I wanted to complete the survey they usually provide but for some reason I wasn't receiving it on my end but hope this review helps this location out: I went in due to a check engine light. Setting an appointment was easy and effortless online. Ariana was helpful and straightforward. I knew what services I was getting, what fees I was expected to pay, and how long I will be waiting. While waiting, the lobby space is clean and spacious with WiFi access, so I was able to get my work done on a weekday. I also wanted to check ahead of time regarding my lease and once my lease is up, I am definitely coming back for that 25 or 26 Atlas Cross-Sport. When my service was completed, I received a nice video inspection provided by the maintenance team and to my surprise, Ariana was able to waive the service fee as my car was still under warranty. Definitely they can improve on doing right by the customer. We had got our Coolant reservoir replaced here last November, our advisor was over communicative with us, he did fine. We noticed our car kept overheating after the job was done. We finally brought our car back, we explained that there's a crack in the coolant reservoir again. They looked into the issue and didn't find any cracks or leaks present in the coolant reservoir. Our advisor informed us since they would have to look into the coolant reservoir leaking we would be charged, they ended up discounting us, but today the same problem remains. The Jetta's coolant reservoir still leaks and will need to be replaced again. read more

After having a horrible experience at another Volkswagen this trip was such a different experience and thankful for that. The customer service was great and Jesse and Beau were amazing & very professional also made our experience one of the best ones and left the lot with the 2024 SE Tiguan in a beautiful peal white. We agreed on this deal 1 hr before their closing time and waited for us to arrive and made the signing and all the paper work feel like a breeze and we were out of there celebrating with a new car and they took care of our lease that we still had a few months before returning. As we arrived they offered water and made us feel comfortable. When we signed everything electronically Beau made it easy and was able to explain everything we were signing and so forth. He didn't try to push any other additional things like other dealers usually try and push down your throat. We left so content with our lease and our experience and even thought this dealer is 30 min from our home we choose to come here for future oil changes and all because we love it here and didn't feel cheated out or overcharged for silly things. Recently moving to the Long Beach area, I began taking my VW Tiguan to Timmons to be serviced. They do a great job of communicating when my car is ready and working on it in a timely matter. I recently went to drop my car off and was approached by sales manager Jessy Vargas while waiting. I informed Jessy that my lease end was approaching and that I was possibly interested in a new VW. Jessy took the time to show me different SUV models and we went on a test drive. I found one that I loved but wanted to upgrade to the leather seats but stay in my budget. Jessy worked out a deal which allowed me to get the perfect car in my budget and even threw in seat covers and a goodie bag. The whole experience was very positive at Timmons, mostly thanks to Isamel. He was very polite, and had great communication skills. This is my 8th Volkswagen. This is my second I've brought from Timmons and 3rd I've been bringing for regular service. First off 100% it is so worth it to upgrade from a S to SE for trim. I had a 2023 Toas and got a 2025 SE Taos. It is super fun to drive. Love the panoramic sunroof, heated seats and steering wheel. Adaptive cruise control is awesome with traffic and I almost back up on a jay walker the other night and the car stopped me. I have two kids and a pitbull with a super tight parking spot and this car is the perfect size. It's great on gas and handles great. I used to miss having a 6 speed TDI but seriously this car is fun to drive. I also love the additional horse power this model has, it made a noticeable difference. The redesigned engine ensures the turbo performance is on point. I drive about 30% of the day for work all over the county and I actually enjoy it now. I'm pretty sure I have automatic wipers now, but I haven't really figured that out yet. For the price point this car is perfect. Mike worked so hard to get me the car I wanted with all the extras I need like a roof rack for road tripping and Mitch locked in the best deal possible for me. After checking out McKenna whose price would had been like 3k more and Pacific who finance dept sucks, I went back to Mitch and he took care of me. I love that this business has been family owned for like 1000 years. I love this car so much I don't know if I'll upgrade it for a couple years but when I do I'll look for Mike and Mitch to help me. Bernie's cool too, he made sure I had everything I needed to get in the car I wanted and seamlessly. Any problems I've ever had with my VWs in the past Volkswagen Group of America always took care of me and I'm a life long customer. My only request is that they would bring back the shuttle for service appts instead of Ubers. Honestly if I hadn't talked to Luis in service I was going to probably get a Honda this time around but he told me about the redesign for the Taos and I'm so glad I listened to him. Problem with Service Department: brought car in for fuel delivery recall. I was never told until 3 hours later that gas level needed to be near empty. I agreed to oil change and alignment. Recall was not even performed. Next day the ecs light appeared and car was not driveable. I don't believe that was a coincidence. Service dept would not return phone call, and would not offer to tow the car back to fix. Also they replaced oil pan on 'warranty' and still charged me for oil, which is covered under the warranty. I needed to get my car fixed as the engine light was on for an evap issue. I am a little bit of a car guy myself so I did the basic troubleshooting myself. I swapped out a few components but it didn't fix the problem so I called Timmons. The first time I called them they said that even I have done some troubleshooting they are going to charge a $200 for a diagnostic on the car. I decided to try to fix the problem myself yet again and I didn't have the tools for it so I called them again and booked an appointment. When I arrive with the car they take a video of the car and I hand them my keys. After that I sit down inside with the service person. He then says that they will charge $410 for the inspection but if I choose to repair the car there it will be credited towards that amount. A bit frustrated that they all of sudden changed the amount but I really needed to get it fixed so I accepted it. Same time I didn't want to get to difficult and just get the car fixed. A day goes by they send me a link saying it will be $1100 to change out a valve....I okayed it and later went to pick up the car. They ring me up for $1500... I ask him why, I thought it was $1100...he says ohhh ok let me change that and it went down to $1100 again?!. I felt scammed for some reason. Astronomical sums for a valve change and all that back and forth. Very disappointed.!! read more

I am quite dissatisfied with my recent oil change experience. Last Monday, I had my oil changed and was informed of a leak in the oil pan. During my previous visit, they mentioned the same issue, which I had repaired at a German shop, and there have been no leaks since then. However, when I checked my car the next morning, I discovered a significant oil leak in my driveway. The dipstick showed the oil level was unchanged, but the leak had worsened. On my day off today, I returned to Timmons. They stated that if their diagnosis revealed it was their error, I wouldn't be charged; otherwise, I would need to pay $205 for the diagnosis. They also implied that the German shop that installed my oil pan might have made an error. Before the oil change, there were no leaks whatsoever. I felt they were shirking responsibility and placing the blame on me. I left feeling very frustrated and opted to seek a second opinion at another German auto shop. The technician explained that if the oil drain plug isn't installed properly, it can strip the threads of either the plug or the oil pan, which likely exacerbated my oil leak.
