Customer service is not good at all. Dealt with someone called Carl. He doesn't follow up until I call him a few times. When we request him to call with information, he never calls back. Very much "care not" kind of attitude. Definitely not a good customer service. When I went to talk to the manager, they worked on my car without my permission. When I asked about it, they said i have given them permission in writing. I asked the rep to show me the email, he read entire email but never found my approval. Then he started arguing and said he assumed that I wanted to get the work done. Then he started stating that he can undo and take away the part he put it on without my permission and knowledge. when I asked him why did he even do it in the first place without my permission, he started making statements that I went to their shop to harass him and take a fight with him and what NOT. Overall, no proper and professional communication and neither good customer service. Very rude behavior and I don't understand how can they work on my vehicle without my permission. Will never recommend anyone to go to this autobody shop for their repairs. read more

Great experience with THIS particular location as there are several. Precise repair and can't tell anything had ever happened to the fender. Very nice people and the text messaging with a link to status was helpful. Experienced a hit and run at the movie parking lot. Fender was pushed in several inches and wheel was scuffed. These guys were able to use the existing fender and matched the metallic white paint perfectly. Not too white and not to yellow. I was pleasantly surprised. Jose helped with my cars alignment after I had taken it to 2 other places. He and his technician were able to find out my lower control arm needed to be adjusted forward. They must have a good quality alignment machine and experienced employees. This is the 2nd time my car has been serviced here and the work was done with consideration, quality and care. read more

Very poor experience with THIS CCCC location (off willard and lee road). I've had my car back for almost 2 months now and as time progresses, I'm even less enamored with the work. I was hoping it was just initial emotions of picking up the car but as time progresses, my attention is constantly drawn to their sub-par work. The invoiced cost of repairs billed to my insurance was relatively low (under $5,000) but the quality control, level of workmanship, responsiveness, and overall value is much much lower. We selected this place as it was a "preferred" shop for my insurance and they had openings (wonder why). Specifically, there was NO communication on the status of repairs except for my constant calls every 2 weeks and the time for repairs (~ 6 weeks) was much too long for bumper damage with minor body work. They completely ignored my requests for specific parts, installed parts that were much lower quality than what was on originally, and even used parts that *appeared* to be used just to push the car out the door and get paid. When I called foul, they agreed to order new parts and install them (originally for a minor charge then as favor at no extra charge ... really?). Upon pickup, there were new error codes that did not exist prior to dropoff. After trying to say they were there upon arrival, I asked to see checkin pictures which clearly showed this was not there so they agreed to call in tech to check out and correct (why I had to push for the pictures and why they started with doubting me is mind boggling). Given the lack of quality control, attempts to shift blame for their shoddy work and lack of communication, I encourage you to look elsewhere. I have little confidence the work will last. When I picked up the car, several others were picking up their cars and a similar theme of lack of communications and quality concerns could be heard. We recently moved to Virginia and our car was purchased in a state that didn't require front license plates so there were no holes drilled in the bumper. After returning from the DMV right down the street, I stopped at Centerville Collision to see if they could put the front plate on. They were so accommodating and friendly. These people suck! They claimed my car totaled though I was just rear ended on one side and drove the car there! Then I had to tow it to a place that would fix it and these jack holes kept the parts for Bmw when they took it apart! I had to pay more to order new parts and waited 3 weeks in addition to the time they took- they claimed they didn't have the parts. Bmw has expensive parts! I know they kept them - not even if it was the last place on earth would i ever take my car to them again. read more

Brought my 3 week old 2015 Subaru WRX here after some bad luck with hail damage resulting in a lot of tiny dint's all over the hood, roof, and trunk. Not only is this place convenient if you have All State as the estimate and claims center is right next door but the customer service and work done is amazing. I had paint-less dint repair work done, brought it in on a Wednesday and got the call that the car was done that same week Friday. I was kept very much up to date on everything that was happening even when they had to over night replacement trim for the side panels along the roof. The finished product was flawless and my car was back to looking brand new again. Five stars without a second thought. read more

My 2009 Audi TTS was brought here since it needed auto body plus axle work, and Chantilly Auto Body only does the body portion of the work. I was rear ended really hard, causing my axle to separate and needing over $10,000 of work to get my vehicle fixed. Parts for this car are really rare, so it was in the shop for over two months -- however, they coordinated really well with Chantilly Auto Body, and even addressed the issues I found after pickup very quickly, even involving the nearby Audi dealership for Audi-specific fixes that require specialized equipment. A few years later I brought in my 2010 Prius for another rear end collision accident, as they are an Allstate network repair shop. This time I only needed the rear bumper and some mounting brackets replaced. The work was completed very quickly (3 business days) and that's even with special ordering parts after finding additional damage. I also had phone calls / voicemails daily with detailed status on where my car was in the repair process. They do wash you car before final delivery back to you. The car looked great -- I didn't see any visible paint overspray, there were no visible color differences between my bumper and the rest of the body, and it pretty much looked like nothing happened to my car. Not sure if this is because I went through insurance, but the body shop does provide a warranty on any work completed for as long as you own the vehicle. read more

