Food was great the portion sizes are huge so Make sure if you're traveling like our group was to maybe split portions up so you don't end up with leftovers. My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for years because of the food and ialso because of ita hometown feel. Even my parents and my grandparents before them frequented this restaurant. It has definitely been a fixture of the Springfield landscape for decades. My favorite here is their chicken parmesan. They always include a side salad of your choice, as well as, garlic bread for everyone. If we had the time we would come more often. I believe even some of the wait staff are part of the original crew! Good luck finding that kind of service at any other restaurant these days. Their food has always been perfect, served hot and made fresh. We had a great time here for lunch today. The four of us made it a family day and this place was on our to-do list. Honestly no idea how this place has such high ratings. I grew up in the Philly suburbs and know a good cheesesteak and pizza place. This pizza is tragic. Ordered food for takeout and when they handed me the pizza box I could immediately tell the pizza would be soggy because the bottom of the box was so moist. The slice couldn't even hold up against itself. Flavor wise the pizza was tasty and the ingredients seemed good. The soggy crust just wasn't it. We also ordered calamari and honey chipotle chicken wings. The calamari was standard, nothing too special but not bad. The wings were my favorite item. Ordered takeout from here to try the Greek food. We ordered chicken souvlaki and pork souvlaki and the medi sampler as an appetizer. First the portions were large and came with a salad. I liked the salad ingredients but not the dressing. It seemed more like Italian than Greek. My husband and I had similar feelings towards the pork and chicken. The meat was not marinated. It had a bunch of seasonings on it but it was clear the flavor did not marry well. So it's really not souvlaki. Also the tzatziki sauce lacked flavor and consistency. I had fries with mine and my husband had potatoes. The fries were mushy and had no flavor. My husband liked the potatoes well enough. Actually a highlight was the dolmas- grape leaves. I likes the soft rice texture and the lemon flavor. I'd order that again. I'm curious how the other Greek food is. However if I am comparing a pan- Greek and Italian restaurant I'd probably just go to Saratoga Pizza which is closer to me. I tried Delia's Pizzeria & Grille for the first time in May and everything was exceptional! The butter and fresh rolls were a good starter cuz I love my bread rolls! The Buffalo wings are addictively delicious! I could eat the whole plate of wings but I had to share with the rest of my party. We tried the spaghetti carbonara and chicken brunello pasta. Out of the two pasta dishes, the chicken brunello pasta was my favorite. If Pasta is not your thing, do try the Bourbon Street Avocado burger! That burger was thick! I wish in didn't have to share that burger too! But we wanted to try a little bit of everything and that burger was juicy and cooked so good! The walnut and Gorgonzola chicken salad was tasty as well! Other dishes I would recommend is the Tuscan Caprese Flat-Bread Salad w/ Gyro, ‡Gyro (Lamb & beef) on Pita and Fries, and the baklava with vanilla ice cream Ala mode! I usually get take out but I have come with large group of co-workers as well . on my last visit yesterday I see that they have changed the decor. The staff is always pleasant & friendly. Went to dinner with friends on their recommendation. Started out with a plate of dolmas and hummus with pita, all solid. Ordered the lamb shank over orzo and it was good but the lamb had a lot of fat and the orzo was steeped in oil. The cinnamon spice was a little strong. It was fine but I should have ordered pizza or one of the Italian dishes. I really wanted Greek food even though I knew this was a Greek pizza joint. Service was very good. I always get takeout but today we finally got to dine in again. After living in San Diego for the past two years, I finally returned home, and Delia's was the first place I had to go. Surprisingly over there, there is no Peruvian food scene, so during the time I lived there, my mother (a heaven-saint) got a Whole chicken to go, double bagged it in her luggage, and hand delivered it to me from 1000+ miles away (and yes, she also brought the yellow and green sauce. That makes the experience!) To me, I usually hate when restaurants don't just focus on one type of food. I believe that focus helps you perfect your specialties, and having one small menu that you nail 1000x is better than a big menu where everything is mediocre. I can confidently say that for Delia's, this isn't a problem though. Admittedly, my bf said he liked the peruvian chicken more than his chichronnes but he still really liked it. For us, we get that once a week, and with three sides for the price of what it is, you get a STEAL. Everything today tasted great and the dessert portions were huge. Service was good today and our waitress was attentive, but most of my stars go to the fact that I never leave unhappy at this place, and that's why I'm so glad I can finally leave a review. I've been going to Delia's for over a decade now and whenever I'm back home visiting family, I make a point to come again. Service is consistently good and it has a family style environment with both booths and tables. Every time I come, I get pizza so I can't vouch for anything else on the menu but I'd say their pizza is top notch for the area. The crust is thin and they are generous with the toppings in my experience. I appreciate that you can get their gyro meat on the pizzas and that is what I'd recommend you try here. read more

