I'm staying at a hotel near the Miami airport for a few days and needed something fresh and nourishing after traveling all day. Oh my gosh-- Carrot Express was the best choice! I used their app to order delivery. It was super easy to use, had a much lower delivery fee than other food delivery apps, and gave me a $10 coupon for the first order. The delivery was quick and seamless, even to the hotel. I ordered a few things to last while visiting- a La Mexicana salad, fresh fruit bowl, banana bread, and fresh squeezed oj. Everything was SO tasty, super fresh, and flavorful. There was a small snag with one of the items (it was accidentally forgotten) and the staff went above and beyond to get it to me. She even called to make sure I got it. I only wish I was staying longer to enjoy other items! If you're looking for a super tasty, vegetarian friendly, flavorful, reasonably priced meal and amazing customer service, I absolutely recommend Carrot Express!

I visited this Carrot Express location and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the order was completed. It's like a healthy fast food restaurant. I ordered the tuna salad on ciabatta, and it was good. The tuna salad tasted fresh, though I would have preferred it without the alfalfa. The sweet potato fries were very good. I would definitely return whenever I crave something healthy.

I have worked in Doral for a month and I have ordered from here twice and done pick up once. The first time that I ordered I created my own salad bowl with tuna. The second time that I ordered I had the salmon poke and the time that I went in to pick up an order I had the Tuna Poke. I love it becuase it is a healthy alternative that is convenient when you don't have anything ready. Every time that I have ordered I have felt full after my meal. The portions are large and it is always super fresh. The time that I went in for pick up I had to drive around the plaza twice before realizing where it was. It is on the first floor on the right side of the roundabout if you just drove in. There is street parking on the side as well. When I went in and ordered, I walked in and was welcomed by the staff. I placed my order since there was no line and I had my meal within 5 mins. The place was clean and it smells super clean and fresh. I know that this def and easy go to for lunch in the area.

My go-to meal when I'm looking for a delicious and healthy lunch. They're portions are really good and everything is always so fresh and flavorful! I shared the la bomba wrap + the almond butter açaí bowl and it was perfect for 2. The La bomba wrap is amazing! With falafel, eggplant which gives a beautiful Mediterranean flavor, dip it in their cilantro lime and wow chefs kiss! S for the açaí, it's so refreshing and filled with fruits like pineapple, strawberries, bananas, and blueberries -- they drizzle some almond butter on top and voila, a perfect sweet tooth satisfaction.

The workers who've answered the phone between Tuesdays of December 09,2025 and the manager as well are very incompetent of doing their job and has provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've called 37 TIMES !!! On a order I was provided that was wrong and I have pictures and yesterday night at 7:20 I've called the worker I've spoke with on Tuesday that allegedly told me the manager left the store and she questioned that if the manager reached out to me and laughed on the phone and I asked her are you laughing that's when she proceeded to disconnect the call & Blocked my number. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING ANY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION, I'd get better customer service else were and they could ask a fool over the phone I could only imagine what could they do to the food. Im disappointed and frustrated I've spent $56.18 for order number 40095104978354178 for a delivery order and nobody seems to help rectify the issue with my order. MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE WITH CARROT EXPRESS!!! I even had to call from a different number to confirm that the worker that worked last night at 7:20 which was the same one who worked the same hours this Tuesday

I had the crispy chicken platter. With brown rice, pico de gallo and avocado and I have to say it was incredibly delicious. I've eaten at a lot of fancy restaurants but this place is so fresh so good that it is way better than all those places. I recommend this place to anybody. That crispy chicken platter is so good that I guarantee there's no way you won't like this. Their fried chicken breast is better than anything raising canes has.

My Coworker decided to order so I jumped on the bandwagon we ordered early for our lunch it got delivered I got the pumpkin/ sweet potato soup and the California eggwich sandwich first let's start by saying how extremely pricey this meal was I'm just helping on my food the soup although good comes in the smallest container at a whopping charge of $8.95 and the eggwich at the charge of $13.95 really ??! The cost of setting health is NOT fair in these times. The soup was ok Like i a said a lil tiny container I mean this needs to change for that price and the sandwich was just ok as well I think you definitely need to re look at prices I definitely won't order again. At the cost of over $25 it's not worth it I could bought my daughter and I a full dinner elsewhere later tonight! Disappointed, disappointing!

Dined at this location for the first time. I normally uber eats my order but I wanted to grab something on the go. Glad I passed by. I sat outside and enjoyed the show they had at the fountain. Service was quick and food was good. They have street parking and a garage. I tried one of their Avocado Toast's and the Açaí Bowl. I've also had their bowls and salads. Great spot to grab breakfast or lunch.
