A dealership is as only as good as it's service department. I have purchased 3 additional Nissans since dealing with this service center. They have never sold me or tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Once I was told by a auto part store that I needed a certain part for my vehicle and it wasn't cheap. Being that my preference is to have original parts I took my car to Cronic Nissan service center and after checking my car it turns out I didn't that expensive part at all. They had my truck for 3 days. Brought it in for trailer lights not working, suspected blown fuse,…read moreand the check engine light on indicating gas cap issue. Replaced cap, still on. On day three, not counting Saturday and Sunday I dropped it off, per their site I scheduled Saturday morning and was told the Friday before I would get a call back. Never did. Found out Saturday morning from a kid eating donuts behind desk that their "Internet site doesn't really work right" and they only do express services on Saturday. Finally get contacted back Tuesday telling me it is a fuse issue and rodent chewed through a hose. Get it Thursday morning, $605 Bill, leave and when hooking up to trailer, running lights don't work. Took tester to confirm. Called about this, and got "I did not work on that, the person that did will call you back". Over hour later, no call back. Call and ask for GM. Told it is James. I wait. I get another guy on phone that tells me James is not GM. I told him I was told he was. He gets rude with me and wants me to speak to service... The ones that did not fix the truck and don't call back. He hangs up on me. Impressions throughout experience is that the people there are unprofessional. I will have to find another dealer to service vehicle, not the one I bought it from.

Highly recommend taking the drive we came from Murfreesboro Tn to pick up our new car and don't regret it. Everything I was looking for and the best experience most of my local dealers don't care what your there to buy they won't even take the time to come speak with you. I spent over a hour walking around the local dealership getting in cars looking around and never spoke to one person as if I was invisible. They lost a sale that day but I was happy they did as I found everything I was looking for all with a friendly smile and no pressure to buy all the extras you didn't come for.
