Good messy sandwiches. I think they need a better variety of choices. Not just gimmick sandwiches.

Two stars: one for cleanliness and one for decent wings. The Philly cheesesteak is a vegetarian cheesesteak (insert sarcasm and see photograph). I gathered all of the meat to fit in a half sandwich, which was pathetic. There were more peppers and onions than steak. Incidentally, a real cheesesteak DOES NOT have peppers! These sandwiches are also about the bread...no bueno. The service is awful. Please don't tell me what you are going to do; just do it. I'm a New Yorker and just want action when it comes to my food. Slow food, slow service and slow answers. I can't, in good conscience, spend my money here. read more

I only had a shake and the tots so far, but I want more! The "small" sized tots were easily enough for two people. Crisp and blazing hot when we got them. They have a monthly "creation" shake which happened to be Captain Crunch cereal when we visited - mmmm ! My eyes are bigger then my stomach here for sure, as I looked at the menu and wanted to try everything. Meatballs/Mozzarella Sticks/Raviolis? Count me in. Prices are reasonable and I assume for "fat" sandwiches the portions are big. I don't think it would take much more then half a sandwich and a side to fill me up. The food is great but the service is terrible! It took me about 45 minutes to get my sandwhich, which would usually be fine, but the lady behind the counter was not pleasant at all. The restaurant clearly made a mistake and forgot our order (which is not a big deal) but when I brought it up she literally got mad and stormed off. Great place to pick up a late nigh meal. Had the classic Philly cheese steak without the peppers and it was good. Made on a fresh bun. The fries were a little soggy, but fries were not needed with a great sandwich. Was also big enough to share. I did get the rooster sandwich on a wrap (grilled chicken) and it was OK. Ate half and then I was done. My husband thought his Philly cheesesteak was good. Not very good. Most of the stuff is premade and reheated (or at least tastes that way anyway). Our wings were ordered "well done, extra crispy", and showed up with rubbery skin and pink meat on the inside. Inedible in our house...I shudder just remembering them. Terrible service. I waited 30 minutes after my text said my food was ready for pick-up. Understaffed due to the pandemic and it shows. Food was tasty but did make me quite sick. I can't speak for the whole menu, but their classic cheesesteak and cheese fries are delicious! I order from here pretty regularly and never had any issues. I call ahead for pick up and when I walk in I don't think I've waited longer than 5 minutes. Customer service has gradually been getting better and better. I think in the beginning things were a little shaky, but it seems like they are being a lot more conscious as to the individuals they are hiring. Ordered a couple of sandwiches after a late night coming home from Six Flags. Ordered through their website and the order was ready in about 20-25 minutes. No problems with ordering or getting the order on time. The place was PACKED when we picked up our order and some of the workers looked kind of frazzled, but everything moved along at a good pace. The sandwiches we had were good and larger than expected. I had customized my order online and was pleasantly surprised that they got everything right, even though it was so busy. Not the best sandwich I've ever had, but for a late night craving it certainly hits the spot. I used to be a regular because their late night food couldn't be beaten. Lately I go once a month or once every couple of weeks and have been disappointed the past 5 times. Not only will they fuck up your order heavy, but they have no compassion towards you afterwards; as if it's your fault that it happened. The reason I'm giving cars 3 stars is because I tried their food at the Montclair tasting and loved their mini slider burger. However, after being very excited knowing they deliver.. I was sadly disappointed. My fiancé and I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, cars cheeseburger and the philly cheese steak (with no onions) with fries and onion rings. The order took 50 minutes for delivery, which I guess is standard. However the fries were cold. (Typical for a delivery order but maybe packaging them differently?) The burger was delicious. The crispy chicken sandwich was good.. My only main issue was the cheesesteak. The first bite I took, a very large portion of hard gristle came right out with my bite. The flavor was enjoyable however a little unexpected with the cheese sauce mixed in with the philly sauce. It almost reminded me of a sloppy joe philly. Overall, I would potentially try this place again at the store. Did I love it? No way. Did it leave me disappointed? A bit. Don't order for delivery - they charge you the same price as a regular sandwich but give you the smaller size. Sucks when the shake machine is broken or they're out of milk or whatever. We ordered three different sandwiches and all three were delicious. We ordered fries and fried pickles which were really good. Ordering online was super easy and you can modify your orders. The order pick up time is estimated and you can choose your pick up time as well. Only had wings so far from Cars but really enjoyed them. We went with the mild style in order to accommodate everyone at a football party. The wings were prepared well and were not overly spicy for "mild". There are many different options in flavor too for those with a higher pain threshold! The menu is large too featuring a wide variety of "fat" sandwiches. The milk shakes also seemed very tasty.
