I still really like the food here, but the service is terrible! The hostesses are nice, but many of the waiters are rude. It seems to get worse during the peak season (I'm a local, for reference) My friend dropped off my young child at the restaurant, so I was walking to the front door to meet her. My waiter (a bald man) came over to the table and gave me a death glare. He didn't really say anything for the entire visit after that. I think he assumed I was going to leave without paying...but I let him know beforehand that I was waiting for my child! We had another rude waitress last time who disappeared for many hours. This is unacceptable, even Olive Garden has better customer service! read more

I purchased a Chicken Marsala to go with a Caesar salad and I ordered a side of spinach. Since when does a chicken Marsala not come with pasta? The chicken was over cooked and dry!! For a $32 dollar plus $8 tip for the to go person cuz I'm a manager in the industry and respect the process, this was a serious disappointment. Never again!! I absolutely love this place! I hadn't had it in several years but the food is phenomenal. My husband and I shared the chicken Bryan (grilled chicken, goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, lemon butter sauce) with a house salad & spinach. 10/10 I would love to have this again! I was very happy that we were seated right away with our party of five but not so happy with the service after that. It took awhile for our waiter to come back to take our order. It didn't seem busy or well, the area we were sitting at didn't have that many patrons so it made it look like we were just not getting any service at all, until one of my coworkers had to ask another waitress to see if someone can take our order. The food was good overall. There are a lot of options. I got the salmon with truffle fries and it had a lot of flavor. It comes with a choice of soup or salad and I ended up with the caesar salad. I tried their rose sangria and it tasted more like a fruit punch. The portions are generous, too. read more

Amazing food and service! Came across this spot after being so hungry and needing to eat before we went shopping. The food was delicious and nicely presented. Ah.. it was a little bit disappointing this restaurant. Which is a shame because the interior design is so promising lol if you know what I mean! The soup was served cold. Not warm, COLD. Even the table right in front of us sent the soup back because it was cold. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan and it did not taste like your usual eggplant Parmesan and again the food was not really hot. My husband liked his steak which was cold lol the chicken that came with the trio was cold as well. The only food that tasted good was the zucchini fritte. What's all the praise and talk about ???? Such a disappointment. I received a surprise delivery from here. I had mentioned earlier to my friend that I was in need of Caesar Salad FIX !! SO........ In the bag : I found Veal Piccata, which also is a favorite of mine. Not this one. No flavor at all, in need of help. Mash potatoes were very tasty, with lots garlic ,they were the side, along with a small caesar salad. Guessing all entree meals come with a salad. Another option would have been nice, and many places do offer this. Some people don't like or eat salads. So I have two salads. Also, two Cannolis, these were fair, Not filled as I have had in the past or desire. No filling fell out with any bites. I'm just saying, I don't want any of my YELP friends or other viewers to be disappointed, too. Service Extraordinaire! The special attention to great service by Kalysta, Heather, and Brianna will bring us back to Carrabba's again and again. My wife has a few food allergies and these young ladies went above and beyond to see that she had a great meal that met her needs. I had the Filet and Shrimp Toscano which was very good so I was happy too. Prices were reasonable. The restaurant was clean and we didn't have to wait to get a seat. Thank you Carrabba's. We love Carrabba's! However, this Carrabba's Chef puts so much pepper in the food. we cannot eat it. I had lunch and ordered the minestrone soup and it was perfect, no pepper. I ordered it again tonight and it burned my tongue. We also ordered another entrée and had to have it redone because of the additional seasoning added to the dish. There is pepper on the table if you want to add pepper, so I do not understand why a chef thinks he needs to ruin a dish by adding pepper to it. We love coming to Carrabba's and have been to several in different parts of the US. This particular Carrabba's was in need of some serious TLC. The host was a little chaotic, the restrooms were unclean, every other table in the restaurant was in need of bussing, and several items we ordered were forgotten. However, the food still met expectations. I hope this was just an off day for this location, but our group would not recommend this Carrabba's. read more

