They are all amazing! We have bought 3 cars from them and will come back again. They make the process from start to finish flow so smoothly!

Put $3,000.00 cash down and traded in my beloved 2002 Honda Accord for it. When it was all said and done I gave them $3,500.00 in monetary value and within 3 weeks the Toyota was out of commission. The transmission had completely failed. When I contacted Lupe about a resolution she was incredibly rude, used profane and derogatory language/remarks and refused to help. I was out 3,500 and she somehow paid off the loan so it doesn't even show on my credit report. FRAUDSTERS. SCAMMERS!!!! LEMON VEHICLES ARE SOLD HERE!!!! If you're hard working beware of this place, It's a working class individuals WORST NIGHTMARE. I lost 2 cars because of this place and a lot of money. If I had more resources at the time I would have sued... giving two stars because two star reviews are harder to remove from yelp. Hoping this message finds anyone considering this place TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. I wish I could give it negative stars!!! Horrible 0/10

Low credit no problem, you dont need a license..you know the works. Now I will say they have nice vehicles. The woman here asked my wife what her credit score was. She told her credit karma isn't real....then to top it off she was very disinterested in helping in any way. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend a racoon here at all. Do yourself a favor and keep driving by.

@CarMaxVictorville, CA We went to CarMax Victorville on…read moreSaturday, June 27, looking to trade in our car. We found a vehicle we were interested in, and when the salesperson pulled up the Carfax report, we noticed it showed 3 previous owners and a reported accident -- but this was never mentioned to us before we asked. When we asked what happened in the accident, the salesperson didn't know, and simply told us "just to be sure," implying they don't sell cars with frame damage. That's not reassuring when the report is sitting right there, and no one can explain it. As buyers, we expect the person selling us a car to actually walk us through its history, not hand us a report and hope we don't read it closely. If we hadn't asked, we wouldn't have known any of this. Be sure to ask direct questions and read the Carfax yourself before you sign anything here. @CarMaxMurrieta, CA We visited CarMax Murrieta today to get an appraisal on our trade-in. We are the original and only owners of this car and have never been in an accident -- no claims, no repairs, nothing. So we were stunned when they came back and told us there was "frame damage" and asked if we'd been in an accident. We know our car's history better than anyone, and this simply isn't true. It's hard not to wonder if this is used as a reason to lower trade-in offers. If you're bringing a vehicle in for appraisal here, get a second opinion elsewhere before you accept what they tell you about your car's condition.

The idea of CarMax is great, the place itself is not…read more I usually do the traditional dealership experience but the car I really wanted was here. My husband set an appointment to do the 24 hour test drive. Because of the timing with the kids getting out of school he called to ask if we picked it up early, could we still return it at 5pm the next day (like an hour difference). They said yes, not a problem. He went to pick it up and they essentially said whoever he spoke to lied to him and that it had to be returned exactly 24 hours after pickup, no exceptions. 24 hours and he had an appointment for when we dropped it off. We got there a little early and they said that they didn't have anyone available to assist us. The appointment meant nothing, we waited for over an hour past our appointment time before anyone could help us. We buy the vehicle and immediately start seeing things that were not obvious before. A crack in the windshield covered by a sticker (why did they cover it?), scratches all along the side of the car, the brakes squealed something terrible, taillight was full of water, one of they keys had a button that was taped on (not obvious because they had a cover on it), the list goes on. So my husband spends some money to get an inspection done at a brand dealership only to find that there are a myriad of things that were overlooked. CarMax did at least agree to do their own inspection and fix some of the things, but this truly should not have been an issue to begin with. So now our new to us vehicle has been sitting at CarMax for over a week to have some issues addressed. Exactly how I wanted to enjoy my purchase.
