Thanking my son, Artis Hemmingway, who works for the company, Enterprise Rental in Edison NJ, I now have my beautiful Chevy Tahoe. - I was in the market for a new truck but was going to wait until Spring 2025. I rented SUV's from the Raritan location,and fell in love with a different truck. After asking. Ashley, the manager from Raritan , how would I go about obtaining that particular truck, she said sales would give me a call.- I rushed home and call my son and told him I was serious about getting the truck. I shopped around first , only because it's the smart thing to do, but then my son told me , you need to get a new car now as your placing more miles on your trade and the winter is coming. Artis continued by saying, "I work with these cars everyday and for you, the Tahoe is perfect and no need to go anywhere else. Our cars are certified and we stand behind our commitments." After speaking meeting Ariana from sales, I knew I was in the right place. She was so welcoming and upfront with no haggle tactics! -Honestly, I think I was the haggle. Told her I would be back as my schedule was extremely crazy. Everyday my son , Artis Hemmingway, would call me for updates as to when I was going to get the truck because he told me," Mom if you love the truck and the price is right, GET IT AND DO NOT WAIT! It won't be there for long." See I had been in love with Tahoes for years! When I drove the wagoneer, I loved how big it was but after my research, Tahoe still came out as the supreme choice! I then came back to the sales team , that's when I met Jordan, who took the reins while Ariana was out. We test drove other cars as I wanted something to compare. Again , when I got home , called my son, who I have to thank for his patience. I apologized for bugging him on his days off but he calmly said, " Purchasing a car is huge deal and commitment, especially a used one. You have to be sure. But this is why I told you to go to there. You will be in good hands."-I came back, met a different representative by the name of Josh who was extremely helpful and after my family went to test drive the Tahoe and gave me the green light, Josh got the truck down to Iselin. Corey, the manager was extremely helpful and professional as he worked closely with Ariana on the sale. There were 2 other managers , as I met all 3, who also were great . Corey and the other managers, went over the top to ensure I was comfortable with my sale and got everything I needed and wanted! Their sales team, w/the highlight on Ariana, made this experience a stress free moment and I truly will purchase cars here in the future (next few months for my business)- Again, I have to give Artis Hemmingway, the top kudos as I would have never thought to purchase from Enterprise! Do not purchase a car from Enterprise! They claim to certify their vehicles but it is a complete smoke and mirrors routine. Four weeks ago, I purchased two vehicles at the same time from this location. They have a no haggle policy, so what you pay is the price they are asking. My younger son was going to use one of the cars as his first vehicle, the first time he attempted to use the car he noticed a loud squeaking come from the front brakes and difficultly stopping the car. I took the car to a local mechanic who advised me the car was unsafe to drive and that the front break pads were worn out and needed to be replaced. Along with this there was a blown fuse making it impossible to charge his phone. The car is nearly new 2019 Nissan Sentra with 55K Miles on it. Enterprise claims to have a certification to protect from such things. I brought this to the Manager's attention and he basically told me too bad. I'll be taking Enterprise to court to recover my $645.00!! Shop elsewhere these guys will gladly take your money and not honor their certification. read more

Had an incredibly good experience from beginning to end. Adam Rosen was a huge help in getting me into the right vehicle. I had a particular car in mind and there was a similar make/model at the location I could test drive. Adam asked what I liked/disliked about it and what features were important to me while we tested it and asked - no pressure - if I would like to look at other makes and see if they suited me. The suggestions were excellent and on both sides of the price with pros/cons for both. In the end, I went with my initial model choice, but now I was sure of my choice. Adam said, "I understand; you have to pick the car that feels like 'home' to you! And now you know." Supported my decision, never tried to 'sell' me anything but satisfaction. The paperwork was fast and easy and they took care of EVERYTHING for me; even called my insurance company while I was there so I didn't need to handle anything. I researched and looked at invoice for a lot of dealers and I feel confident that the no haggle price I got was a competitive deal - likely one I would have had to negotiate an hour under stress to get to anywhere else. Also kudos to Brian, the sales manager and Will the gentleman who transferred my car from their other location and made sure it was spotless for me when I picked it up the very next day. Yes, that's right - 24 hours later I was driving it and totally confident of my choice. And to top it off, I was renting an Enterprise vehicle, so I was able to just leave it there and they checked it back in at my rental location for me! I can't recommend them enough; the experience was as good as it gets in car sales without being a dealer's relative. And Adam was not only a top flite salesman (professional and knew how to make you feel good about your decisions) but he was also the kind of guy you wanted to go grab a beer with afterwards. Seriously, just fun and positive and funny. In fact, everyone there seemed to be really happy working there and being around customers in a real sense, not the phony way some places act. If you don't at least consider them, you're doing yourself a gross disservice and missing a great deal. No haggling, cars with meticulous service records that feel like new. I'd never buy a used car anywhere else again. Check them out, be your own judge. But if you're looking for a recommendation, I'd say that you'd be crazy to not go there first. read more

From day one when I called them, he stayed on the phone with me and helped me search cars until I found pretty much exactly what I was looking for. After my Honda Civic was flooded by Sandy, I wasn't so much lamenting the loss as the what I was sure would be an absolute slog of a process first dealing with insurance and second the dreaded purchase of a new car. Unfortunately my vechile was stolen. I rented a car from Enterprise rental which was wonderful. Over many years, friends and family and myself have used them with great success. I received a curtesy phone call from Scott Pillar from Enterprise car sales to offer his services. I explained to Scott that I would not have much money to purchase a vehicle and my credit wasn't great. He assured me that he could make it work for me. Over the several weeks, Scott touched base with me to see how things were going. He was never, ever pushy!!! When I decided that I was going to purchace a newer vehicle, I dreading the process and the "sales pich". Scott Pillar from Enterprise car sales explained to me the 109 point check, they only took the top 10% vehicles to sale and that they were never in an accident. Scott also told he about the seven day trial period. So of after seven days, if I wasn't happy with the vehicle, I could return it. Purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise car sales was to me a no brainier. Scott wrote down a list of wants and not wants. He was able to find me the perfect vehicle!! Will Davis, area car sales manager took care of all my financing, which I really did not think was possible. Will is a magic maker!! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! The customer service at Enterprise Car Sales in Iselin, NJ was just horrible. I thought they would give me a good deal for a used car that has been rented over a thousand times. But nope. They wanted about $30,000 for a used 2012 Dodge Journey with more than 18,000 miles on it. I had to pay for my own manufacturers warranty, which was only for 2 years. They also wanted $3,000 down. I have perfect credit so that seemed fishy to me. I decided to take the car back in 2 days. They were mad as heck! Snatching car keys from me. Before it was hi good morning, good evening, have a nice day. When I took the car back Tiffany (white girl with sloppy hair) snatch the keys and didn't even want to say hello. I had to say hello to her to get a response. I guess she was mad that she got no commission. Whatever! Not only that but they also forgot to let Enterprise Car Rental know that I brought back the rental. So I kept getting phone calls about I owe them money. Horrible. Horrible! Not only that but I was supposed to get my deposit back and here I am more than 2 weeks later and I still haven't received my money. I called them last week to talk to someone about that...."I don't know." That was the response. I'll look into for you. Seriously? How freakN unorganized and professional. I received another phone call today and the manager still didn't know his head from his ass. He's still researching what happened to my money because he doesn't know. I got a better car. A 2013 Dodge Journey fully loaded with a 7 year manufacturers warranty. Aaaaand...I drove off the lot with only 6 miles on it.
