First of all, Paige is one of the BEST servers I have EVER had. She was so funny thoughtful and kind. We came here to experience their GREAT "Happy Hour". Upon arrival we were greated by a friendly seater. He sat us at a nice booth by a window and we were immediately served warm, soft bread with a nice, spicey, olive oil dip. For food we had the Zucchini Fritta, Spinach Arancini, & Rosemary Parmesean Wings. Everything came out out fresh and tasting great. As far as the resturaunt itself, it is neat and clean. It smells really good too. There is NONE of that smelly rag scent. When I catch it wafting so subtly through some restuaunts it is a complete turn off- but there is none of that here. On the way to Icon Park, we decided to stop to at Carrabba's. Our waiter was very nice. He made sure we had everything we needed and then some. From the extra bread to drinks. Inside was very cozier. The perfect date night spot but we came mid day. I ended up ordering the Chicken Marsala with the Cesar Salad. Everything was so good. Even after being full I didn't want to stop eating it. Today, seated at the bar, my service was a bit slower than normal, but that was NOT any reflection whatsoever on my wonderful server Avery. He was obviously 'stretched a bit thin' on staffing and was having to multi-task like a boss. Super work, Avery!! The items I order were all extremely tasty, and the adult beverages were refreshing as an accompaniment. Everything I observed in the bar area, as well as the main dining room, was organized and clean. The plating is simple yet attractive. The other seated nearby at the bar seemed to be enjoying their dining experience as well (again, thanks to great service paired with tasty food). Brought my Italian food loving boyfriend to his first dinner at a Carrabba's. We were seated right away in the bar area. The service was great and our server was on top of everything making sure we had everything we needed. I started with a glass of the red sangria which was refreshing. Also, the bread for table is simple and delicious. For an appetizer we started with the Mezzaluna Fritte. They were crispy and paired with a flavorful sauce. For entrees we got the chicken parmigiana with a side of Alfredo pasta and baked ziti with meatballs. My baked ziti had a fresh garden salad to start. The ziti was plentiful and so good. The chicken parm got a decent review. This location was close to the hotel we stayed at in Orlando, and my son loves everything pasta. We got sat within a few minutes and our server came around after about 5 minutes to take our drink order. They had a good wine selection, I ended up getting the house cabernet. My son loves pasta with sauce on the side, and they were happy to accommodate. I ordered Chicken Parmesan and my husband and I shared it, it was good, maybe a bit over fried. It came with a side of pasta which was good as well as some bread with olive oil and herb dipping sauce. Came here while on family vacation for dinner and it was such a hit. Our server Elisa was so wonderful, she was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and not super busy which was nice out of the bustle of the Orlando restaurant scene near the main attractions. The sangria was delicious and my husband loved his margarita as well. The food was absolutely delicious, my toddler devoured his spaghetti and meatballs and my whole family loved their food. I am not a fan of Carrabba's happy hour charcuterie board but I love their classic starters like the lentil soup, Caprese salad and calamari. The charcuterie board is new for the happy hour menu. It really needs some citrus or something sweet or spicy. I guess my expectations for this type of meal is higher than it used to be. It seemed like not a lot of effort was put into the choice of ingredients. A couple kinds of salami not prosciutto wrapped around cheese. A bunch of Italian bread garlic toast, a ramekin of blue cheese, ramekins of some kind of flavorless white cheese and burrata. They were out of the small portion of olives so I asked for grape tomatoes. It was garnished with whole grain mustard. The lentil soup which is a slightly spicy sausage soup never disappoints unless they are out of it. The calamari was crisp hot and the breading was just right. From our beverages to appetizer to entrees, May was popping in to check on us quickly and deliver a smile. We walked in at 8:30 pm to a totally empty restaurant and bar. However, the service was somehow still bad. We sat at the empty bar and the brunette female bartender looked at us but said nothing. No "hello," no nothing. Then she disappeared for 10 minutes. This might be excusable in a very busy restaurant, but in an empty one? What's the justification? It was truly one of the most bizarre customer service experiences ever. Since we value our time, we left and went to Delmonicos nearby. There, the bartender warmly greeted us in 10 seconds despite it being very busy. Carrabbas lost out on a $100+ tab because their service stunk. Actions have consequences. Hopefully the proprietor will learn from this folly. read more