After a bad hail storm left multiple dents in my wife's car we started looking around for service centers that could help fix it for us. Thanks to the Yelp reviews we read about this place and the fact that they work with my insurer(USAA), it was a no brainer to bring the car here. My wife brought the car over on her lunch break and they had the estimate done in less than 30 minutes. We scheduled an appointment and brought it in to have the work performed. It took most of the business day, but that was understandable considering how much work needed to be done. One of the cool things they do is setup text notifications regarding the status of your car and the work that is being done. This keeps you up to date on what's happening with your car which provides a level of customer interaction that I have not seen before. When we got the car back it looked absolutely perfect!! After several visual inspections I felt confident in saying that they did a top notch job on her car and I would have no problem bringing a vehicle back here. The staff was polite and professional throughout the experience and I would highly recommend this service center to anyone that needs body work done on their automobile. read more

Surprised there are no reviews yet. Brought my 2011 Venza there in the late fall/early winter on 2012 after being rear ended. Had gone to Chantilly Auto body (just down the block) a few years back after a similar situation and they sent me here because the Venza needed auto body plus muffler and exhaust work. Chantilly Auto body does body work only, where as Centreveille collision does that plus has mechanics on staff. All in all they did a really good job. The rear end, muffler, side panels, et. al. were messed up from the collision and now it all looks good as new. The only thing they could do better on is communications. You have to call every couple of days to get a status otherwise they never will update you. As parts come off the car they find additional damage that was hidden from the adjuster and have to start amending the claim. I get that but a call once in a while to tell you what is going on would be nice. Plus one of the girls at the desk has a bit of an attitude. Their craftsmanship though is clearly excellent. Came in with no appointment and they took care of me right away. Was in a crappy mood after smacking my car door in to a cement pillar. The scratches were pretty deep, so I expected to get pay $$$$$$. Joey recommended they try buffing the scratches first, before going to paint route. Within an hour and about $100 I was back on the road and my mood improved. Highly recommend these guys! read more

My car was sent to them because it's the body shop that Sterling BMW uses. At first, my insurance company was at fault due to their incompetence and errors on the estimate. Then, Centreville kicked in with horrible customer service by not giving me accurate information and dragging their feet on finally getting the work done. My car has been there since 12/9/19 and it is now 1/10/2020. They still can't give me a from date as to when it will be ready. I never knew it could take so long to paint a fender and door. I hit a deer with my 2003 350z took it to them to fix it through my insurance. It took them weeks to just to be able to get approval on the work that needs to be done, not because of insurance wasn't responding but they were to lazy to call or follow up with the insurance. Every time I called my rep Dylan he had no updates and would call back later on the day to give me updates. They would not do anything until I called them which got very tiring. Finally after getting approval for work they ordered parts. They ordered the wrong front bumper and did not bother checking to see if its right one before they primed and painted which delayed the process even more. Finally got the call from Dylan saying he did the quality control and the car is ready. When I went in I was really disappointed. The front bumper had a gap on the right side where you can fit your thump in between. The lights they changed was not working. The new hood they installed had a dent and the paint on it looked like a 7 year old did it and the hood would not close. I refused to take the car at that condition and took them another 4-5 days to complete. The new hood still has bunch of blemishes and scratches. I honestly just give up trying to deal with them. I highly do not recommend taking you business to them. They didn't bother for an apology. I dropped off my car on July 29 and picked up on October 11th almost 2.5 months for a terrible job. If you care about your car slightly take it somewhere else. read more

This is a high quality repair shop. I took my 2016 Mercedes S class in and the service advisor, Andrew got me in a rental right away, completed the repairs 3 day before he originally estimated it to be finished. The paint work looks better on the damaged side than the factory Mercedes orange peel effect (my car is black). Additionally, I got the tour of the shop (air conditioned and very clean) and saw them vacuuming out their customers cars and windexing the windows. I went to this shop based on the reviews here. OMG never again! The reviews must be from employees or owners. I took my car there and not only did they miss a dent. Wally and Joey are liars!!!! They told me it would be ready one day then it was Not. They made up the fact that part was damaged and they had to reorder it. I don't understand why they were doing this. I got very irate because they were taking their sweet time. They told me would be ready later on the day that I picked it up. I went to the shop and the car was sitting in the parking lot already ready to go. They had the nerve to tell me that I was disturbing their business when they would not give me my car. What a bunch idiots and assholes. They held my car hostage 30 days and offered an oil change or detail but I don't want anything else to do with them. read more

