I sent a message via Yelp on a Sunday night and they immediately scheduled our oven troubleshooting for Monday afternoon. Their front office staff is incredibly responsive! George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. I've had plenty of negative or so-so experiences with other service technicians from other companies. This experience with George / Astera is so positive that I'm posting my review even before the service is completed. Astera will be getting first crack at all of my appliance and HVAC service calls going forward.

He was able to help troubleshoot an issue with me, and it turned out that I needed a new hot water heater. Communication was great throughout the process. Steve was who I met at my house (technician or foreman, not sure) - he was also super kind and helpful. If I ever have any other issues in my house, I'll be sure to call Mark.

Excuses each time pointing to bad to be management and disorganization. On the 4th day (today) , was told someone came out the prior evening but no one was home. I was home all day/evening and was awaiting the pre-call that I was told repeatedly that I'd receive, so I wasn't sitting by my door waiting for someone to knock. When I explained I got no call, they read back the phone number they had, which I had repeated every time I called, and the last 4 digits were swapped. The rep just said, "Oops, that's the problem then." Yeah, no one read call my number to confirm and recommended they start doing that after the rep gave another excuse of "receiving so many calls to their office." When I asked to get priorized today as my young child would be coming over for the weekend today and was told they could "try, but..." and when I explained this has become ridiculous they defaulted back to saying "no one was home last time we tried" and I referred back to THEIR expectations set that they would call when ON THEIR WAY, then why still show up when no one answered because they called the wrong number? The rep got incredibly irate and aggressive and I asked if I should call another company since they can't seem to keep up/adhere to expectations, to which she yelled "yes, I think you should" be hung up. I know this is the hot season and it's busy, so give proper expectations, confirm you have correct contact information, keep your customers updated and for God's sake, take accountability and hold your temper... Unprofessional, unreliable, incredibly unpleasant company to interact with.

I saw him working - in addition to knowledge and experience he has a good working culture, and you'll rarely find it these days!!! He did a complete A/C system replacement for me. He quoted the project and after that explained all the details I was asking about (even I was asking quite a bit more than a usual customer would). As a result we slightly corrected his initial standard proposal to better fit my not quite standard case. His price was sure better than those big companies estimated. After being a customer of Allied Air Conditioning and Heating Corp. for 37 years and watching deterioration of service level there as well as a price increase I'm switching to ThermPro Heating and Cooling on a permanent base for all my HVAC needs. I can see that here you can talk it through and find solution (possibly even not a standard one) that will fit your needs and checkbook. Corporate America does not operate this way (it just cannot) - they have a set of rules and some company standards that they have to be within, but I, as a customer, do not care about. In addition to all I see that if we, consumers, will not support businesses like this one, we will be paying more for less service. So I strongly encourage you to consider ThermPro Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs! And I thank Erik very much for the good job he's done for me.

From the moment I submitted a request to talk with someone, I received prompt and clear communication from everyone I worked with at Leith. They stopped by my home to learn more about my home, family, and needs. Jake provided me with clear options, answers to my questions, and recommendations that matched what I was looking for with the project. They gave me options and quotes that let me feel in control of a big purchase. I never once felt pressured into spending more than what I was looking for and they were flexible to my needs instead of the other way around. They completed the project quick and the new unit worked great. Jake, Brian, and the team checked in from start to finish and I won't use any company but them for any future projects!

I had the estimate emailed to me within 24 hours There were two choices to choose from. Good and better. I chose the better,and their prices seemed competitive. On the day of the install, the two young men were friendly and knowledgeable. They had my new furnace installed within 3.5 hours, and completely cleaned up everything, and took the old furnace away. It looked perfect, and you'd have never known I just had a furnace installed. I am completely satisfied and would recommend them for any heating or cooling problem that you have.
