    It doesn't add up lol yall are f***ed!!

    Scammy dealership it's sad what people have to do for a couple of dollars. Never gave me a bill of sale with the hopes of me not realizing I was scammed until I went back a year later and found out they marked the car up to 16k on paper but listed it for 10.9k and never told me about the mark up. During me purchasing the car I asked Anthony multiple times within text and in person is the 4500 I'm giving him going towards my loan and he told me yes every time. After I also gave him the 4500 I asked for receipts or itemized bill and Alex said and I quote "the registration is the receipt" so that I would have no proof of what I paid for the car or what I just gave him. He was able to con me because I was a first time car buyer,but fast forward a year I realizing they just pocketed my money. I reached out to Anthony and couldn't get any response so I just showed up. Once I got there I couldn't even get a word out without Alex talking over me trying to intimidate me, all while Anthony is sitting right there( he was my salesman) but couldn't even talk for him self and just let Alex blurt out lies, what a clown. I demanded a refund and explained how I was never shown a bill of sale nor was I given one and then Alex went and printed out a random paper that didn't even match any of the information of the transaction, let alone it wasn't even signed. Nicole the front desk lady also had a nasty disrespectful mouth and tried speaking to me when she's not even a salesperson let alone knew anything about the situation. Alex also had the audacity to disrespect me and ask me if I wanted to work there as if he was trying to insult me as if I need money as if they aren't the thieves stealing people's hard earned money .My total loan amount was somehow 11,600 after I gave them 4,500 cash to put towards my loan, so in reality my loan balance should've been 7,000! I financed a 2013 g37x so you mean to tell me that I was tricked into paying almost 17-18,000 including interest for a 2013!! They talked fast and made me believe that the money I was giving them was going to the financing company. I'm 100% going to take this up with my lawyer and take legal action so that I can get my money back and more. I WOULD NEVER recommend getting a car from here. This business needs to be shut down they don't know how to make a honest dollar!!

    This dealer Cars by Aj are very dishonest and scammers. My son sent them his $3000 down payment for a 2016 SQ5 on the 4th of March using zelle/debit card. When he went to collect the vehicle they changed the agreed downpayment from $3000 to $4000. He declined the offer because it was out of his budget and requested his $3000 downpayment back, the salemans tried to sell him another car to which he also decline the offer and asked again for his $3000 downpayment. After several attempts by phone and email he went to the dealership in person in attempt to get back his downpayment but to no avail. He then went to the Rahway Police to get help, then after he returned to the dealership again and the Manager called the same Rahway police on him. Its now the 8th of April and my son still hasnt gotten back his $3000 from them. After weeks of trying with no success, i told him to leave reviews so people would be aware of this dealership, they are now trying to get him to remove the reviews for him to get back his $3000 after weeks of begging for his own hard working money. I have taken the liberty of attaching all evidence for everyone to see what was done to my son. buyers beware!

My experience started poorly with the Internet department, which was beyond rude. When I called to discuss pricing, I was essentially told that I had to be physically present before they would even begin any meaningful discussion, and the representative practically hung up on me. This is completely unlike many other dealerships that willingly provide a formal electronic Out-The-Door (OTD) price in a transparent and professional manner. I do want to acknowledge Harry Yang, who was courteous, professional, and refreshingly straightforward throughout the process. He treated us with respect and without the usual sales fluff. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the manager, Eric Dennent (sp?). His approach came across as slick and underhanded. Once we arrived, he added a VIN etching and tracking "package" to the vehicle price. Harry indicated these items were optional--which is exactly how they should be presented. After I made my offer, Harry went to speak with Eric. We then waited an inordinate amount of time in an ice-cold showroom, making an already frustrating experience even more unpleasant. When Eric finally returned, he claimed that the VIN etching and tracking package had already been installed and therefore could not be removed. If that is truly the case, then the advertised online price should have reflected the additional nearly $2,000 cost from the beginning. Advertising one price and then adding thousands of dollars in mandatory extras after the customer arrives is not transparency. To make matters worse, this was a loaner vehicle, yet the dealership offered a laughable discount of roughly $20 against their inflated price. The entire negotiation felt disingenuous and designed to wear the customer down rather than provide a fair deal. If you live far away and don't want to waste your time being surprised with higher, previously undisclosed charges, avoid this dealership. Make sure you get every number in writing before making the trip. Once again, Harry Yang was a gentleman and genuinely seemed to try to help us reach a reasonable deal. The problem was management. Eric was completely unyielding and appeared committed to practices that I found highly questionable. I intend to file a complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs regarding this experience. In my opinion, this dealership exemplifies why the term "stealership" exists. Unless you enjoy paying for unnecessary add-ons and surprise charges, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I will never return. If I could give a zero star to this "business", I would, unhesitatingly.

