So then I ask about reordering it and she tells me that the distribution center for parts doesn't have an oil cap of all things. Instead of any help from old tattoo lady she doesn't say one word and just refunds the item all together instead of maybe doing anything else that would've helped? The on duty manager refuses to give it to her and she calls me. In short, I explain I'm assisting my sister from a far. He wants me to come show him my information from 60 miles away. Seriously, instead of arguing... I tell him to refund my money and we'll buy somewhere else. He quickly changed his tune, gave her the part. However, he refused to take the core and refund my $35 dollars. What a jerk! With that being said... I had to take the core to a different location to get my core deposit back.