About a third of my steak was fatty and underdone, and the "steamed broccoli" looked pretty lifeless. The rosemary parmesan fries, which cost extra, felt like an afterthought, just some seasoning sprinkled on top. Ate at Carrabba's for Father's Day. We saw a sign that they were giving bonus cards with purchase of gift cards. The hostess was kind enough to let us know that there was a special and you got double bonus cards on Father's Day only! So we used the gift cards on Father's Day and will be going back soon to use the bonus cards There were 7 of us and we all enjoyed our food. My brother and his wife had their food originally come out cold and asked to send it back. The server was apologetic and got them hot / fresh food without question. In addition, when we received our bill the server let us know that the manager was so sorry about the cold food that he took it off the bill. Shows how much they care about service. It has been years since I visited Carrabba's, honestly, I didn't think they were still open...I think a lot of people might think that since it was very empty on the night we went. Overall, the food isn't anything spectacular, but there are a few things that are better than others. First, grab the meatball appetizer. It's not all that big, but the flavor is very good and it was an enjoyable bite or tow. However, skip the chicken soup - unless you like hot water, because it had no flavor. I didn't have a salad, but I would anticipate them to be a better choice. It's not news that the bread was fresh and the olive oil concoction was a great choice - bread for the win. But, skip the sauces, they aren't worth it. For an entree, I was pretty disappointed in my lasagna, it didn't look very good or taste very good. I hear that the short rib was good, but I didn't personally taste it. I can't say I'll be back soon, to try it for myself. read more

My family and I visited this Carrabba's while vacationing in Orlando. The food at Carrabba's always slaps: the bread was served warm and our dinner was nice and hot. We ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer: they were hot and the cheese was nice and gooey, and the marinara sauce was chunky, sweet, and delicious. We also had a spicy Sicilian chicken soup: the noodles were perfectly al dente and the broth was flavorful. I had the mahi wulfe for dinner: my fish was cooked thoroughly but it was not as tender as I usually prefer. I had mashed potatoes and Alfredo pasta as my sides (the potatoes were savory and smooth, the Alfredo sauce on my pasta was a bit thicker than I prefer but it was still good). My eldest daughter ordered the spaghetti bolognese and she said she enjoyed it very much. My little one had chicken tenders and French fries (per usual) and ate every bite (that's not typical so they must've been great). The ambiance was family friendly (typical for Orlando, Florida). Our server (Jenice) was amazing. She was so sweet and attentive. At one point my daughter spilled water all over the booth seat and Jenice ran over with a towel and kindly offered a free dessert to my little one (she was crying after having endured water spillage on her dress). Oh, my!!! Was outside, 5 hours before opening. Please read my story....... What I sent to my daughters Undercover Boss I drove to Orlando (90 min) for a first date with a pretty female from Facebook. She chose to meet at Carrabas (on Vineland Street), even though they weren't scheduled to open for 5 hours. I searched: Carrabas/Orlando/Vineland and landed on Vineland Avenue (not Vineland Street) by my own mistake (5 miles different). My Carrabas was opened, but no-show date. We found my mistake and I drove to the correct Carrabas, 5 miles away. We were getting to know each other outside of the closed Carrabas, when the manager comes outside and says to us (sitting on their bench). "We are 5 hours early for opening, but, you can come inside and order a full meal" We go inside and order. The manager comes over and says: "I think that you are Undercover Boss, because the county health inspector showed up at the same time as you" I then hold up an empty wine glass to the overhead lamp to look for spots .... he runs away and replaces the glasses. When he returns, I explain that we were just meeting at this location and not expecting an early opening, or any connection to Undercover Boss. They treated us like royalty, and everything was a pleasant experience. read more

I do NOT recommend coming to this specific location, when ordering my food i had requested the Tomato basil soup & soup CAME WITH MY MEAL , I was informed by my server they do NOT have the Tomato Basil soup at this location due to the managers picking and choosing what they carry at this store. My server informed me they have the sausage lentil soup & the chicken soup. If you are a vegetarian wanting to come to this location and get soup , you should go elsewhere since they can NOT accommodate to that. Plenty of other locations carry the Tomato Basil soup so I will continue to go elsewhere. The meal i got comes with a soup & I was UNABLE to get it due to there options. Every single carrabba's I have personally been to have ALWAYS carried all of the soups. The managers need to do better. I also don't agree with allowing on managers 1-3 people at most to determine choosing what the majority of the population that comes here to eat. read more

We decided to wait but it ended up to be about 30 mins. I had a peach sangria and he had an old fashioned. Both drinks were good. We shared some mussels with white wine sauce and a shrimp pasta. I was very disappointed...in myself!! I haven't had Carrabbas in over a decade, and after this meal, I have NO CLUE as to why not! It was so very delicious. I am a pasta lover. The Fettuccine Carrabba is everything I want in a pasta: Alfredo sauce, mushrooms, peas, and the this moist grilled chicken that is seasoned to perfection. The entree came with a Caesar salad and a half loaf of bread. The Caesar dressing was one of a kind. So delicious. What I really loved about this to go order is how they provided the table side garlic and olive oil that accompanies the bread if I were dining in. I also, ordered a small spaghetti and meatball so I could taste that sauce as well. It was tasty too. I will be dining in next time. I called the restaurant to thank them for how great everything was and to thank the person who bagged my order for having everything I needed to enjoy it and for the sweet handwritten thank you on my receipt.
