Tech says radio has "internal error" ... no kidding I knew that it doesn't work. Then told me they found the code I had given them for the cat error and said the tech said " internal error on cat". Are you serious?! They charged me $89 plus tax to tell me exactly what I told the service person checking me in. When I questioned she said they didn't do deep diagnostic cause I only wanted to pay one diagnostic fee then says they normally charge $89 per code, so it's not a single diagnostic fee. Imagine how many people they rip off with diagnostic fees alone! Literal waste of my time and money for nothing.

Over the past 8 months I have left several messages, sent emails, and tried to do everything possible to get paid for the work we did but I can't even get a call back. I hate that I have to write this review - I was even hoping we could do more business together. Life is hard enough right now without getting ripped off for doing honest work. I was essentially lied to. Their word and promises all changed last minute. This is a very sad, shady, deceptive, and poor way of doing business, and for those reasons, I advise you not to do any sort of business here because they'll 100% play games with you. This dealership does not truly stick to their word or promises and is not honest. I sent a few recent texts today in which I didn't receive any responses or correspondence from so that means I'm being ghosted, which is very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior. If you have a choice and especially from my recent experience here, do not do business with this dealership because it's not a good feeling what I went through and I'd hate for you to have to go through what I did too. Save yourself the pain and agony. How does someone not stick to their word is truly beyond me. I was not taken care of as I was promised I would be. No trade, signed paperwork, order some extras for car to be installed before pickup. Still excited! Salesman took the deal sheet to floor manager. Salesman comes back and tells me we have a problem. Sales manager comes over and tells me no deal they will not sell me the car because price in their computer was wrong. I had already bought car, WTH? Bait and switch begins. Tries to renegotiate price. I was not having it. Bad customer service and ethics. General manager would not accept their mistake. Total bad experience at Lexus of Knoxville.
