    Caruso works hard to keep relationships with their customers good, and deserve five stars. I have been buying and leasing my cars from Caruso for many years. Recently, I took the plunge and traded in my Bronco for a 2026 Maverick Truck. David Ortega, the Sales Manager, met us out on the lot and gave me a very fair deal for trade in. They followed up after the deal too. Chris Woodson, Service Manager, coordinated getting me the perfect bedliner and Juan did an OUTSTANDING job with the install. Edgar drove me back to the office and Richie delivered my beautiful truck to me. Francisco started all this by finding the right Maverick on the lot and not putting pressure on me. Jay in service helped too and is always friendly. If you are looking for a new Ford or Lincoln, these are your peeps.

    I have to review Caruso Ford Lincoln once again. This is my 4th leased car with a Caruso Ford Lincoln. My first experience back in 2015 went so smoothly when it was time for me to return my lease. I stayed with Caruso Lincoln going back this time I stayed because of Richard Pineda. He was very professional, yet friendly, courteous, and informative. When it came to picking my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus, which has a totally different dashboard than my previous, he showed me a lot of the technology and answered all my questions. As a woman and senior citizen, I truly appreciate his kindness. I highly recommend Caruso dealership as a no-pressure environment with exceptional sales personnel.

    Beware of Bait-and-Switch Oil Recommendations When I brought my vehicle in for an oil change using Ford's "Works" coupon (which includes a synthetic blend), the service advisor told me they "go off what Ford recommends in their system." I told her that full synthetic is not what my vehicle calls for, as the manual clearly says synthetic blend, which is also what I've always received. Later, she called me back saying full synthetic was needed because "that's what Ford recommends." Wanting to be sure, I contacted Ford corporate directly. They confirmed there is no bulletin requiring full synthetic for my vehicle. When I came back in, I was handed paperwork that supposedly supported their position. At that moment, I didn't notice the part number discrepancy, I was too flabbergasted by how Shannon, the service manager, was speaking to me. His tone made it feel like I was being told to "get lost" for simply doing a little due diligence. It was clear he didn't like that I took the initiative to confirm Ford's recommendation directly with corporate. And when I mentioned what Ford had told me, he flat-out said he didn't care. It wasn't until I was back at the service desk that I noticed the part numbers didn't match. I started to point out this discrepancy to my service advisor, and Shannon came up and essentially told me, "Get out of here, you got your free oil change." I would have gladly paid, my concern wasn't the money, it was the way I was being treated and the fact that this felt like a bait-and-switch. The dismissive, hostile tone made it clear I wasn't welcome back. All I was trying to do was collaborate and compare notes between what the dealership was saying and what Ford corporate had told me. Instead, I was met with defensiveness, stonewalling, and an unwillingness to admit the possibility of error. If something feels off during your visit, call Ford's customer service line. And out third Ford vehicle my salesman Richard Pineda was awesome and friendly made me feel comfortable and not rush. the work hard to get me the best deal and left with a brand new Ford Maverick Hybrid that my son love. Wild come back to trade my mustang soon.

From the moment I arrived, I did not feel welcomed. The service lane was empty, yet I had to get out of my vehicle and search for someone to assist me. After being told that someone would be with me shortly, I stood waiting while employees chatted amongst themselves and worked at their computers. During that time, I observed other customers arriving and being greeted at their vehicles and assisted immediately, which made my experience feel inconsistent and overlooked. I had specifically requested time off from work for this appointment under the impression that my prepaid service package could be used at any Honda dealership. It was only during my visit that Christian Ramos informed me that the package was valid only at dealerships under the same ownership group, specifically Pasadena and Alhambra. This limitation was never made clear to me at the time of purchase. While I understand that dealership policies vary, it was frustrating to learn this after scheduling my day around the appointment and arriving expecting to use a service plan I believed was accepted throughout the Honda network. When I expressed my frustration, I initially felt there was little empathy regarding the situation. As someone who has remained loyal to the Honda brand through three vehicle purchases, I expected a greater level of understanding and customer support. Christian eventually explained that his dealership does not engage in those sales practices and that employees who did so had been removed. While I appreciated the explanation and the discount he offered on the service my vehicle needed, it did not change the fact that I was left dealing with the consequences of information that was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Once I was finally assisted, I couldn't help but notice multiple game consoles and non-work-related content, including music videos, visible in employee areas. Whether related or not, it created the impression that customer service was not the primary focus and may have contributed to the delay in receiving assistance. The service itself was a routine oil change, which took approximately one hour and five minutes. When my vehicle was ready, the only notification I received was an automated text message while I was waiting in the adjacent customer lounge. At other Honda dealerships, I have typically received a phone call, an announcement, or a personal update from a service advisor. The lack of personal communication further contributed to what felt like a very impersonal experience. While I appreciate the discount that was provided and the completion of the service itself, the overall customer experience fell well below the standard I have come to expect from Honda dealerships. Unfortunately, this experience did not leave me feeling valued as a customer, and based on my experience, I would not return to this location or recommend it to others.

