Attentive waitress! My party of 5 really appreciated the waitress as we never needed to wait for a refill on beverages nor bread. All of the staff are actually great, as I have never had an issue here, I love that there is a vegan option(s) as I got the spaghetti pomodoro and added mushrooms to my plate. House salad was pretty good thanks to the dressing and olives. The rest of my party enjoyed their meals chicken Parmesan, crab cakes, etc, We also enjoyed their strawberry and raspberry lemonades. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Despite more people coming into the restaurant we never had an issue with noise nor needed to yell or shout to talk to each other.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This is definitely my new happy hour spot. The bar was super busy but the young lady checked on me often. I had the shrimp bites and an espresso martini! Made me too happy. I will be back

Located @ 1887 Mt Zion Road Southlake, GA I was greeted with a smile by Zanoriah upon entry. She seated me in the bar area and within five minutes my waitress; Audrey arrived. Audrey was super attentive from start to finish. She offered Excellent Customer Service. I started with the Italian bread and olive oil with the pesto seasoning. For my entree I ordered my absolutely favorite dish the Fettuccine Carrabba and I added sautéed shrimp. The shrimp are an up charge of course; but it was so worth it. Everything was very tasty and delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was crowded for a week night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But both ladies did not lack in Customer Service. I'd definitely recommend this location for lunch or dinner. It was the overall Entree for me. If you love Italian food you'll love this dish.

On a trip to Atlanta last January for my guy's birthday, I found myself going through a bout of gastritis and discovered that certain foods helped my symptoms. After searching Yelp for a restaurant nearby that sold salmon, I ordered takeout from this location. I selected the Simply Grilled Salmon with garlic mashed potatoes as my entree. I also ordered a side of grilled asparagus. This particular weekend, the restaurant was a little busy. There was a short wait at the pickup area, but no big deal. I was pleasantly surprised when I got back to the hotel to discover complimentary bread with olive oil and herbs! My entree was delicious! The salmon had a nice flavor to it, and was prepared well. I usually ask for my salmon to be cooked well done, and upon first look, I was disappointed. But somehow, they cooked it just right. The garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus were the perfect pair for the salmon and both were also prepared well. This made me want to visit the location in my city after I returned home. Great job and great meal Carrabba's!

An attempt at fettuccine Alfredo, chicken Parmesan, and lasagna. Fail at all attempts.

The Caesar salad was sub par. The entree was pretty bad. The Alfredo was bad enough for me to start the review after a single bite. (There is nothing that makes me think I was sold butter noodles as a real entree). The chicken Parmesan would be better coming out of an air fryer, the lasagna I think was frozen and microwaved. As far as delivery goes, it doesn't get much worse. The driver was amazing, the food was horrible.

This restaurant is so inconsistent. My first drink had three blueberries but my second drink only had two. I tried complaining to management but he called me an a'hole so I threw my linguine dish into his face. He only got second degree burns, but then I've always been an underachiever. I spent two nights in jail, but I did take advantage of the new $10 take home special so I had the perfect meal after getting released.

Yikeessssss. Upon arrival I was waiting around to grab a pick up order and 6 people who work here walked past me repeatedly without greeting me, asking me what I needed. I purposely waited to see how long it would take for me to be acknowledged. It wasn't until I spoke with Amore until I was accommodated. Considering the dining room wasn't busy, I was perplexed regarding the customer service. Unfortunately, I most likely won't be returning.

Today was my first time back in almost 6 to 7 months. I used to come here 3 to 5 times a week when I stopped coming here at the having a bad experience with my previous server they call Miss country today Sharanda L was my server when I say hands-down the best service I've ever gotten out of any Carrabba's. She actually gave me hope to return as a customer like I once used to looking forward to sitting in her section anytime. She's really a hidden gem at this restaurant.

From the appetizers all the way through dessert, we had a great experience. We started the table off with the risotto balls, fried calamari, and the fried mix plate, along with the complimentary bread they bring to the table. Having several appetizers to pass around was perfect for a group our size and gave everyone a chance to try a little bit of everything before the entrées arrived. For dinner, our table had several different dishes, including the Chicken Parmigiana, Veal Parmigiana, and Combination Plate. The portions were generous, the pasta was plentiful, and both parmigiana dishes came covered with a rich tomato sauce and plenty of melted, nicely browned cheese. This is definitely the type of Italian food you come hungry for! I also finished things off with a cappuccino, which was hot, creamy, frothy, and topped with cinnamon the perfect way to end a big Italian meal. Since we were there for my daughter's birthday, they brought out their fried pizza dough tossed in cinnamon and sugar and drizzled with chocolate syrup. It was warm, crispy, sweet, and something different from the typical birthday dessert. It was also perfect for passing around the table and sharing with everyone. A special mention has to go to our server. Taking care of a party of more than 20 people is a lot to manage, but our server was friendly, helpful, attentive, and funny. That personality really added to the evening and helped make my daughter's birthday celebration even more enjoyable. Overall, The Italian Oven was a great choice for our family celebration. Good appetizers, generous portions, classic Italian comfort food, a fun birthday dessert, and great service, even with a party of over 20.

