I am very grateful I was recommended to Carter for repair of my engagement ring. It has been repaired on 2 separate occasions by different jewelers but never done correctly. Therefore, it sat in a safe for many years. After not being confident to wear the ring for quite some time, I took it to Carter. Immediately I felt at home in his private and very secure offices. He took the time to get to know me as well as my concerns/history of repairs. He looked at the stone for quite a while in front of me and gave me info on the ring I didn't even know-like the original jewelers initials lazered into the stone.