Such a great spot for literally everyone, most places that serve multi-cultural food don't excel in al their dishes but this establishment 100% does. I usually crave Italian or Peruvian food and my friends always want pizza or Greek so this is the perfect place for that. I thought we'd had hair all over our pizza, but the general manager saw my review and called me to let me know that they cook corn in their ovens and sometimes the corn husk "hairs" mistakingly get left in the oven. He was very kind and professional and explained everything to me in a respectful manner. My wife and I were in the mood for some good Greek food. What we got ranged from awful to above average. We ordered a Medi Sampler and a Greek Sampler. The Medi Sampler had spanakopita, kalamata olives, dolmadakia, feta and pita. It came with a tzatziki sauce made of sour yogurt mixed with small thin strips of cucumber. Not appealing. The spanakopita had layers of filo dough with spinach & feta cheese. It had very flaky filo dough. The spinach and feta cheese flavors were mild and lacked seasoning. Although the filo dough was good in taste and texture, the filling was not flavorful. The kalamata olives were extremely salty. They were so salty, the natural olive flavor wasn't noticeable. Just awful unless you love licking salt. The Dolmadakia was hand-rolled grape leaves stuffed with rice. The rice was mushy. It had a taste of mint and a little lemon juice. The grape leaves had a decent marinade flavor. It was okay, but we've had better. The Feta cheese was crumbly, dry, slightly salty, slightly sour, and very mild in flavor. It tasted like it was made with cow's milk. We didn't eat it after tasting it. The pita was soft, moist, and typical tasting. There was one round piece cut into 8 slices. It was good but not special. The Greek sampler came with a salad. The choices were Caesar, Greek, or Garden salad. We chose the Greek salad. The Greek salad had romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onions, olives, cucumbers, feta cheese, a pepperoncino, and Greek dressing. Overall, it was a decent side salad. The sampler had Gyro, Chicken Souvlaki, Mousaka, Pastitsio, and Spanakopita. It was served with Greek potatoes and tzatziki sauce. The gyro was just strips of meat made of 80% beef and 20% lamb. It was moist and tender with a slightly crisp grilled exterior. It was savory, cooked well, and not gamey. This was the best part of the sampler. The Chicken Souvlaki was small chunks of grilled breast meat that were tender with a good grill flavor. The natural chicken flavor was good. There was no marinade or seasoning flavor. It should have been marinated at the very least. How is this Chicken Souvlaki? The Mousaka had layers of sliced potato, eggplant & ground beef, topped with bechamel cream. The potatoes and eggplant were barely seasoned and plain tasting. The ground beef was mixed with a tomato/red wine sauce that was edible but not appealing. The bechamel cream was smooth, creamy, and relatively thick yet light. It had a light milk and egg flavor. If you eat everything together, then it becomes somewhat decent tasting. The sour red wine flavor is the problem here. The Pastitsio had layers of pastitsio (bucatini) noodles, Greek-style seasoned ground beef with a hint of cinnamon, and a nutmeg bechamel topping. There were 4 layers of pasta that were plain with no seasoning or feta cheese. The beef had a light cinnamon and tomato flavor. The bechamel had a cheese flavor with a hint of nutmeg. The thin layers of seasoned beef and bechamel were not enough for all of the pasta. If there was enough, this dish would be good. The Greek potatoes had a lemon flavor. It had no herb or chicken broth flavor. There was a scant dusting of some type of herb. There wasn't enough to taste it. Greek potatoes? I think not. This side dish was awful. The dining room and restrooms were clean. The service was friendly, attentive, and informative, especially the waiter who answered all of our questions about their food. Although the Greek food was incredibly disappointing, the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. So, if you can find something to love, the dining here can be very good. Reviews definitely favor this restaurant, I was excited to get some good Italian pasta for dinner! The restaurant was not busy, service was very friendly, seat yourself, menu was diverse with Peruvian, Italian, and Greek items. We ordered the dolmas- Greek stuffed grape leaves, and two pasta entrees- one spaghetti marinara with meatballs and one fettuccini Alfredo with sweet Italian sausage. Each came with our choice of ceases, Greek, or house salad. They offer complementary dinner rolls, but we were more interested in garlic bread, so we made sure to order some of that. Once the salads and appetizers came out I was SUPER impressed. The salad was larger than a typical