Went this morning to ask about ring re-sizing and to fix my watch. As soon as I walked in, we told them we want to re-size (bigger) and male rep said that they can only make it smaller because we have love ring. So I asked what's my option. He repeated himself like I don't understand English. I asked the same question three times, "what's my option?", he repeated himself saying that they can only make it smaller - that's it. All the other five reps at the front didn't even said anything. While we were waiting to check our watches, I called Cartier customer service to find out that they provide "REPRODUCTION SERVICE", where we can pay 60% of the ring price to make it bigger. I asked a simple question. All six reps at the front should have provided this information instead of making me call the Cartier customer service line to receive this information while waiting in their store. Future customers - check the website and make a purchase online instead of visiting this store. The customer reps over the phone are much knowledgeable and professional than the reps here. Yesterday, my fiance and I went to shop for a watch. The associate, Ivonne/Yvonne helped us but from the start we knew she was not into it. We felt rushed. She didn't even let me inspect the Tank Louis watch that we bought and when I asked if it's new from the stock or was it a sample from display. She said yes and just started packing it. My fault for not insisting to inspect the watch. I mean we are spending 10K, the least you could do is make sure your client inspect it and that they are happy with it. We felt pressured and rushed and left with the watch. When we came home, I checked the watch and you could see the creases that is all telling it has been tried on many times and used. We are here for the experience, not just to shop. But what a disappointment for a Cartier store. I expected more. We drive an hour one way for this specific Cartier location not to be brushed off and feel like we are taking their time. read more

I've been wanting the white gold Love bracelet and I finally got it back in May! As usual, there was a line outside of the store but there was a lady who was checking people in and asking them what they were interested in. I wasn't sure how this would help the line move any faster but I get that she was just doing her job. The line moved pretty fast and we were able to get in within 10-15 minutes of waiting outside. When we walked in, we were promptly greeted and Jenny Lin was my sales associate. Side note: The interior is clean, well-lit, and every elegant! Jenny was very friendly and patient as I wasn't sure about my bracelet sizing. I ended up with the size 16 cm for my bracelet instead of 17 cm because I liked a tighter fit. I also appreciated that my experience wasn't rushed because I had to call the bank to let them know to run my card and it wasn't a fraudulent purchase. I was on the phone for a while but Jenny was super patient and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. Came to the store on Labor Day, our visit was a spur of the moment visit! The new store location is beautiful! Lucky for us there was no line and we didn't make an appointment. We walked in and were greeted at the front desk. I expressed that I wanted to look at the love ring. We were introduced to Mailynn who helped us with the ring. She greeted us with a smile and was so kind. She asked if I knew what gold I was interested in and what size I would take. She showed me different love rings but I decided on the smaller band. I already had an idea of what I wanted so that made our trip quicker. After trying on different models and sizes, I decided on the ring and size and we sat down to begin the check out process. Normally I love this Cartier and everyone I've worked with has been more than kind and helpful. I own a few Cartier pieces and have purchased a watch and necklace specifically at this location. I went in last Sunday and was helped by an SA named Jennifer. From the get go she was very rude. I inquired about a cleaning kit that I was hoping to receive for the watch I purchased at this location and she told me that a cleaning kit does not exist. I told her I had seen online other people received them with their purchases on occasion. She looked at me and after a while said "maybe like 10 years ago". I later confirmed with another SA that the kit does exist. I then tried on some rings and she acted as if I was wasting her time the entire time. I asked her if the small love ring was technically marketed as a wedding band, and she simply said "no." No further explanation or conversation. Well clearly on the website it is stated that it's a wedding band. It seems ridiculous that she gave me false information twice. I will be back because everyone else has been great but definitely do not recommend this SA read more

I've been to this location before and had a good impression of this location but when I went to check out a few pieces in december, the attitude of the SA was quite unprofessional. The SA I had was Lois Peng, I originally wanted to see the new med size love bracelet but it didn't look good on my wrist. I tried the small size but still was ok. I then wanted to check out some pendants and watches but everytime i asked for a necklace to try, she seemed very impatient. After trying two, I said I didn't think they look good on me, she immediately changed her face and said,"then why do you try them on?" How do I know if it looks good on me until I tried it on? During the whole process she did not make any recommendations at all. I really like the quality of cartier but this experience was not pleasant at all. I received a text from Kaylin asking if I can come in at 12pm instead and gave me a few other options and dates. We ended up setting it for Friday at 11AM, which she confirmed again via text. We show up at the store and was let in for our 11am appt and find out that Kaylin was not even starting until 12PM! Luba was then asked to help us out last minute. Honestly it wasn't the best first experience from Cartier. Although Luba was great and we would come back to her again for repeat purchases, I thought Kaylin missing the appt was unprofessional. Great experience at this location. Brought the whole family including our dog to upgrade our rings and not only our SA, but everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Our kids were wild while we were deciding on which rings and they had no problem with it haha. Currently waiting on our rings which was sent to NY for engraving. While we were at South Coast Plaza, my cousin wanted to check out this place because she saw a ring that she wanted. However, the girl in the front, Jacqueline, told us that they were appointment only due to covid-19. Since it was a long drive, my cousin really insisted on trying on the ring and let her know that it would only take a quick min. Jacqueline said she was an assistant and that there was no sales associate available, but she was able to help my cousin out with her request. Back in 2012, I asked my parents for a timeless watch as my university graduation gift, instead of a brand new car like some of my peers. I looked at many reputable brands like Tag Heuer and Citizen, but wasn't fond of the trend where the faces of the watches were large and round, almost resembling a sun dial. My dad proposed we look at Cartier as they're known for watches and one of our friends mentioned he was a collector of vintage Tank watches from Cartier, due to their quality and value. We had great service from the team who showed me many options to try on and see which I liked. Eventually I went with a Tank that had rose gold accents and a mother of pearl face. It's worn well and I get many compliments on the style. Service for repairs has been seamless and easy. Either you can book an appointment online in advance or if you have a Sales Associate's contact number, you can work with them to get an appointment. Battery changes were pretty quick - I'd say no more than an 1-1.5 hours tops. They would always clean/polish the watch after changing the battery free of charge as well. Currently they prefer appointments and suggest you utilize the online system or contacting an associate directly. It is possible to try to get a walk-in appointment, but those are limited and you are better off checking right when you get to the mall. Do not call the store's direct number - due to the holidays, the store may not always grab the phone and it's less stress to use one of the methods I mentioned earlier. When I went recently to ask questions about the full service for the watch, which is recommended every 5-6 years, Ann answered all of my questions and showed me stationery and pens that I was interested in looking at. She took note of what I liked and added it to my profile for the future, in case I decided to come back and purchase something. read more

It was a Christmas gift and I opened yesterday (on Christmas) it was not the color that matches my previous love bracelet. So I wanted to exchange for the right color, the manager Ricardo kept saying he can't do anything. It was brand new Christmas gift and just opened yesterday and I have a video.
