Phone numbers were exchanged, handshakes ensued, more talking and some chuckles and I was standing there for several minutes. I don't know what they were talking about but it certainly wasn't important enough to waste my time. The associate completely forgotten me and not once acknowledged me. A simple; "Just one sec sir" Would have been enough, or better yet, he should have told the guy to hang on, since I was there first. I got tired of standing there and got in my car. The associate never even saw me drive away in anger. I wasn't just ignored, I was dismissed. This summer (in a couple of weeks actually) I am rebuilding an 83 GMC squarebody and planned on getting my parts from this store, but that won't be happening anymore.

Then when he goes to put the battery in my car, it doesn't start and then I have to buy a brand new terminals, after he already took out the old ones and then realizes that he doesn't have one of them in store. So that's already $250 spent. Then I drive back to Reno and my car breaks on me. I have to get it towed to a mechanic shop all to realize that they put in the wrong battery and my terminals would've been fine if I had the right battery. Not to mention, I was sitting in their parking lot for three hours while this kid was struggling to work on my car, Said he could do it and then he wasn't able to.

All in all I drive very little and between August 2022 and Sept. 2024 I had put 20K miles on my car. 2 of my tires were almost bald!!! When I had asked about warranty of the tires they said I had not come in for the proper tire rotation. I only had them rotated 2 in 2 years. (My fault for not realizing tires need rotation every 5K miles) Well, long story short, I had to replace my tires. There was not an offer of discount, since the tires were only 2 years and only had 20K miles on them. I did not replace my tires here, nor will I go back. I recycled some used AA and AAA batteries. Then another associate helped me select some two prong soft white bulbs for my kitchen fixture. I had tried shopping online and some local hardware stores but could not find the right soft yellow lighting (2700K). All the other stores have 5000K which is a blue hue for daylight use. They have earned my business and I am definitely going back for any battery or light bulb needs. Fantastic team working there!

You're much better off getting one somewhere else. Trust me.
