My wedding rehearsal dinner was in the private room and we had an insanely positive experience. I've been nothing but impressed with the service and hospitality the entire time. The server (wish I knew her name) wonderfully served us for over two hours. Her order taking and delivery of the food, the special requests fulfillment (e.g., slices of lemon for the water), and knowledge and professionalism paved the way for us to enjoy the evening of celebration. Fresh, warm bread kept appearing on our table before the meal, nearly as fast as we finished the basket full, and it was enhanced by the dish of olive oil and salt and pepper for dipping. For the main course, I chose a fresh Caesar salad with crunchy romaine and thinly shredded parmesan cheese. My order of the Tuscan Steak looked and tasted beautiful at medium rare. Sicilian Spicy Butter, although nice to try, was not needed because the steak was perfectly seasoned. The garlic mashed potatoes fit right in with the steak due to its smooth, yet skin-included consistency and taste. For dessert, our party chose the specialty house cannolis, wonderfully creamy along with the flaky shell, chocolate cake, and bite-sized cheesecake squares. Basic beverages were included with the fixed menu selections. Adult and other beverages were available separately. GREAT lunch specials! They have sandwich options (the meatball is so tender and juicy) or a small plate with a soup and salad. I tried the meatballs & ricotta, it was so good I forgot to take a photo! The meatball sandwich was also delicious. They give you bread to start with house made olive oil dip as well. WOW, what a wonderful lunch! As we entered the restaurant, we immediately felt the holiday spirit here with all of their beautiful Christmas decor! It's been quite sometime since hubby and I dined here because they really didn't have much of a lunch menu or new food items. Times have changed! We decided to sit at the bar, and was greeted by the lovely and beautiful bartender, Rachael! She makes the most delectable Expresso Martinis! Husband had the Mezzaluna Fritte with a very nice sized Caesar salad. Very, very delicious. I ordered the Jumbo Crab Cakes served with a wonderfully delicious sauce and the Four-cheese & sausage stuffed mushrooms. We watched the Bengals and Bills game. Met up with a friend for a belated birthday dinner since she's close to the area. I've always liked the aesthetic of this place. We ordered the caprese with fresh burrata and I ordered an espresso martini and the Salmon Capperi. All in all, the service was great and the food was what you would expect. I love the balsamic on the caprese so that was definitely my favorite thing of the night. The salmon was well cooked and the broccoli was crunch which I like. I did enjoy the espresso martini but it was a little too sweet for me. Other than that, a great time was had by all! We come to Orlando often visiting a relative who loves Carrabba's, bringing us to several of the chain's locations in the area. This is our favorite. The service is prompt, the dishes are well-prepared and the interior is nice and never overcrowded. The best dishes are the spaghetti pomodoro, mezzaluna ravioli and salmon capperi. I wish they still had wood-fired pizzas on the menu but otherwise no notes. read more

Excellent pick up experience. Service with a smile! We arrived and checked in on the app. Food was delivered to our car in less than 5 minutes. I just had to let him know we needed our second order and he apologized and brought it out to us immediately. Everything was packed perfectly in a family bundle recyclable bag which I appreciated. The lid from the balsamic vinegar wasn't closed all the way and leaked a bit inside the bag, but I was able to catch that quick. When we arrived to our destination, the food was still hot and bread was fresh. Carside carryout is the way to go when you're on that side of town. I usually enjoy visiting Carrabba's, but my recent visit left me disappointed. The service was good, especially since the restaurant was extremely busy due to a private event taking up more than half of the tables in the restaurant. The bread is always great, and I love the herb olive oil mix they give to dip it in. I ordered a cup of the minestrone soup, which is always a favorite of mine. It's usually served hot, but my soup during this visit was room temperature. It was also in desperate need of salt. I ordered the grilled vegetable ravioli for my main, and it was not great. We ordered to-go and spent $60 total for two plates, one of them being the lobster ravioli, which looked NOTHING like the picture on the restaurant's website. The raviolis were dry, barely had any sauce, were hard, and there were only 9 small pieces. Honestly, if we hadn't been so hungry, we would've driven the 20 minutes back to return it. The second plate was a chicken entrée that came with just two small pieces of chicken and a tiny side of fries. The portions were shockingly small for what we paid, and the quality did not match the price or presentation advertised. We also found photos in other customer reviews that looked much better than what we received, which makes the inconsistency even more frustrating. Really disappointed. We won't be ordering from here again. Although they went back they were still lukewarm at best. Not the fault of the server but really. My lobster ravioli sauce initially was cold as of it came out of the frig. I went to Carrabba's on Sunday night to celebrate my best friends bday and I had a good experience overall. I liked the layout and the ambiance of the restaurant, it really feels authentic to an Italian restaurant and had nice lighting . My server was really nice. She helped us determine which items were popular on the menu and even gave us complimentary bread and desert to share. I ordered the vegetable ravioli with the minestrone soup. Omg the food was so delicious. The ravioli was divine and had a nice mixture of tomato, ricotta cheese and sautéed vegetable.The soup was very flavorful. I will say it's normal price compared to olive garden or cheddars. The only issue I had was it took a while to be served. I loved the restaurant. The service was good except that the waiter took too long to initially come to the table with even a menu . If there is anything I cannot stand it's that, bring me water, bring the menu..within 5 minutes,something! If you can't do that I cannot rate you as a decent restaurant and your tip goes down! I worked at a Carrabba's when I first moved to FL almost 20 years ago so I might be a tad biased, but I do honestly think it's one of the best chain Italian restaurants out there. It's part of the Outback family of restaurants (I worked there too!) and ranks at the top for me compared to their other restaurants. They offer all the staples you'd expect but their signature dishes like my favorite Chicken Bryan (grilled breast with goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and garlic butter sauce) and Spiedino di Mare (lightly breaded shrimp and scallops) are so good and haven't changed a bit since I first had them (again 20 years!!). There is something to be said for consistency and knowing you're going to get exactly what you expected. If you're feeling like steak, I highly recommend the filet and getting it "Bryan" style. Mmmmmmmm This location stays pretty busy and the parking can be a little crappy in this plaza, but it's a solid spot for a good meal. You get so much food for the money between the bread and herb dip, the soup or salad that comes with most meals and the entrees themselves. read more

We began our visit with greasy bread plates and a dirty knife. Our Server corrected the knife issue. We ordered the ribeye steak dinner, because my husband had ordered it years before and said it would be as good as any ribeye he had ever ordered - even at a steakhouse. The steak tasted sour. Our server said it was the grill base. The quality of the meal was overcome by heavy handed seasoning. The sauteed spinach contained an overwhelming amount of garlic. The sauteed brocolli had something poured over it that resembled an italian dressing. Neither of us took more than a few bites of our meal. There was no consideration extended.