We have them cater and get their chicken Marsala and fettuccine Alfredo. Great way to serve 10 or twelve people for u see $250. That's tough to do going out in Destin and any restaurant. My husband and I, along with another couple, attended a wonderful wine pairing dinner last Wednesday night. They had a full bar area for this one. I have a severe allergy to black, white, red pepper and anything spicy. I called the day before and was assured by Chef Heather that she would take care of this for me. Took care of me was an understatement. Everything was wonderful, great courses with delicious food and wine. My food came out with everyone else even though it had to be prepared differently. We arrived at lunch time on Sunday before going shopping at the nearby stores. We were seated immediately after arriving. Each of us ordered and entree which most entrees come with a soup or salad included! I ordered the chicken trio and was very impressed. It was three different chicken breasts prepared different ways, all three were distinctly different and very good. In addition you can choose from a variety of sides which I choose the spinach. The service was very good and fast and everyone enjoyed their meal. The reason for four stars is that salad was just ok, lacked a lot of flavor which was disappointing. We stopped by for dinner while in town visiting. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. Our server, Alyssa Q, was wonderful and very attentive despite it being a busy evening. The food was very tasty, which is a good consistency across the various locations we have been to. My only complaint is our pork chops and filet were all undercooked from the degree we had requested, although we did not bother sending them back as it was so busy. Sometimes chain establishments can be hit or miss. Tonight, a huge hit. Rigatoni Martino, pasta perfectly cooked, a generous amount of sausage and mushrooms, and an excellent tomato-based sauce. Must have been a 1/2 LB + portion size. Also ordered the Chicken trio; Chicken Bryan, Pollo Rosa, and Chicken Marsala with Fettucine Alfredo as a side. Came to us mere seconds after being pulled from the grill. Piping hot and perfectly cooked. Nice char and insanely tender and juicy. Big props to whoever was working the grill on 8/6. Ordered it through Uber Eats and the Bryan Chicken was completely undercooked. And the drink orders were not delivered. Lasagna was amazing, and the kids loved the spaghetti. We were visiting from out of town. A trip I planned for my husband's birthday. We were seated right away, there might have been 2 other tables seated in our area. The restaurant was very empty. Erika was our server. She asked our drink order. I asked for water and a raspberry iced tea, made with unsweet tea. The tea was so sweet I could hardly drink it. Salads drowned in dressing were delivered by Erika. No ice water. I ask again, politely, for ice water. When our main courses were delivered, I asked the waiter (not Erika) who delivered them if I could have a glass of ice water. 10 min later Erika comes over and I ask again for an ice water. It is finally delivered when I'm almost finished with my main course. There was no check back after our food was delivered. We would have loved some fresh grated parm, which the other tables had received. I thought the food was pretty good, the service was really bad. Never asked if we'd like drink refills. My husband would have taken a Diet Coke refill for sure. She definitely didn't "take care of us". read more

We go to Destin every year. Three years ago and this recent visit were both not great. Per the manager two cooks did not show and he bragged about how they will be fired. When drinks were asked to be refilled, it seemed like we bothered the waitress helper. I know they were short staffed and don't want my butt kissed, but just some customer service is nice to hear. Food wise mussels were not cooked long enough. Other dishes were ok. IMHO Destin has other great places, I would search those out. read more

Bad experience overall. We started out fine, drinks bread and all. The service was alright too. However, it was the food that got us. I ordered a steak cooked medium rare, and it came out looking almost completely raw. We then asked for some extra plates just to be greeted by plates covered in stains and food scraps that were anything but clean. Food was not flavorful and I would not recommend. Got carry out today since the kiddos were acting up, and for the price we paid, I think that we've had better Italian at Olive Garden. Between the spaghetti, Lasagne, and stuffed mushrooms that we got, it was all barely warm, like it had been sitting out for well over 30 minutes, which I don't think it was since we arrived to pick it up mere minutes after we got the text it was ready. The flavor was OK, nothing to go home and tell mom about though. We did get a side of Alfredo and it was very dry and not a lot of flavor to it. Also, when we picked up our food, the woman that gave it to us, not very friendly at all. Overall, not to impressed and will just continue to stick with OG for our Italian food wants. read more