Told her I would be back as my schedule was extremely crazy. Everyday my son , Artis Hemmingway, would call me for updates as to when I was going to get the truck because he told me," Mom if you love the truck and the price is right, GET IT AND DO NOT WAIT! It won't be there for long." See I had been in love with Tahoes for years! When I drove the wagoneer, I loved how big it was but after my research, Tahoe still came out as the supreme choice! I then came back to the sales team , that's when I met Jordan, who took the reins while Ariana was out. We test drove other cars as I wanted something to compare. Again , when I got home , called my son, who I have to thank for his patience. I apologized for bugging him on his days off but he calmly said, " Purchasing a car is huge deal and commitment, especially a used one. You have to be sure. But this is why I told you to go to there. You will be in good hands."-I came back, met a different representative by the name of Josh who was extremely helpful and after my family went to test drive the Tahoe and gave me the green light, Josh got the truck down to Iselin. Corey, the manager was extremely helpful and professional as he worked closely with Ariana on the sale. There were 2 other managers , as I met all 3, who also were great . Corey and the other managers, went over the top to ensure I was comfortable with my sale and got everything I needed and wanted! Their sales team, w/the highlight on Ariana, made this experience a stress free moment and I truly will purchase cars here in the future (next few months for my business)- Again, I have to give Artis Hemmingway, the top kudos as I would have never thought to purchase from Enterprise! Thank you Artis for helping me with my decision for this vehicle!!!! I absolutely Love my new Truck. Thank you guys again and I will see you in a few short months to purchase company cars!

The dealers aren't rushed or trying to hustle you into overspending on a car that you don't like or can't afford. There are several makes and models of Ford and Lincoln cars available to inspect and test drive. Within my lease, I get service a few times a year for a super low price. On my most recent appointment I got an oil change, my tires rotated, windshield washer fluid etc. They also give your vehicle a thorough wash and vacuum as apart of their service. My car received a thorough checkup and they alerted me about a recall. The waiting area is really comfortable and kid friendly if you have little ones. There's a really fancy coffee machine availablethat offers coffee of several types and flavors- free of charge. I would recommend Dana Ford to anyone who has worries that buying a car in NYC isn't very smart or that it's gonna be a negative experience. Dana Ford Lincoln and their entire staff are always good to me.

    My Review: Location…read moreand first impressions - Cons, A little scary. Lots of tough guys walking around speaking Russian. Loads of cars all packed super tight into a tiny lot. The office is what you would expect from a small used car dealer (trailer trying to be chic). Pros- Lots of high-end​ cars, priced well and very friendly service from Eugene! They did work with the numbers I wanted for financing. One thing I noticed once I got home was I could tell the last owner (or whoever had this car last) left the sunroof open because there were water marks all around the top of the car (that would have been nice to have someone else tell me that or I would have given more stars). So far almost 24 hours later and I love my new car! Eugene was the most friendly and hard working salesman and Arthur worked with me to make sure the downpayment and monthly payments were what I wanted.

I visited this dealership fully prepared to purchase a vehicle and was kept waiting for more than two hours. I gave them a second chance and returned the next day, only to be kept waiting for another two hours. The complete lack of respect for a customer's time was unacceptable. What was even more concerning was what happened when I was ready to finalize the purchase. After discussing the price and preparing to bring payment, they suddenly added approximately $5,500 in additional fees. These charges were not presented transparently from the beginning and completely changed the deal that had been discussed. The entire process felt misleading and unnecessarily complicated. Instead of providing clear information and professional service, the staff came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Simple questions were met with poor communication, and there seemed to be little concern about earning or keeping a customer's trust. Buying a car is a major financial decision, and customers deserve honesty, transparency, and respect. Unfortunately, this dealership failed in all three areas. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to carefully review every number, every fee, and every document before signing anything. I walked away feeling that my time had been wasted and that the dealership was not operating in a way that puts customers first. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
