I have to say this was the best buying experience I have ever experienced at a car sales place. No pressure, all vehicles open to look inside. All available for test drive without a salesman tagging along so you can discuss each vehicle as you go. No added bullshit charges at the end of sale. I have to add it's the most jeeps I have ever found in one place from bargain price to very higher end vehicles. We will go back for our next purchase. WOW! What a great experience! We told Tyler what our budget was and he pointed out two Jeeps. They just give you the keys and let you take off. But don't forget to grab your phone. Neither of us had a phone with us and we got lost. No bogus fees. Since it was a Saturday AM, we paid a down payment on CC and took the Jeep home. They let us make a list of things to fix - which they did the following week. There was a "glitch" in our paperwork regarding the title. They cut a check without hesitation to correct it. I hate to be that person but I've been left with no other choice. EXTREMELY disappointed. Find a reputable dealer. They buy them, trade some parts out/ wheels and then flip without giving any safety look over or they don't fix them. Bought a wrangler, has mods so they upcharged even though aftermarket doesn't increase value with higher mileage. They don't even list carfax until you go in and speak to them, most have a minor accident. They worked with me a bit for price which was appreciated but told me oil filter was changed to aluminum, it was still mopar plastic and a selling point for us due to this being a common issues on jeeps. First day I came home and noticed grease spewed on the drive shaft, brought it back in after they gave me their word to help fix any issues. Will tells me there's about 10 others on his lot with the same problem and it's "common on lifted jeeps" which is a concern alone that they are selling them like that vs ensuring quality jeeps to keep reputation up. Told me that the drive shaft was "still functioning" and that they don't believe other shops word, they can go based on their opinion only (which was another way to tell me they didn't want to help). Brought it to two different places that same day and both confirmed the drive shaft is indeed broken. Messaged back and forth, provided pictures and then never heard back even though I was willing to take any other fault on the vehicle after this was handled. Was looking forward to sharing to others about them but unfortunately they went back on their word and was left extremely disappointed after trusting them based on other reviews. Giving two stars because their tech was nice and they don't have the dealer fees, but be ready to pay on the back end for a car that has no warranty or safety inspections. read more

Can I give 10? or 100 stars? This review is long overdue. We purchased our Jeep from Ian and Will in 2022. Had a great experience. They gave a fair value for our YJ as a trade in (also know that it ended up going to a good owner that will appreciate it). Throughout the sales process, they were very communicative, personable, honest, knowledgeable, and just pleasant to be around. Within the first week of owning the "new-to-us" Jeep, it had intermittent issues with it not wanting to start. They took a look, fixed the minor issue and we have been enjoying it since! Fast forward to a year or so later, ended up having a loss of acceleration after it was running for a few hours. We took it to 4 different shops and nobody could figure out what was going on even though they could replicate the problem. After calling Jeep Depot, Ian (without hesitation) told us to bring it to them. They diagnosed the problem that nobody else could and also proactively took care of a couple other things they saw to ensure we will be safe and sound for a very long time - all this at a more than fair deal. I expect things to happen with a used vehicle but Ian/Will really stepped up and took their service to a whole different level. I couldn't recommend a better place to buy a Jeep from. Completely upset with my experience with the Jeep Depo !! My husband and I checked out a truck on Friday which we fell in love with. We were told we had to put in an application online which we did that same day. The dealer was closed Sunday and Monday. We got a call on Tuesday morning (7/26) from Will to notify us that we'd been approved. We asked if we could come down to finalize the purchase and we were told by Will that we'd have to wait as today was "not a good day". He asked us to come in tomorrow (7/27). It's 6:30 pm and we just got a call saying someone came in and purchased the Jeep we applied and were approved for. This place clearly has horrible sales practices which can't be taught simply by owning and fixing jeeps by it's employees. My husband was told that had we put money down it wouldn't have sold, even though they told us we couldn't come in today. I completely feel discriminated against. I was really hoping I'd have a good experience here given all the great reviews but I guess those experiences are only reserved for certain people. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. THEY'LL RUN YOUR CREDIT AND WASTE YOUR TIME !! To add: the owner Ian decided to double down on my Google review to inform me that it was a "coincidence" that the person who purchased the car was a "young black man". Thank you for your swift yet condescending response Ian , "your wife hadn't driven the car" so we didn't sell it "we didn't have stubs" so we didn't sell it to you. WE OFFERED TO COME IN AND WE WERE TOLD NO. Your business didn't want to sell the car to us and that's OKAY!! My review however still stands.
