This is my favorite cigar lounge in town. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of fine cigars. Close to home. Just heard they are about to have a bar. They have a cigar festival once a year since 2010 when it was formerly Serious Cigars. I will keep coming back for future cigar recommendations. read more

I'm a newbie when it comes to cigar smoking so I had many many questions but I strolled in anyway and a young kat named Alex helped me out tremendously. In fact he was so accommodating I think I may drive out of my way just so I can give him my business. Now he's not the owner but still very knowledgeable and even though I didn't stay to hangout I seen several beautiful women enjoying themselves. Very close to our home. Nice selection, very large humidor with competitive prices. I love it because it's adjacent to one of my favorite wine bars & they are affiliated so you can enjoy your sticks along with your vino if you so choose. All of our friends from other cites are always impressed with the price/selection when we bring them here. I think they need more seating in the front section though. My friend and I come here once a week. HUGE selection of cigars. The smoke room is nice with comfortable chairs. Ventilation is adequate but I hear he car really turn it up if needed. I just wish they had a good coffee maker there.. But you can bring drinks and food if you like... read more

The shop has a HUGE variety of cigars, tobacco of different kinds, vapes, and my favorite - Swedish SNUS! I would love people to know more about snus because it is safer than all other ways of using tobacco. The snus they have is one of the best original swedish brands - GENERAL SNUS. They sore it in the fridge as required and have a good choice of snus flavors - mint, original, wintergreen and some others. I only wish they had one of my favorite brands called Skruf there. It's a relatively new brand of snus marketed for younger generations, and they have a variety of great flavors like mango, mint, peach and more:) Serious Cigars also have a nice lounge to relax. My dear friend suggested I check out Casa Dr Montecristo on FM1960 because I wanted to get a humidor and some cigars for my husband. I am clueless about cigars and Willis Cobb was a godsend! Not only is he knowledgeable about every cigar in the store (it seemed like there were hundreds to choose from) he was kind and patient and helped me narrow down my choices to pick out the perfect birthday gift! Best prices of any Cigar shop I have ever been to, as well as the largest selection of amazing brands.

You should be careful before you order from this company. I ordered 2 boxes of cigars and paid extra for 2 to 3 day shipping so I would have the cigars in time for a trip I had planned. After 2 days I still haven't received a shipping notice. I called to find out why and was told that the cigars I ordered were out of stock even though there was no indication of that when I ordered them. I was also told it would take 2 to 3 days to credit my account even though my card was charged instantly for cigars that were not in stock. I never had a problem with Serious Cigars before they were brought out by Casa de Montecristo. I don't believe the new owners have the same comitment to customer service as before. read more

I am a first time online orderer from this place, and they have one of the best selections on the web if not the best, and their prices are just as low or lower than anyone else. What sets them apart is the amount of small batch/boutique cigar companies that they have cigars available from. Most of the other guys only focus on the big names, but Serious Cigars has plenty of the cigars from the little guys as well. Their selection is tremendous and they have a lot of cigars in stock that are out of stock at some of the other big name online cigar companies. I ordered on a Wednesday night and wanted to change my order, so I wrote them an email describing what I wanted changed. Before I had a chance to call them thursday morning and confirm the changes, Serious Cigars had already changed the order to my liking and had already packed the order and printed the shipping label. I received my cigars the very next Saturday, 3 days later, from Houston to Delaware where I live. The cigars were double boxed, wrapped in bubble wrap, and sealed in a plastic bag with a boveda humidity packet. The cigars arrived in perfect condition. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great online retailer. This place has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and deservedly so.