25 years I've lived in Centreville, and this is by and far the worst experience I've ever had in the area...or any area for that matter. The original estimate was off by over $2,000....that's significant. They held on to my car for a week after telling me it would be a few days, and to make matters worse when I called in they ping-ponged me around person to person until I finally found someone who knew what they were talking about. Here's where things became sketchy, when I called in to find the status about my car they told me "Well, here's the situation...." they had known for at least 5 days that the estimate was off and more work needed to be done but NEVER CALLED ME, I had to call in several times before I found this information out, good thing I did or who knows how much longer they would have had my car just sitting there. It was only after I had asked them to leave my car be so I can take it to another place who would do a professional job did they even begin to show any sign of 'care' that the experience was so bad. The communication was abysmal and borderline disrespectful, horrible customer service, and total disregard for doing an efficient job. If USAA recommends you go there for an estimate I highly suggest to keep your sanity you find another place in the area. I hate to whine but I just hope that no one else suffers unnecessary headaches that Centreville Collision Center caused me. read more

I brought my car in for an Allstate claim. They are an official Allstate service provider. They were very professional and worked quickly to fix my car. There was no issue at all dealing with insurance company. Allstate also works with an Enterprise rental car company that's right down the road, so it's easy to get your insurance rental if you need one. read more

This review is more about customer service. So a man named Wally R. works at Centreville Collision. I've never met him, but nearly every day while the car was in the shop (near 2 weeks) I received a lovely message from Wally. Wally is a man that truly cares about his job. I felt like he was a physician giving me a report about my hospitalized child. M3 parts are special order and they had a tough time with suppliers having stock, and shipping the proper part, etc. Wally kept me up to date on every single stage of the process with his cheerful and informative calls. He sounded distressed when there was a delay, let me know when it was in paint, etc. Happy to have the car back, but I do have to say I miss Wally's messages.... read more

I took my car to the shop to have some minor work done. The work in all cases at any other shop should have been a major undertaken. Instead they performed the work within less than an hour in addition to installing a rear light bulb on my SUV that was out. During my experience with car garages, whether the work is minor or large type of damage or wear-tear, it was performed at no cost. I am truly amazed that the shop didn't charge me for this minor repair. Mister Joey K. was very accommodating and professional. First off I'll say this was an inconvenience-based service; meaning I only got it because of the inconvenience of an accident. So I'll give my criteria for my score. 1 Star: the inconvenience was way worse that expected, poor communication, poor quality service, poor customer service. 2 Star: the inconvenience was a little worse than expected, poor communication or customer service, decent quality. 3 Star: inconvenience was as expected, poor communication, customer service, good or great quality service. 4 Star: inconvenience was better than expected, good communication, quality service, and customer service. 5 Star: did not feel inconvenienced at all, great customer service, great communication, great quality of service. I gave 3 stars because it was a little bit of a balance of worse-than-expected inconvenience and as-expected inconvenience. The communication was poor but the receptionist was nice. There were a little bit of issues with communicating with my insurance company but they (CCC) did not keep me in the loop; I had to keep calling. I worked with Andrew Chung and did not feel like he kept me in the loop at all. I had to call and speak to the manager, Joey, who was very good at handling the situation. What happened was the shop wanted better parts for the car, but once they got the part it just laid on the ground for five days. I was renting a car through my insurance and I reached the max capacity and had to pay out-of-pocket. Joey covered me for the couple days extra, which is why I gave a 3. If this was just based on quality of service, I would give five stars but it's the whole experience. I wouldn't recommend Centreville collision center but I wouldn't say to stay away either, it depends on the situation of the car. read more

Very unprofessional staff. I had to take my car 3 times now for a small fix. They only had to do a cosmetic work on the bumper. First time they did it, the bumper wasn't properly installed. Second time they installed the bumper but broke the back light. Funny thing is they tried to deny that they broke the light. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. After arguing with the manager, they decided that they will fix the light. I've dealt with many body shops but this one is the worse one EVER!!!! This is probably the best place I can come to have my car fixed. I have come by twice to get my bumper repaired, and each time, everyone I have interacted with has been very helpful and friendly... except for the secretary. She is not friendly at all, but that is not the biggest problem. A day after dropping off my car, I called and requested that a certain mechanic work on my car, because he had worked on it the first time and had been very helpful and professional. She told me that this would be possible and she would make a note of it on the file. The next day, my mom stopped by to grab a couple things out of my car and also requested to the secretary that we have the mechanic, and the secretary snapped at her, saying that I had already called and told her. Fast forward a couple days, and I get a call from CCC saying that my car is being worked on. When I asked which mechanic was working on the car, I was told that it was not the mechanic I had requested. The secretary then denied that neither I nor my mom had made any requests for a specific mechanic to my service manager. She is very unprofessional and unfriendly. read more
