brooklyn OH since they opened. We always feel like family and enjoy the Wine dinners with Laura and Crystal. A weeknight dinner or a light Happy Hour meal. The food is always freshly made and there is a large menu with Specials and Favorites we Love. Service is always great and there is plenty of room for couples or large groups. Stop by the bar and say Hello to Crystal and Laura they make the best drinks. read more

Alex took the time to read my review and then immediately sent me a sincere, apologetic e-mail encouraging me to contact him directly, so I did call him. It is evident that he truly cares and wants to ensure the level of service is greatly elevated going forward. Was in for dinner for the first time on Saturday night. I have never eaten at a Carrabba's, so I didn't know what to expect. First off, the service was excellent, including the hostess who greeted me and kindly sat me at a table. Very organized and customer service friendly restaurant. The server was kind and paid attention to his tables throughout my dining experience. I ordered a seafood Alfredo pasta with a house salad. The bread they give you is so fresh and delicious. My meal was excellent and very filling. I even got to take an additional dish of equal value to go for only $10. First time here overall good. Food/Drink: Actually very good. Really enjoyed my meal, and the food was cooked to an adequate level. I say it so condescendingly because I'm an Italian eating at Carrabas lol Dinning Area: Pretty large, open, area. Plenty of seating! Prices: Relatively Standard. 4 adult meals, an appetizer, and a a few drinks for under $100. Parking: Plenty of space, mall lot. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and regular size. Atmosphere: During the weekday late dinner, It was empty. Staff/Attendants: waiter was excellent! He was professional, kind, courteous, and prompt. This is one restaurant that we truly enjoy! Located on the perimeter of Crestview Mall. Recent improvements are attracting more customers for both lunch and dinner. A full course meal with wine or cocktails is enjoyable and could make for a great date night. Service is attentive and knowledgeable. We enjoy the food it's diverse with chicken, seafood, and steak and the usual pasta dishes. Appetizers are appealing and tasty. Always have to visit Carrabas when we travel since we don't have them on the west coast. Hubs and I got into Cleveland a bit late in the evening and stopped here on our way to our hotel from the airport. We shared the caprese salad and also the spaghetti with shrimp entree. This was, and I mean was... my sons favorite Italian restaurant. It was my sons birthday and he picked the place. Lets start with the good. The server was nice, honest, and took care of us well. The server gets 2 stars. None for this forgettable kitchen. The food.... Let me just say, when you start with an alfredo sauce and it is super watery (thinner than milk) with white bits in it... someone in that kitchen has no freaking clue how to make an alfredo sauce... at an Italian Restaurant! I asked the server what happened, he said "Honestly, I can ask the cook to remake it, but it will come out the same." Lets just say it is a really rare when I send food back, but it happened that day, and I didn't want another. We also got the mozzarella sticks. I happened to get the over cooked one. You know the one with no cheese on the inside, and a shell of the breading. I We get the entrees, they looked tiny. Maybe I miss remember what I gotten in the past, but these portions looked small. I got the Chicken Bryan, the flavor was there. I admit... I was worried it was overcooked, and it was overcooked and a bit dry.... but it was OK. The horribly made alfredo, kind of set the tone on the evening. I've been to this specific restaurant several times in the past. I just recall everything tasting better, portions a bit larger, restaurant a little more lively. We recently had dinner at Carrabba's on Tiedeman. We have been there a few times in the past, but since we live on the East side we don't make it over often enough. The food was excellent as usual! I had a wonderful salad followed by the double grilled pork chop dinner with broccoli. I don't remember what my wife ordered, but she loved it as well. And to top it all off, we had the Limoncello Bread pudding for dessert. This is hands down the best Bread pudding I have ever had anywhere. The service was great as well, and the atmosphere of the restaurant sets a nice tone to enjoy your meal. Not loud and obnoxious like some places and there is sufficient separation between tables to allow for conversation at your own table without having to talk over the people at neighboring tables.
