My favorite restaraunt, period! The price is moderate, maybe a dollar more than similar entrées at Olive Garden but the quality of the food, flavors and ingredients could not be better. Because of that and since the portions are larger than those at places like Olive Garden and Italian Oven, I think you end up with a better value anyway. The menu has been abridged and simplified but you still have a few rather unique choices. The calamari "appetizer" is interesting. It is some of the best calamari I've ever had with a tasty dipping sauce. You get unlimited bread with your meal to be dipped in olive oil and a combination of herbs. The herbs are incredible. The cheap cheese & rosemary crap Italian Oven puts in their Olive Oil doesn't begin to compare and Carrabba's bread is brick oven baked! The servers are always great, there's a full bar, and the atmosphere is dim and cozy. On average, my bill is around $30-$36 before tip for two. Not a weekly indulgence with my salary and schedule but I go at every convenience. read more

Went in to grab dinner earlier last month new meal on menu for Salmon 8 Cetriolini, excellent. Very similar to their old cedar plank salmon except this dish is wood-grilled with diced tomato, cucumber and dill in lemon white wine sauce. It comes with the choice of one side and the portion in my opinion was sizable to match the price. The cucumber's were refreshing and if I could have had a few more pieces that would have been perfect. They are careful to not overdo it with draining the salmon so that the taste is not overtaken. Great addition to the menu and yet another dish that will again make my next visit hard to decide what to have. Came in for lunch on a Friday. We were brought immediately to our table where our waiter was prepared to take our drink order. I didn't care to much for the bread and oil mixture. Actually the bread was fresh, soft, and hot however the dipping oil was too oily and the herbs were overpowering. The salmon was cooked lovely and the sauce was refreshing a tomato and cucumber medley mixed in a tasty buttery sauce. The broccoli was beautifully cooked not soft not too hard and the seasoning on it was nice. This was my first time ever eating Carrabbas but was pleased. Not happy with my most recent visit for "curbside" to go order. Waited 45 minutes for my order, which I only received after I went back in to find it sitting there and then the employee wants to act surprised, like he didn't know I was there. The dining experience I had at Carrabba's was phenomenal. Our server, Aubrey was such a delight. She was attentive and very personable without being invasive and pushy. While our wait to be seated was over 30 minutes, I found this to be par for the course at family restaurants on a Sunday afternoon. We passed by the time people watching. This was going to be my first meal since I had my metal braces put on so I was excited to see the menus offerings. For our appetizer we had the mozzarella marinara. I found these to be a bit too stringy for my comfort with my braces so I did not really appreciate them as did my friend. My friend ordered a Cranpeary Tini. She seemed to highly enjoy both the mozzarella sticks and her drink. For dinner I had The linguine positano and she ordered the champagne chicken. Both meals fulfilled our expectation in regards to taste, portion size and presentation. The cannolli cake was gargantuan, enough for three. We definitely had some to go. Great Italian Food: I went out for a girls night out with my sisters for a belated birthday celebration. It was a great choice for us. Everything was good and the service was Wiley's Way quality: Server made things happen to be accommodating. Food (4/5): I had the Salmon and crab over cedar plank with asparagus. I tried the trio appetizer with calamari, mozzarella sticks and bruschetta. Fresh basil spread was fabulous! Minestrone soup and Caesar salad were fresh and flavorful. Everyone enjoyed their entrees: chicken parmesan with herbed mashed potatoes; Tilapia with zucchini; linguini with muscles scallops and shrimp and the bread! L O V E the evoo! Decor/Ambiance (4/5): Seating and flow of the room is comfortable and inviting. Service (4/5): We had a wonderful server who brought out food quickly accurately and who made accommodations whenever possible. He gave us Sundaes in honor of our birthdays. Restrooms/Cleanliness (3/4): One of the stalls was out of order and garbage pales were overflowing when we went initially as we waited to be seated. When we went again after our meal the bathrooms were appropriately cleaned and refreshed. I highly recommend this place. Be prepared to wait an hour at peak times. We went in yesterday around lunch time. We were seated right away. But not one person came to us within 10 mins. There was a server working on a table directly beside and behind us. Not once did they say give me just a second I'll be right with you or someone will be right with you. We weren't even acknowledged and i hate to say it but it could of been based of race. I gave them more then enough time. Why seat us if no one is going to serve us. Not only that the person who sat us was still at the front doing nothing. People standing around at the take out area rather then helping out. This is the 2nd time. Seems as though they've significantly scaled back their portions. It's been a few years since I've last visited. The food tasted good but was not visibly appealing on the plate...certainly does not match the value. Pollo Rosa Maria was twenty bucks and all I could think about was how I could have just grilled some chicken & mushrooms at home. They were out of a few items...including the Red Sangria I used to enjoy. Not hardly the same experience I remember. The Carrabba's in Terminal C at ATL is by far the worst Carrabba's I have eaten at. Usually I look for to going to Carrabba's. The food was VERY bland. There were no spices. We had a chicken bruschetta sandwich:...bland. I had a minestrone soup. What a joke. It was a broth with a small amount of cabbage. There may have been a few beans in it, no pasta, and one chunk of potato. Another one of us had the seafood pasta. The seafood was perfectly cooked but NO flavor. I have 2 stars because the Chianti was very good. The wait staff was very nice. When in ATL skip Carrabba's and eat at Chik-fil-a. You'll be much happier and your wallet won't be empty. read more

