Fantastic meal after a few awful restaurant experiences on the first couple days of our trip. We will be back every trip to the area! I wish I could recall our servers name to give him props and to say thank you. He was amazing. Another server was also consistently keeping us in full sweet teas as well. Me and the wife came in here one afternoon during the week. No wait, which was crazy considering it being Destin. Our server was very nice and down to earth and explained their menu in great detail. We started with the calamari, which was cooked perfectly. For our entree, we did the build your own boil hot with shrimp, snow crab, sausage, boiled eggs, corn, and potatoes. This might have been one of the best boils i've had from a restaurant. The seasoning was fantastic and everything was cooked tremendously. I've not had all that Destin has to offer, but this place is great. I highly recommend. read more

Absolutely loved this place. I got the snow crab legs and they were absolutely amazing. I did the no spice option and it still had great flavor. Very helpful explaining the menu, additions, spiciness and even the difference between green and black mussels. Green are larger from New Zealand. We went with a pound of head off Shrimp Boil with sides of corn, potatoes and Sausage addition - Hot seasoning. Second entree was a Grouper Platter with Sweet Potato Tots. Be sure to ask for their Awesome sauce for dipping. Casual laid back atmosphere with open kitchen, so you can see the preparation. Nice choices of local drafts. read more

First ate here in 2023 ago and it was great, both the food and prices were awesome. I have regularly come back every time I'm in Destin/Miramar Beach but the last couple of times have been disapointing. the prices of everything have jumped by at least 50% with some items nearly doubled in price. I get that everything is more expensive than 2 years ago but this seems extreme. Tonight I ordered a pound of head off shrimp and the plate looked a little light so I asked our server if I had actually gotten a pound a not a half pound. He said, "yeah, it's 16 pieces." I asked "Wait, so it's not by weight?" He said "Well, a pound is usually 16 peices" and left. So if you're ordering any of the boil items by the pound (which is most of them) just know that you are getting a set number of pieces and they aren't actually weighing your order. Really sucks as I was happy to eat here a couple times in a single trip and I now I probably won't be coming back. read more

Fabulous seafood boil in Miramar. We had been searching for some fresh seafood while visiting and this spot checked all the boxes. The only thing I will say is prices are a little high $31 for a pound of shrimp and $59 for 2 clusters of crab legs. I loved the hush puppies and the boil was delicious. It's very casual and clean. The corn and potatoes were nothing to write home about so I wouldn't order extra. Seafood is fantastic and so are the sides. We came around 4:45/5:00 on a Thursday. By about 5:45 there was a line out the door, so be prepared to wait or go early. Definitely give it a try. read more

This place is CRAZY good!! The shrimp boil I had tastes so fresh I'm pretty sure the shrimp still had thoughts in it's heads. LMAO. But the food is local and super fresh, and you can certainly tell! My issue with the place is the pricing-- the pricing on the seafood is not bad, but the sides kill me. One single red potato is $1. An ear of corn (half) is $1.50. That's a little bizarre as I was a chef and have built menus before- this is a little wacky considering a pound of shrimp (16-medium-large variety) is over $30. The pound comes with ONE ear of corn and ONE single potato-- so you have really no choice but to pay for several extras if you're feeding more than one person. I shared my meal with my boyfriend, and we enjoyed it ultimately. The sausage was $6 and the egg was "marketplace" (I don't blame them for the egg LOL) The staff is super sweet! Everyone I came in contact with was super sweet and helpful, and they really love their jobs- I can tell! The bathrooms were clean, always a plus. Really top tier place to visit if you're in the area and down for a boil. read more

My husband wanted to try this place based on all the reviews. We waited about 45 minutes to get a table. This place is really popular but we decided to go later in the evening hoping the wait was not that long. Anyhow, once sitted, we promptly got the menu and presented with their options. You can order 1/2 to 1 pound shrimp (with or without head) and other combinations. We ordered multiple items including 1/2 pound of shrimp (no head) spicy which comes a side, fried fish,and shrimp cocktail. The waiter brought pork rinds (complementary) while we waited for the food. That is why I am not giving them 5 stars. Our table were one of the last that got the order to the kitchen. Most items came after 25 minutes wait, but mine took 50 mins (fried fish). After 30 mins, I asked the waiter because I saw no movement in the kitchen and people seating next to us that got the table after us, already had their food. By the time I got my food, I lost my appetite completely. Overall food is good, but there is no excuse for missing an item in an order. Overall, my family enjoyed the food. read more

As a result, we got a second round of beers for free and a couple of free entrées but, they were out of grouper and the shrimp was not that great. I'm not one to leave a nasty review but the lady behind me did tell the manager the sauce for the boil was salty and I decided to try myself and it was. The crab itself tasted good but the sauce was just too salty for my liking. They also don't sell items by 1/2 a pound so you can't mix and match only with shrimp read more
