I would actually give them a zero if I could so I go up to buy a car. I saved a little money. I'm on Social Security didn't have a lot of money and I saved $1700 for this car. I called the guy before I went. He told get me into a car I get to the car lot and he tells me 1500 before the paperwork tells me another 200 he gets $1650 me and I told him when I came in the door that I had a knee that was bone bone he goes ha ha me too so we're looking at cars and he didn't even come out of the out of the Nobody look at cars. Nobody helped me at all. I went outside. He told me there was a Saturn. There was a standard. I told him I needed to test drive this car this way. I wouldn't know if my knee could actually handle driving he never responded to me. He totally ignored me. I was too excited about buying a car to continue with talking about it because I don't know. I guess I just thought that maybe I could do it so I drove from my house from the to my house. I get home and I out the windows don't work. I took a of the windows in the driveway at the car wash when I bought the the windows did not go up or down, but I thought maybe it's a button I'm not pushing correctly or something so I get home. Call him and tell him the windows don't work and he tells me to go buy a fuse. I've had this car five minutes and he wants me to pay to fix it not only that the car he's selling the car for $6400 at the Kelley blue book on the car is around $3500 to say that didn't bother me in the beginning but what did bother and told him I had to bring the car back. He told me to keep it a month. I told him I can't drive the car. I don't feel comfortable keeping it for a month so on Tuesday two weeks to the day that I bought the car I drove the car up dropped it off. His brother gave me a paper saying I dropped the car off all good no problem so I get home and I called him and told him I dropped the car off. When can I get my deposit back and he goes oh as soon as the title comes OK so I decided I was gonna call the North Carolina DMV this morning and find out about the title. They told me no no no no not right with so they're gonna put me through on Monday morning to the people at the title I'm gonna call the Attorney General's office. I'm gonna call the Better Business Bureau. I'm gonna call everybody that I can call to make sure that this stops because he ripped off an old woman and will not give me my money back he's mean I don't understand the way. He was flashing money in the office when he was selling cars the day I went in $1500 is nothing to him. It's like a dollar to him, but I literally had to save three months because I'm on Social Security to be able to buy a car now he's stolen my money in my opinion and I can't even have the money to get another car something I can drive so I just think that everyone should be very aware. There's other things that went on that day that I have on video that I'd rather not mention on here at this time, I'm gonna have a lawyer deal with it and just go from there. You can't do this to people and he's called me stupid a few times text messages that I have I'm 65 years old this man's calling me stupid i'm far from being stupid and he's about to find that out so just letting you know if you go there to buy a car just remember if he sells it to you and it's junk you're stuck with it because that's how he deals and he doesn't doesn't care if it's woman child man he don't care he will still keep your money and not give two craps about you. Everybody on his page says all they're so good. They're so they're so I mean what it takes one person get ripped off of people to know who they're dealing ridiculous so here's his review and he knows what he can do with it once he reads it see him in court. I'm not playing with It's worth the payment for me to put a lien on his business if I I don't care what I gotta do to get my money back and then he starts complaining that he paid my insurance he did. I'll agree to that he did that was 180 bucks and as soon as he paid me $200 so he was trying to hit me up for 20 extra dollars on the insurance knew I didn't have enough money for the down payment or for all of the are you gonna try to hit me up for an extra $20 because you're greedy that's why and he that out. He can take the title and fees out. He take out the insurance money and give me the rest of my money back, but he doesn't He wants to keep every single penny of my money. Extremely rude and very nasty attitudes. Car overheated the very next day. The owner will act like he's really trying to help you out but he's just there to make a buck. They don't care. They try to sell people crappy cars because they know there is no lemon law in NC. If you run into any type of situation where you may be late on a payment,he will immediately repo your vehicle. And record a ticktock video on the way to get your vehicle. Literally telling the worl all your info and your situation and crack jokes about people's misfortunes. I would never waste a dime at this dump . They take terrible advantage of people who don't have the credit to buy brand new. I get the business end of it,but they will go out of their way to humiliate,degrade people personally. And they will use very nasty language and talk to you anyway they want. The owner has a sense of entitlement of power and will be extremely rude. " I givith and take it away" attitude. The owner of this company was very rude and made my disabled friend cry who had stopped in to inquire about a truck that they had for sale. She was too demanding and so the owner told her that he didn't need her money and to take her A-- off his car lot. I called and talked to the owner and he said she was too demanding and he didn't need her money. So I said "You rise above that and be the better person." but he fussed me out too. So don't go there and be too demanding of information about any vehicle. Maybe you will be treated better... I hope so. I am praying for this man for him to see the error of his ways and treat people better. You might go there and they decide that they don't like how you look and don't be too demanding of information because they might cuss you out too and decide that they don't need your money either. read more

On June 23 2022 I went to buy a car when I got to town, Grant had the best prices that I could find in the time crunch I was in. He was kind, and seemed to be honest. He drove my car to me after I bought it, and, after I mistakenly left the dome light on he offered to jump me but it was not needed I have AAA. ( I mention these things he did after getting a text saying my bad review did not mention the good, so there ya go Grant I mentioned the "good" things you did) He said the car was in excellent shape, and that it had no oil leaks etc....It just stunk from the previous owner and had a issue with the vent flapping after the car was off. Even though he states to everyone including me "as is" the verbal agreement which I have learned to record everything these days, As is was not with these engine issues! He in NO WAY said it had these issues. Sunday evening I noticed a oil leak, (TWO DAYS LATER) I called Monday and made an appointment with AAA and they discovered the valve cover gaskets were shot! And that the engine had been cleaned (which Grant told me he did to the car, it's no wonder) I encourage all of you that do get screwed to call BBB and attorney general,and most importantly the DMV dealership phone number which is 910-486-1331, and their website is https://www.ncdot.gov/.../fraud.../Portal/Pages/default.aspx .. Please take the time to file a proper complaint. As is, is that, but there are still laws and regulations in place to help protect the customer from being intentionally ripped off. No one buys a used car to use as a lawn ornament 2 days later!!! Any used dealer will have periodic issues, but one with this many after this long, not a good businessman!!!