side salad and had all the fixings, including plenty of feta cheese (an ingredient typically skimped on). Also self serve dressing which I found a very thoughtful addition- sometimes you get a salad drenched in dressing which is no fun and one lacking dressing. Equally not as fun. This helped a lot. The dressing was not Greek dressing but it was tasty so I let it go. The grape leaves came with a salad under it and had plenty dolmas. The dolmas themselves weren't he best I've had but still good. Garlic bread was quite tasty seem to come fresh from the oven very crunchy and had good flavor, I didn't even touch the dinner rolls. Nothing wrong with them but nothing special either. Then came the entrees. They look incredible. Also the pasta tasted good- I came to the conclusion that the meat is just not high quality though. The meatballs and the sausage were not good. Also once my noodles settled they were SITTING IN GREASE. Lacking a little seasoning. Price wise, not bad at all but quality and taste is not quite there for a 4 star review. Another note is that the desserts looked awesome- and the Coca Cola we had was POPPIN. Full of bubbles and carbonation. That's the stuff. Overall, I definitely did not hate my experience at Delia's. It was quite enjoyable, I just to know that I would not return for Italian food.... if not just for my health. perhaps their Peruvian or Greek food is better. BLUF: it's good food at a modest price. We haven't been here in probably over a year, so decided to go back and check it out. The service was prompt and friendly. We ordered calzones, and the waitress offered to bring more sauce for it without being asked, which is something to me because IMHO most places never ever give you enough sauce with a calzone. The calzones themselves were very rich and stuffed with cheese. Two minor complaints though: very little ricotta cheese, and the additional ingredients were all bunched together in one part of the calzone. It looked like a stack of pepperoni slices had been put in there without any effort to separate them. The salads are relatively basic, with a lot of iceberg lettuce. The place was very uncrowded for a Saturday night. It used to be packed on weekends. I hope they can ride out the COVID decline in diners until things get better (which hopefully will happen someday soon). read more

What a hidden gem! We've driven by so many times and never noticed it was even there! That being said, we are SO glad we went for lunch today! The staff were so friendly and, though it was busy when we arrived, we were quickly seated. For lunch we had the Delia's Deluxe pizza, Delia's BBQ wings, and the Fish-n-Chips...it was all delicious! There wasn't anything we didn't enjoy! Everything was fresh, tasted amazing, and served rather quickly. We've tried various other pizza places in the area, some local and some chain, and the pizza at Delia's bests them all in our opinion! It will definitely be our go-to pizza place from now on. I've been to Delias a few times now so wanted to review. I've only been here on week nights so I can't speak for weekend traffic. Most week nights aren't too busy. I came with a big group. They really do have something for everyone since they have multiple cuisines here (American, Peruvian, Mediterranean, and Italian. This is the place to go when your family cannot decide what they want.   I tried the lomo saltado, and chicken parmesan. The food is not amazing but it's good and the portions are huge. They give you enough food to share or have for dinner the next day. The food comes out quickly too. They have TV's so you can watch the news like you would see in a sports bar. Delia's somehow manages to be a melting pot of multiple cuisines and multiple atmospheres (family restaurant, hole in the wall, bar).     Service is fairly attentive especially for a group. One of the times I came, the server forgot someone's food and they cancelled the order. The bathrooms were clean. There is a free parking lot that is never packed.  Definitely worth a visit! read more

The pita was served with french fries-yum. The lady who gave me my food was very nice. My food was very nice. The whole experience would have been excellent had I received tzatziki sauce for my gyro. My family and I are there last night and our waitress was the absolute worst. It took her forever to take our order. Once she took it, and our food came that was horrible as well. My husband ordered the gyro platter with Greek potatoes. They were both so salty that he could hardly eat it. I ordered the grilled chicken on pita bread with feta cheese, lettuce, tomato and taziki sauce. That was horrible as well. There was barely any chicken in it, my pita bread was hard as a rock and my order of fries tasted and looked like they were left from lunch. (This was 6 in the evening). To make matters worse, we were never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. Not once!!! We had to hunt her down and ask for refills. In the past, I have always enjoyed eating at this restaurant. The food had always been great along with our servers, until last night. I have always brought family in to have lunch/ dinner there. Now I am very reluctant to come back myself, let along bring family and friends. Both the food and server was just horrible. There was no reason for that whatsoever. read more
