Madison Maguire doesn't answer questions via email, even though when i ordered the bronco the old sales manager that left the dealer communicated well thru email, as did my salesman. Madison emails me "with info", but no actual info and just asks if im still interested, while ignoring previous questions.

He bought a 2015 Honda Civic for $11,000. Dollars. It was right in his price range , and the car looked good. Thirty three days after he bought it the alternator went. Min.\nD you he had a thirty day warranty. The dealership said they would wave the labor but he had to pay for the part. He went along with that. If a few days after that , he noticed the transmission slipping , so he took it to a honda dealership. They found several safety issues with the car and it would have never passed inspection. When looked into it online , it says that salem ford did a safety inspection on the car. What that tells me is that salem board knew that it needed over six thousand dollars worth of work to pass inspection. Now, mind you salum Ford did the registration? So they were supposed to put an inspection sticker on it , and they didn't. It\nHad an inspection sticker that was from previous times and it expired , october of twenty twenty six. Do not trust this dealership!!!!! When my son reached out to them about all the safety issues in that the car won't pass inspection. They told him to suck eggs. This small million dollar business can't afford it.That's what they said. But my twenty one year old son who works at starbucks , can? Slime balls that's what they are.

I ran into some unexpected red tape with my Massachusetts registration and insurance, and they were incredibly patient, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was handled correctly. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for an honest dealership with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Mastriano Motors. When I got there they were swapping off different parts from the same make and model but different year truck. The check engine light was on and all they did was clear it. They couldn't get their story straight on what the check engine light was for. They said it was on for the mirror which makes so sense at all. It was missing the windshield washer cap under the hood. They sprayed an oil undercoat to cover all the rust and rot. The truck bed had several rot holes straight through it. The brake light was on but the parking brake was not engaged. They were rudely trying to haggle after I already said I was going to pass, and even offered to switch parts back and forth between the two trucks. The salesman Connor said the check engine light was on but he didn't know what for then when we looked at the truck it was cleared and he said "Oh! They must've fixed the problem." And then after someone else came out he magically knew what it was for. When I took the truck for a test drive in had an exhaust manifold tick as well. I'm upset I even wasted my time with this dealership.
