Not a problem, we selected a car went to see it it was gone. We wanted to explore more options since we need to get second car soon. Paulina was busy enough searching for way to get a new ride for us but not for us instead with my second half. Unprofessional ways of finding new play to man. Carfax had 1 minor accident. Was assured a fender bender. Turned out the sway bar was damaged and one of the engine mounts was crushed. They bought at auction. I am living in Florida now and am 3 hours away from the Cars Auto Mall place so (mistakenly) trusted them. Cost to repair $4K. Elvis said the car has undergone a multi-point inspection. I purchased a 2015 VW Passat on April 24, 2018. Two weeks later my engine and oil light illuminated on my dash. I returned to have my vehicle serviced. Long story short since April I have visited Car Auto Malls NINE times. Yes, nine times!!! The issue still isn't resolved. As a matter of fact, I dropped my vehicle off on Monday of this week to have my sensors and oil pump repaired. Only to arrive on Wednesday to see my car parked on the side of the dealership. I spoke with the mechanic that I had been conversing with throughout this process, he informed that he isn't the one to do the repairs and he had no idea when the other mechanic was expected to show up to work. I ended up taking my vehicle and the oil pump. I have to get it serviced my self. It's been such a nightmare! I'm mentally and physically drained from this situation, and I would recommend this place to not even my enemy . read more

They asked me how much I was going to put down I said 1000... They said the bank requires 1500 due to the car being turbo... Found out after the fact, that it was bullshit... But put it down... Then I had the car for 3 weeks and they called saying the loan company was backing out of the loan and i had return my car.... I said i would refinance thru my credit union. They came to get my car... I asked them what I needed to do to keep it. They said they would not be allowing me to get the car back... I told them that's fine and that I needed my things bc i had some stuff in the car worth alot of money... They said to bring the other key to the car and i could get my stuff. I get there to get ny stuff. I had 100 PURE silver quarters from 1800 and 200 dimes. Plus some other antique coins. They stole those out of my car. I asked for them the manager laughed in my face and said no one stole anything out of my car.. And I said the hell that you didn't. Who picked up my car... He asked why I wanted to know. I said bc I want to ask them for what is missing. He laughed again and told me again no one took anything. I'm going to the court house tomorrow to file a lawsuit against them for stealing my property. They also said bc the loan company canceled the loan that I forfeited my down payment. This business is horrible I'm surprised they still have a business. I bought a car here and the people were extremely rude. They lie and scam you into buying a car. They take advantage of you. The financial manager Tommy is a complete jerk he acts like he is working with you and they actually con artist. He has talked to me very belittling. Yelled at me as if we were husband and wife and hung up on me. They tricked me into thinking I was getting my licensed plates told me to pick them up at no cost and put me in a room shut the doors and told me to give up my car. A DEALERSHIP IS NOT ALLOWED TO REPOSSESS YOUR VEHICLE! I was threatened for my safety. I then called the bank and informed them of the actions of my car being taken by the dealership and the bank was furious. I called TOMMY and told him I spoke with the bank and he said why did you call the bank this business was between me and you. They were never suppose to take my car from me and I was only behind a few weeks of my car payment. They even asked me to pay them my car note two months in advanced. I refused because I do not pay them my car note I pay the bank. This is the most ridiculous company I've ever done business with. They will be hearing from my attorney. After purchasing a vehicle from this so called dealership a month ago, I have nothing but problems out of it since day one. They do what they need to do to get the vehicle to drive and get you off the lot and then all hell breaks lose and you are stuck. EVEN if you buy the "so called" warranty that they sell you, you still come out of pocket with additional expenses and headache because the "so called" best package and only covers about 30% of the bill. Explained i literally checked it this morning and pulled it upin frint of him to which he says WHATEVER WHATEVER, When my boyfriend walks back into the room he denied ever speaking to me rudly. He was 2 different people when my boyfriend was in the room. Very condescending while barely speaking half way decent English. My wife and I were in the process of shopping for vehicles. We found this place and liked the inventory. At the time we unfortunately couldn't find the vehicle we were looking for. We were trying to be persuaded to purchase another vehicle which drove like poop. We stated we will check your inventory during the coming weeks and see what pops up. When we found another vehicle there we were so excited to find out this was not a high line vehicle and we could purchase it. We were then told the vehicle had an issue with the framework of the car and they could not sell it to us they had to scrap the car. We were like we will keep looking. I drove by a week later and what did I see the same car out front for sale I was shocked. I called up and asked this time a different sales associate if the car was for sale and he stated yes sir absolutely. I stated the previous lady explained this car was not sellable it had to be salvaged and he said don't know why she said that. We decided to move on. A few weeks later we got a call from a warranty place along with the satellite radio company for the car they the first time tried to sell to us. They said your vehicle warranty will be running out in a few mi this do you wanna upgrade. We were shocked and what vehicle we never purchased one from there. They apologized and I was very aggravated thinking they were doing shady stuff with my wife's information. Bad business here. Again today was shopping for a vehicle and saw the same Mazda again for sale. The same one she had told us was not sellable and had to be salvaged. Bought a charger in January the same night it broke down. So I went bright and early the next day and they had me choose another car mind you I only went because I wanted a dodge charger!!! So I choose a Hyundai Sonta my ac wouldn't start so the boss said he would cover the ac to be fixed. My AC is STILL broken they called me to go to Gus Auto Mall and it would be covered. When my car was there they said that there was never any authorization that Car Auto Mall would cover the repairs. My car broke down for over 100 times Max stopped answering my calls I was stranded with a broke down car. In order for my car to turn off I have to take out a fuse. The car wouldn't turn on when I first bought it and Max said it was just because it hadn't been turned on in a while. WRONG.