This is the restaurant that my boyfriend and I went to celebrate Valentine's Day last year. It was completely romantic and the booth seating is intimate in setting. The seating can be a little close in quarters, but the atmosphere is very warm, along with the service. Carrabba's takes reservations and it can get very packed in the dinner hour, especially since they don't open until 4pm on weekdays. I thought their opening time would bother me, but it is well worth the wait. Speaking of waiting, that's something you hardly do after you've ordered your food. Everything is delicious and you're given bread as a starter. The bar beverages are also delivered in a timely manner and are very delicious. This is the only Italian restaurant I go to, period. I'm actually very allergic to dairy products and I'm not very limited at all when it comes to the menu. That is something very key to me that will either make or break a restaurant for me. Point is, its accessible, its clean, the food is nothing short of deliciously cooked to order and the atmosphere, even when crowded, makes you feel like you are in an intimate fine dining restaurant, without the five-star price tag. read more

After not having a good experience on 3/26/18 my wife contacted the manager, Randy, and explained what happened. He was very apologetic about our experience and wanted to make it right. He told us to come in the next time he was working and he would take care of us (which ended up being today - Easter Sunday). When we got there he hadn't got there yet so we explained our situation to the manager that was there, named Dan. With no questions asked Dan immediately seated us and gave us a wonderful waitress by the name of Inna. I could not have asked for more. Last month I planned a surprise birthday dinner for my boyfriend and I needed this surprise to go as planned to pull it off and the team at this location really came through. While we waited 15 mins, we observed several of wait staff congregating at different points jokingd around and texting on their phone. After we were seated by the hostess, again several wait staff passed us not even acknowledging us to just say that one would be with us; just oblivious. On March 6, 2021 had a party of 6 Adults arrived around 8pm no one said hello welcome or showed any signs of making eye contact. Stood there at least a good 30 minutes. When finally was offered to go to the bar to wait for a table to open to accommodate our party. All arrangements were made after a complaint was brought up by a member of our party. Then when being seated at our table the manager had to wait on us. We did finally get a regular waiter who was excellent. Differently not happy with the customer service. Food was great. I placed an online order at southlake Morrow on 03/24/21 around 3pm for my grand-daughter that has Doctor's orders for bed rest so she doesn't have her baby way to early. I received a call for an female employee stating they didn't have a delivery service at that time. I explained to her the reason why I was ordering her dinner because she was at complete bed rest. This employee stated she was getting off work at 4 and would take it to her on her way home. I nearly started to cry! This young lady went out of her way to help us. My rating is solely based on the food. I ordered the chicken Parmesan b/c I really didn't see anything else on the menu that I wanted. Food comes and I'm super excited, but was let down as soon as I saw it. First off I was served two thin pieces of chicken that lacked much pasta sauce. It was pretty much just cheese. The meal didn't look appetizing at all. It lacked "appearance". Then I tasted the chicken parm. That was the BIGGEST let down ever. It was horrible. How does an Italian restaurant not get chicken parm right??? I've made this dish plenty of times at home and it's always looked AND tasted better than what I was about to pay $17 for.
