I bought a truck from HBR trucking company located in Wilmington , they were really nice to me…read moreintel they took my money the truck is No good and he refuse to pay for repairs , when I bought the Peter belt for top dollars I pulled from the lot after making it down the street black smoke was coming out the back pipes , I turned around and took the truck right back to let them know and to see the smoke himself , he told me to leave the truck and he will fix it , he kept the truck for about a couple of weeks , he said it was the exhaust filter and he fixed it , I had the truck sitting in my yard for almost one year never drove it still have the same miles as purchased. when I took it to the mechanic they took the exhaust filter off and said they were no good and said they were never fixed HBR trucking Mickey moused my truck to stop it from smoking and that's it but HBR Trucking said they changed the exhaust filter I spent over 5,000 dollars in repairs on this truck when I went Back to HBR Trucking to let them know how much repairs I had to do on the truck they all was very unprofessional and rude , there were several people I came in contact with that witness the same thing I wish I would have known some one that bought a truck from HBR Trucking in Wilmington , wouldn't never bought a truck from HBR Trucking in Wilmington if you are looking for a good truck go straight to Peter belt in Pico Rivera very professional people and they live up to there business don't buy a Truck from here you will regret it these people sale nothing but Lemons . please pass the word to every hard working truck driver that is out looking for a good running truck Don't buy from HBR trucking in Wilmington . I'm pretty loyal when I find someplace I appreciate but, for the money I'm buying this Chevy crew 3500HD Diesel, I had to shop a bit before my purchase. I was pretty surprised the price of it being quite a bit lower than the Place in Norco that's literally walking distance from my house/office. Jim and John had it priced (almost) at 5 figures lower than the other utility truck place. This thing has less than 30k miles on her....brand new for a diesel Chevy. Gentlemen, you're appreciated as my company continues to grow. I do spread the word about your place as often as I can, and that says a lot! Strongly recommend seeing these guy if you want an 8 month old service truck/van (example of one of my purchases) and save a good 10 grand or if you want to save a little bit more with a higher mileage, checked and maintained by them before it ever hits the lot. These guys are my supplier for life.

About 4-5 months ago, I bought a pre owned 2022 Isuzu NRR diesel, from Rush Peterbilt in Fontana for my business. I am based out of lake Elsinore/south Corona area. Location wise for me, Freeway Isuzu is the closer option, rather than driving to Fontana for parts. I gave this place benefit of the doubt and still called anyways last week, they definitely didn't disappoint. He was rude from the beginning with a bad tone in his voice and due to not having my VIN on hand, I was given bad customer service and told he can't help me. I was only looking for maintenance filters, assuming they have many in stock and VIN shouldn't be an issue but according to him it was. I asked to speak to a manager, and he said he was. As a business owner myself, I would be ashamed to have him in charge of a whole department. Never met the guy in person but that's a bad look. I will never do business with this place and never recommend anyone to get parts from here, as long as he's in charge or employed here. I instead drove the 30 minutes farther to Rush in Fontana and received my parts with 100% better customer service and will continue to give them my business. I hope the owner and/or management will do something with this and better that place. It's a shame, how one person can change the face of a business. I'm sorry but this had to be said. I talk to multiple workers under the company days before to ask question about a car and schedule a appointment. I let them know I was a cash buyer and they said they would work with me for a good experience. Even told them it would be an early birthday present. They never said anything about anyone having interest on the vehicle or anyone else being involved with the car leading me to believe I would be able to test Drive and purchase. This was all within less than 6 days of having communication, scheduling day to test drive, and possibly purchase. Day or scheduled appointment I call to check in to which they notify the car was already sold.
