I really enjoyed Royal seafood house. It took me a while to choose which seafood place to go to get seafood boil but I'm glad I picked this restaurant, what won me over for choosing them is they offered dim sum! I got a favorite combo and then a few dimsum to share ( shu mai, spareribs, chicken feet and sticky rice I can't remember the exact name). All was very good. I added crawfish to my combo but I think I'll skip that and add more dungeness crab legs or something else next time- I'm spoiled but super fresh crawfish from New Orleans. Our server was very nice. The place itself is really open and clean. Our waitress was absolutely on top of things and the food seemed to come out super fast and spaced out really well. One thing worth mentioning is that the menu they have online is different than the one they give you in the restaurant, things like the po boys are not on the menu there. This place was used to be a bar and now it is Royal Seafood House. When i first walk in the place was big. The worker sat us in the seat. There were couple of projector that hit the wall that you were in the sea. We order Royal Seafood Platter which include 1 live lobster, 8pcs shrimp heads on, 4 Pcs Oysters, 1/2 Lb Snow Crab Leg, fried rice and butter on the side. It came pretty fast. Nice to have a good seafood place in the neighborhood. I ordered 1lb of the crab boil. I good 2 good size pieces of Dungeness crab, potatoes, corn on the cob, all for $29.00. That's a good deal. Also the owner brought us some complimentary crab Rangoon that was delicious. The worst service I have ever had in my life. We went as group of 7 and our waitress was so rude it was ridiculous. I was so embarrassed for inviting other people to join us. The managers were helping her take our drink orders and bring us napkins and more drinks and had to check on us several times cause we got there at 645 with us having reservations and we didn't get our food till almost 830 or later. Terrible service ever. Kept serving us pop that was flat as ever. The waitress had a rude comment back to us for everything we asked about. I asked if corn and potato was added to the boils and she said to me, "I said they all come with corn and potatoes " mind you I wasn't the one ordering at that moment, so I just wanted to be clear about what I had overheard. Also the bathroom was dirty and def not cleaned properly. That's def gross. I wouldn't even want my husband to pee in the women's bathroom. I am just so disgusted with this place. For a Friday night seafood place it should have been completely packed with people, and it was very empty. We shouldn't have been there for 2 hours and 45min to order and eat seafood boils.... Never ever again..... The waitress should be fired. I believe her name is Lillie....
