This place has such a large variety of healthy and delicious options. My fan favorite is the Ahi Poke Bowl.

The 3 times I've been to this location and ordered the Poke Bowl, I've received it differently each time. There's no consistency and the attention to detail is poor. Last weekend it was a disaster. It didn't come with the fresh ahi tuna, it came with pickled ginger when the receipt explicitly detailed order, and lastly, they charged me $7 for a different ahi tuna. Yet, when I got the plate, it didn't have "'either' tuna [see photo]. When I brought it back to the counter, they looked at me funny, and proceeded to talk amongst themselves. I asked to speak with manager; he couldn't explain why the plate was incomplete in the 1st place but he went on to give me a tuna lesson. He apologized, and returned the $7 for the ahi tuna. Aside from the inconsistency and the poor service, the food is great; their serving portions are perfect. Their lentil soup is delicious and full of flavor! Their menu is extensive! Although a tad bit on the expensive side, I do wish the experience would make it worth it. read more

Second time here, had really good experience with the service and the food. It's a good place to go after workout, the first time I ordered a salad(forgot the name :p ) was really good and the second time today I had Pesto Chicken with cauliflower rice and green dream juice. The chicken breast taste amazing because they marinated the meat and grilled it. Only thing should improved is the juice taste sugar added, I don't know if I was wrong but it's too sweet to me. Total I spend $30, not so cheap but I think it's worthy it, don't understand why some ppl over here complain about they charge for adding extra... it's delicious that all matters. I am a big fan of Carrot Express. However, I was so disgusted by the what I witnessed by the workers who prepared my tuna salad. I decided to eat at the counter by where the workers prepare the food. As I ate my salad, I watched one the employees wearing plastic gloves use his phone, he then put his hands in his pockets, then used a dirty rag to clean and then with the same plastic gloves he grabbed shredded carrots out of a bowl to prepare the next order! I was in shock because he did not change his plastic gloves or wash his hands. I was so disgusted I had to walk away and leave my food. I will never come back to what was once my favorite place to eat! You need to train your employees to have better hygiene and change their gloves. read more

We love Carrot Express and order lunch for us at the office almost every day but these past 2 weeks the quality of the food is not the same. The side of avocado that comes with Tim's Platter is now usually with black spots and the serving is half of half. We have mentioned it to the restaurant various times and they acknowledge & apologize but it remains the same. I feel there is no attention to detail. Decided to go to Carrot Express mostly based on gluten free menu options. The cashier was super nice and answered questions nicely. I ordered 1 smoothie and 2 wrap sandwiches. It took ~18 minutes to receive wraps. Ordered a third wrap and that took 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, we inquired about smoothie whereabouts, which they provide explanations...I demanded refund, which they provided. I will not return. read more

I went in for a simple small smoothie and ended up waiting about 20 min when at 3:40 you guys did not have any clients at the moment . your front desk teller was speaking to another employee and did not care to find out what was going on with my order , its ridiculous to wait 20 min for a 16oz smoothie. I used to have friends and co workers go to this location but i no longer wish to come back due to service . i hope you realize and compensate for my time wasted at this location and i advice you train your team to be more attentive to there clients. I enjoy their smoothies and have had a spinach melt from them which was okay, the pita was burnt so it made it hard to eat. I've been here on 4 occasions and 3 out of 4x I had a problem with form of payment. If I was paying cash they weren't accepting cash or if I was paying with Apple Pay it was available either. I would suggest having people who enjoy their job more. A few of the girls who take orders tend to have attitudes. Not very welcoming.