He patiently explained all the features of the vehicle and walked me through the process step by step before I left the dealership. Even though it was 10-11 pm, he had excellent knowledge, was super lovely, and was not a pushy salesman. The bad: I came in with a pre approval from Navy Federal. I was clear from the beginning that I was not going to finance with them. Javier the "sales manager" told me he needed to run my credit. I said absolutely not, I am going to use my financing. He lied to my face. He said no, we always have to run credit because it's not cash. I told him this was not my first time buying a car and expected him to ease up but he doubled down. He claimed that it was the store policy. After I left, they called back and apologized and said the general manager said that was not the policy and I could come and do the deal. I thought about it, but I think I'm going to pass. If you must come here, I would advise to ask for anyone but Javier. Wasted 3 hours that I'll never get back driving there and back and another hour and a half at the dealership.

I hate buying cars, feeling like vultures ( the salesmen) swarm on you when you enter the car lot , do tricky things to keep you there for hours , then having to do the whole haggling thing while they try to upsell you on all these things . For me, it's just always a bad experience . We went here on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago , checked out some Toyota sequoia's , no one swarmed on us, we found a very helpful salesman Anthony that didn't pressure anything , helped us find what we were looking for and did a test drive with us -with my whole family of 5 in the car . We got a great trade in rate for our car ,from the manager Donnie , who was so pleasant , no tricks , very transparent , looked at our car in a timely manner because I needed to get going . My husband closed the deal that night with Donnie , financing with Macy who was so helpful, and then the cherry on top is that Anthony came to our home to finish the paperwork and bring the car . Concierge service !!!!! We didn't have to stay at the lot for hours ! This blew our mind. To top off this amazing experience , Anthony called us a few days later just to see how we were liking the car and if everything was going well so far. Hands down , BEST car buying experience of our lives ! And we've bought a lot of cars over the years . This will be the place we go to for any future needs . Highly recommend this place! It is not that vibe or feeling you dread when going to look at cars or going to buy a car.

Anthony and Corey were great in getting that fixed as quickly as possible and at the lowest cost to me. Corey is a very understanding and friendly manager. He was super helpful. I had to bring my car in again for a separate minor issue. Anthony not only remembered me from last service but went above & beyond this time to make sure everything went smoothly. It did go smoothly. Gabe is very nice too and extremely quick with getting me in and out . Thank you Anthony and Gabe! I also wanted to give a compliment to Rahaf in sales. She is super friendly and always smiling. I had bought a jeep from another employee just months before she started. The employee I bought from is no longer there. She had been kind to offer her help in the future if I need. Also, if she doesn't know the answer to something, she finds out the answer extremely quickly. I appreciate that. So thankful for the extra level of care! Very solid crew here from the parts department to sales department. They have made my experience more than just buying a jeep from them. Then they're happy to see you come back for service in a month or two. We purchased a car here in August 2025. Since purchase I have put less than 7000 miles on it. Brought it in two weeks ago to have it serviced. The first call they made to me was that nothing was covered under our limited warranty. I had to call them back and tell them that we have a full extended warranty that they sold us. Second call made to me was that they found $5200 worth of "wear and tear" on a vehicle that they sold us allegedly "certified pre owned". The service associate that we were dealing with, David was great. Even he felt like that was an absurd amount and he reached out to Chrysler to try to get some sort of Goodwill payment covered for us. Now we go to pick up the vehicle. My husband walks in and asks to see the detailed report that was done by their text before they were able to mark the car as certified preowned. Unsurprisingly, we get a runaround. We get a vague report that looks more like a full service oil changed than an actual engine report. The sales manager was so cowardly, staring at the floor, while speaking to my husband that it was very obvious that he knew exactly how shady their business practices are. We pay an absurd amount and then we go to get in the car and low and behold! The check engine light is still on! After the sales manager insured my husband, his inspection guys don't miss anything at all, they performed the service and forgot to clear the codes. This place is an absolute joke. The only good thing they have going on about their entire establishment is their employee David Henry.

But, I was treated well and did not feel pressured. I give particular high marks to my salesperson, Robert, who reached out to me via phone and text without any pressuring. On the day I test drove the Outback, Robert was very knowledgeable about Subarus and helpful in answering my questions on this model. As this is my 4th Subaru spanning four decades, I really appreciated Robert not simply reciting talking points but rather being insightful enough to understand my particular questions on this particular model and tried to make my time at Timmons Subaru as comfortable as possible. Furthermore, he invited me and my wife to come down and test drive a similar model before placing the order to confirm the trim and options we want. The entire time, there was ZERO, absolutely ZERO, pressure from him just to make a sale. He spend time answering all my questions, gave very detailed explanations, and even contacted corporate for me and looked into an issue related to my purchase. Contacted him on a Thursday about a car, went to test drive Friday, placed an order that day, and came home with the car exactly a week later. Of all the car buying experience and programs I have participated in, Russell is BY FAR, the most polite, honest, and sincere sales person my wife and I have ever interacted with. Seriously, ask for this man if you are thinking about buying. You are not going to regret it. It is an honorable mention that his son, Rusty, also works at the dealership and he helped me order the Crosstrek I bought my parents back in 2022. Another top notch sales person.