I was in the mood for something good to eat, and I knew I really had to have something good that would satisfy my cravings. I needed hearty, seasoned, a good portion size, and great service. As such, I ended up at The Italian Oven Restaurant, and I am so happy I did. This time, my server was Sarah, and Sarah was amazing. She was so peasant and attentive to the needs of the table. Sarah ensured we didn't want for anything, allowed us time to review the menu, and shared her insights on the new specialty menu items. Thanks to Sarah I ended up getting the Cheese Tortellini with Buffalo Chicken. Let me explain! I received the specialty menu, and my eyes immediately went to the Cheese Tortellini with Buffalo Chicken. I love Cheese Tortellini and I loveeeeeeeee Buffalo Chicken. Seeing them both together truly captivated me. Sarah advised that it has had nothing but good reviews, so I was sold and had to have it. The Cheese Tortellini with Buffalo Chicken was exactly what I needed. It was well seasoned, hearty, a great portion size, and best of all, it warmed my soul bite after bite. Anddddddddd, of course, I had pounds of fresh Parmesan cheese shredded on top of it. Ummmmmmm!!! This was exactly what I needed, and I must admit, I need it again this week!!!! If you are in the Stockbridge area and in need of something that pleases the soul, make time for The Italian Oven Restaurant asap.

Even though we usually sit down and enjoy a meal together, we just decided to get something quick. The location is super easy to get to and I've been in the vicinity too many times at Costco Business center and didn't even know this place even existed. Anyways, upon walking in.... The walls, furniture, and everything you can think of has someone's name or nickname written on it. They even began to write on the TV and the owners had to put a sign up saying not to write on the tv. I definitely laughed at that because who in their right mind would write on a tv, buuuuut they did smh. There are two different windows, one to order and one to pick up. I went to the order window and decided upon a steak and cheese with just mayo and lettuce and also an Italian. From the reviews I couldn't decide between the two so I got both lol. And I also got a slice of chocolate cake. The young man who took my order was very nice and we even laughed about how much I ordered.... For myself lol. While waiting for our food, we took a walk over to Burlington. We stayed over there for maybe 10-15mins and then walked back. Our orders were done probably about 5mins after we got back, if that. I sped all the way home because I could just smellllll my steak and cheese through the wrappings lol. Steak and cheese was really good. I would have preferred more meat though and kinda was expecting more because of how big the sandwich was. Like a lot more. But it was seasoned wellll. The Italian on the other hand was extremely salty. I was surprised because everyone talked about how good it was, but the saltiness was too much for me. I ate half of a half and had to discard the rest because I could stand the saltiness. I did eat the whole steak and cheese though. That chocolate cake was bomb though. As someone who bakes cakes all the time, it was nice and moist. It was in the fridge there but it didn't taste refrigerated at alllll. I wish I had gotten two of them instead of the Italian sub, but hey you live and you learn.

Yesterday we visited a mano for our two year anniversary, because their lunch menu was so delicious we expected to have the same or even better experience for dinner. First: I am not going to name the waiter because at the end of the day it was busy, but our waiter the whole time didn't really check up on us, they didn't really even seem to care. They kept going back and forth from making drinks at the bar to rushing around with different tables. (It happens it was busy i'm not really even upset about that) Second: was our food... We ordered the Fritto Misto to start, It was okay.. it was really greasy. We continued to order the Pecan crusted red trout and the Chicken parmesan... This is where our issue started... The fish genuinely had no flavor, not even a pinch of salt? It was so bland I don't understand how the fish was so bland! There was no seasoning was added to that fish. It was soggy and sad. The Chicken Parmesan was sad as well, the panko chicken had no flavor, there was more panko than chicken, and the marinara sauce tasted like they used a store bought canned marinara. We hate to waste food so we did finish our dishes but it genuinely was the worst dishes we've ever consumed. I was very disappointed because the first time we went to a mano it was so good, their grilled chicken and tomato basil soup is amazing. All this to say we wish we would've went somewhere else for our two year anniversary let alone spending 100 dollars on disappointing food. a mano is better for lunch.
