I looked for 2 months to find the right car that I could afford. Sydney sold me my car on Jan. 16, 2025. They delivered it to me on the 22nd of Jan. Once I received the car, it had a chip in the wind shield. Then I discover that the navigation does not work; that I have to up date it at a tune of $500. I discover that I have a used engine in my car and not the original. I was told the car had no accidents and only 2 owners. I was never told that it had a used engine in the car. It was not disclosed to me. This car is not safe to drive, Then I find out that there is a major oil leak and I am having transmission problems. I also need brake pads and new tires, All in all I might as well burn the car because it is going to cost me a bloody fortune to get it fixed and the mechanics can't guarantee that I won't have more problems. After almost 2 months of reaching out to the Manager, Brent Strange at the dealership and ask to take my car back and give me my money back; they are refusing to talk to me. I had an attorney send them a letter as well to no avail. They are ruthless and uncaring in dealing with their customers. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE AT ALL!!!!!!

I was worried it was going to be an all day thing but they completed in less than two hours. The waiting room was clean and full of refreshments if needed. They constantly were updating the status of the repairs. They also tried to get me to do the repairs that would get me back on the road, didn't force an unnecessary upsell. I chose to do the more expensive repair, but I appreciate that they didn't just hit me with the most expensive repair possible. Overall I couldn't have been happier with my experience here.

The service department is a rip off. Took my Pilot in to get checked out. Had the codes a needed…read morethe radio checked because it stopped playing sound. Was told diagnostic fee was $89 that they don't go by other codes their techs didn't pull. So gave her the codes we knew already so they'd know. Waited 2 hours and get called back. Tech says radio has "internal error" ... no kidding I knew that it doesn't work. Then told me they found the code I had given them for the cat error and said the tech said " internal error on cat". Are you serious?! They charged me $89 plus tax to tell me exactly what I told the service person checking me in. When I questioned she said they didn't do deep diagnostic cause I only wanted to pay one diagnostic fee then says they normally charge $89 per code, so it's not a single diagnostic fee. Imagine how many people they rip off with diagnostic fees alone! Literal waste of my time and money for nothing.
