The service at Logan's Roadhouse is amazing! I was greeted by the hostess, Maddie, who promptly and attentively noted my presence and upon notification of my intention of going to the bar, escorted me to my seat where my highly experienced and amazing bartender, Emily made sure my beer flowed like wine! The bar was clean and well kept. If anyone is interested in a drink and some food I highly reccomend Logan's for its atmosphere and culinary expertise that won't break the bank. read more

Showed up on a Sunday evening as a party of 6, we were seated promptly enough. Sat at our table for a solid 10mins before our waiter (Trey I believe?) came to our table to take drink & app orders. Another 10mins passed before he returned with our drinks. Several minutes later apps followed. Throughout our meal, our server only stopped to check on us and refill our drinks once or twice, and we had to ask a passing server to bring our two side salads they conveniently forgot in the back.. as we were already finishing up our meal *rolls eyes* Food was okay, but nothing I'd make a point to return for. We have ordered carry out from Logan's many times over the years and have always been happy with the food. Tonight we ordered again - the steak Cobb salad which has always been a favorite. Tonight the salad was awful. The steak was very fatty and tough. The lettuce was in huge junks. The croutons tasted stale. We'll really think again before we order the Cobb salad again. read more

Came here the other day with some coworkers for lunch. It was early in the day and the place was super clean! We were seated very promptly and the roles and drinks were delivered very quickly! We had everything from potato skins and beer battered jalapeño poppers which were not hot at all except for one of them was extremely spicy! We also had teriyaki chicken and bacon on a stick amongst a few of the new pasta dishes. The service was really great and so was the food! Will definitely be back in the future! read more

We ordered the Logan's Steak, 11 oz. to share. The sides were sweet potato and broccoli along with a Wedge salad. Our wedge salad came out like looking like a bomb hit it. The amount of dressing was more than enough for two salads. To top it off, the men's restroom had no hand soap, the same restroom that employees use. Disgusting! read more

We stopped in after a high school basketball game about 9 o'clock on Valentine's Day. They were still very busy and everyone should have been tired and frazzled, but in fact, every person we saw was awesome from the bartender whose name I didn't get to the manager who came and checked on us and the buses who just said hello with a cherry smile, but most importantly, our server, Chris, who is awesome. If more than five stars existed, this would be it. New to the area from Ohio and looking for a good steak, I turned to yelp for the reviews from the community. I was specifically interested in salmon or shrimp. My meals are always a challenge because of my gluten-free diet. Immediately upon searching, Logan's came up and the reviews were fantastic and I can see why. * Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted at the front desk by the manager on duty, Angela, with her beautiful smile and friendly nature, I asked about my gluten-free choices and she educated me about their dedicated gluten-free menu and then again showed up at the table several times to assist with my order to make sure no kitchen errors were made. This made me feel very confident uncomfortable. My husband who is not gluten-free enjoyed their fabulous dinner rolls. Clearly very hot and fresh out of the oven and the girls spoiled him and brought seconds and he ate every last one of them. He died on a filet mignon cooked perfectly to medium temperature with a side of sweet potato with a caramelized brown sugar and marshmallow topping which he said, was tantalizing to the taste buds. * Has a gluten-free diner, I had plenty of options for side dishes, main courses, and appetizers. Our wait staff was very caring and compassionate. Cynae took our order, meticulously, refilled our drinks, refreshed our table area, cleanliness, and always brought a beautiful smile and checked in to make sure that our food was OK. * food service is very attentive here. Our second weight staff, Erin, stopped by this table, several times to make sure that we were doing well that all of our needs were met, and she reassured me that she put my gluten-free needs in with the cooking staff and reassured me that my order would be uncontaminated, and I believe it was. I left very satisfied and had no allergy symptoms My meal consisted of a very thick piece of salmon barbecued to perfect perfection with some shrimp on top. It was served on a bed of delicious mashed potatoes and very fresh apple serving of broccoli. The highlight of the meal was the roadhouse homemade ranch dressing on my house salad. All of the vegetables were clearly fresh, the fish items did not smell fishy, and the food had a great presentation. *. All around, I would say that we were spoiled by Angela, Erin, and Cynae, who knew that it was our first time dining in their beautiful establishment. The place was exceptionally clean, including the bathrooms, the floors the tables. The employees were all very neatly dressed, working very hard, and I believe that every single table was treated as well as we were. All the customers around seemed very, very happy. I ordered my Sunday lunch Logan's Last week . That lunch was delicious. Today 3/2/2025 was sadly disappointing. The ribs were far from " fall off the bone". More like attached to the bone at birth. I sadly tried to eat them. Decided they were tough and old pig tasting. I did enjoy the mashed potatoes and apples. My Door dash was delivered correctly and on time. I am a Logan's reward member and a consistent customer. I hope all is better on my next visit or order. read more

One of my favorites! The food and the service is always great! Overtime, I've tried; the shrimp stacked salmon (my favorite), the pulled pork sandwich, cheeseburger, steak, pork chops, various sides, Iced Tea, and Spicy Bloody Mary's. Everything was delicious expect the steak (but I think I just don't like steak). The prices are on the high end but totally worth it and cheaper than Outback. This location is conveniently located in the same plaza as; Kohl's, Dick's, Pet Smart, and a Hallmark Store. The building and parking lot are accessible for everyone and in excellent condition. Pro tip; Costco sells $100 Logan gift cards for $75. dollars. read more

Chriss was HANDS DOWN best server my fiancé and I have ever had. It was our night of engagement and also our first time trying Longans Roadhouse. Chriss didn't hesitate to help make our night a special one, while also staying professional and doing such an amazing job refilling our drinks, asking for sauces, checking in on us OFTEN while he was super busy! He even offered to buy us a dessert to help us celebrate our special night. It's official, we will be returning and I hope we can request a server because we're coming back for Chriss!! read more

The service was just fine: went on a Friday around 6 pm. I was warmly greeted and quickly seated... my server was fun and was great with younger people at the next table (dad jokes) while keeping me well taken care of. My New York strip was perfectly cooked: it was brown outside and bloody in the middle. The rolls are really yummy. My lemonade was brought quickly and refill provided in a very timely fashion. I'm in Florida on business my wife is home in Mishawaka. I ordered her a steak from Logan's I ordered her a baked potatoes and butter and sour cream. My wife preceded to call and let them know she wanted extra butter and sour cream. When her dinner arrived there was no butter or sour cream. And they sent her 12 rolls and no butter for those either. I called and they gave me a 7 dollar credit on a 60 dollar meal that was ruined by the lack of condiments. We will never go there or order from them again. What a joke!!!! read more

This was tough for me leaving this review. This restaurant used to be my all time favorite to visit. As of recently my family and I visited. The waiting time wasn't too bad but the food was so greasy, and cold. Didn't get what we ask for. Staff is helpful and considering they are tipped based. They need to do better with the food because i expect to go to a steakhouse and enjoy every thing about the meal I am receiving. read more
