They're working on getting an automatic car wash installed, and that could be a game changer for them. I much prefer a different self service car wash to this one, but as it's on the way to and from the airport for me, I'll use this place occasionally. Not enough wash bays and always someone bumping their bass heavy stereo, I find this place pretty annoying. Also there's a minimum on their credit cards which I believe the place I go doesn't have. read more

I have come to this car wash on two separate occasions to use the automatic wash. Both times did a pretty decent job on my car. Like other reviews, the driveway is very steep. I have a Prius and have to be super careful not to scrap. Note, an automatic car wash cost between 8-10 dollars. They have vacuums in the back of lot too. read more

Everything you need in a car wash. They had plenty of spaces, so although it was busy, we were able to find a spot. The system was pretty easy to follow. We had plenty of quarters so we didn't have to use the card machine. Each time the time got low, we just added another quarter or two. Pretty convenient location in close proximity to our hotel. This car wash is a true gem, and is Conveniently located in the heart of Austin on MLK off 1-35. Very friendly staff and has automated as well as self washes for affordable prices. At only $10 The automated wash was more effective than most gas station counter parts and left my vehicle looking like it had received a full service wash and wax. I like self service car washes and this one just works. They take credit cards so that helps if you don't have coins. Be careful as one of the driveways is really steep and the surface lot with Popeyes has some large potholes. read more

Gets the job done, but kind of in a bad area, and is really run down. The car wash itself was cheap, and it cleaned my car somewhat adequately. Alot of spots were left uncleaned, but thats what you pay for I guess. They had the disposable wipes and stuff you could purchase for $1. They also had hose and vacuum services for cheap. The exit and entrances are very steep and bad for your car, so if you do decide to go, be careful and go slow! read more

I was in line for the drive through wash when the owner knocked on my window and told me I probably wouldn't be happy with the wash considering how dirty my car was, and suggested I used the power wash. I told her I didn't want to get out of the car and was fine with a rinse. She has me pull around anyway, and power washed my car herself so I never had to get up! Unbelievable. The people here truly care about their customers and the quality of their services. I will definitely be back and certainly will not ask anyone to power wash my car for me again. Kind of a scam if you ask me. it gets the job done I don't deny that. but they advertise 5 mins for 3$ but the timer started at 4:30 and when I was trying to change modes from rinse to soap it would take 10-15 seconds for the hose to realize this change. i was able to wash my entire car with $3 bc i have a miata but i'm guessing you'd need to pay $6 to clean a midsize sedan or suv read more

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! I was having trouble working the self serve car wash and called the number posted around the location. A very nice woman answered, shortly after she and two other gentlemen arrived to helped me. They were all so nice and helpful. After the car wash, there was still some tenacious patches of bird poop stuck on my car. They spent an extra 15 minutes washing my car themselves to make sure i left with a spotless car! Great value and clean the car nicely. The first machine we used was broken and thus it leaks/sprayed water from the very top and got all of us soaking wet. It was very counterproductive as we were trying to rinse and it was still giving us soap from that joints. Ended up having to spend more money at the next stop. This place is outstanding. I came here on Sunday to wash my girlfriends car and screwed up using the self service car wash credit card machine, (it was user error). I contacted the number on the system and to my surprise, spoke with one of the owners. She took care of the issue. I went back the next day and washed my car, this time with coins. Great place! It was my first time trying this car wash out. I was a little skeptical because of the area that it's in, needless to say, I was completely happy with the service all the equipment provided and the drive thru car wash worked really well too (my car hadn't been washed in months and it looked great after). There were two employees there at the time, and both were very friendly and helpful. One employee even offered and actually washed my mats when she saw me smacking them together to get all the dust and dirt off. For a weekend DIYer this place is great. Sit in your car in the auto system or drop your quarters in the manual bays. Actually, you can drop your bills or cc as well. This place is great for getting the job done cheaply. I have been here a couple of times. I wash my mini cooper convertible here because i can't take it through the sprayer wash places due to the ragtop, and I don't want to pay someone else to wash it. Everything has always been functional. It's about $3 for a single cycle, and I am slow so I do two. Then pull up and spend another $1 on the vacuum. Credit cards are accepted for the wash cycles but not the vacuum. I bring my own window cleaner and towels to do the windows and dry the car in the parking lot. It looks amazing! There was an attendant who would walk by and check if I needed anything. read more
