I suspect that they put a zips carwash sticker under the rear view mirror blocking the camera that is necessary for the adaptive cruise control to work. The advisor was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The technician was also informative, knowledgeable and friendly. The repairs were done ahead of schedule, yet they apologized for the wait. I was worried it was going to be an all day thing but they completed in less than two hours. The waiting room was clean and full of refreshments if needed. They constantly were updating the status of the repairs. They also tried to get me to do the repairs that would get me back on the road, didn't force an unnecessary upsell. I chose to do the more expensive repair, but I appreciate that they didn't just hit me with the most expensive repair possible. Overall I couldn't have been happier with my experience here.
