    Quesabirrias

I think this is the 4th time I've been here and I have never been disappointed. The food came out hot and the margaritas were fantastic. The service was great and friendly. I also ordered a to-go mega burrito that looks fantastic(not pictured). It was the special of the day and only $9! All the prices were fair and affordable. Salsa was on the spicy side but I loved it. I also ordered cheese dip and it was quite tasty. Their margaritas were so good, we ordered a pitcher of strawberry margarita on the rocks. Our bill didn't even total $60. I love the chill environment, very relaxing. We even sat chatting for an hour after finishing our meals and they were super nice about it(it wasn't busy). I will definitely be back soon!

Quesabirrias with no onions. This was fantastic, super juicy. I could drink that broth by itself!

Ordered via DoorDash. We ordered the quesabirrias & nachos fajitas. I regret not getting a picture of the fajitas, they're so tasty though! The onions & green peppers are so fresh & crisp still. We got a couple sides of sour cream but they seemed a bit off in a way I'm not sure how to explain. Kind of salty? The star of the show is definitely the quesabirrias. They're tender & juicy, and a bit messy too if you're doing it right. I want that broth on everything I eat until the end of my days! We won't just be back, I'm thinking about moving in.

Cute place! I had the Quesobirria (birria tacos) and loved it! Family enjoyed their food too. Great food for the price!

    Carnitas Street Tacos

My family and I were in town for a show at Ball State and stumbled upon this hidden gem. I had the Carnitas Street Tacos and they were delicious! I loved the decor and just the overall aesthetic of this place ! Great food, friendly service, and great ambiance ! Wish we had a place like this closer to home !

    Chicken Chimichanga Dinner

This is my favorite place to eat in Muncie!!! I go all the time and it's always delicious!!

I prefer Puerto better. Food was good, but nothing to make it stand out over other Mexican restaurants

It's inexpensive and edible. The service was good, the menu was huge (could be simplified a lot more), but the food was not fantastic.

Good chips & salsa. Burrito was made from good, fresh ingredients. Give you more than enough food at a reasonable price.

I don't want to be hyperbolic, but Concannon's makes the best donuts that I've eaten, ever, in my…read moreentire life. Ever. One hundred percent. Nay, one thousand percent. You guys. I don't play with donuts. I'm a donut-eating fool. Donuts are my thing. I have glaze running through my bloodstream. I've never eaten better donuts than the ones I got from Concannon's in Muncie. In fact, I'm planning another trip to Muncie JUST to visit Concannon's and get some donuts. What's a two-hour round-trip drive when you can be rewarded with amazing donuts during your journey? I visited Concannon's by myself, and although I wanted one of each of the donuts they had in the bakery case, I limited myself to three donuts: a glazed pretzel-shaped yeasted donut, a blueberry cake donut and an old fashioned donut. My go-to at any donut shop is usually a glazed twist, but they don't have glazed twists here! Instead, they have a glazed pretzel-shaped donut, which turned out to have all of the elements of a glazed twist, but it was just bigger and more twisty. It was amazing, pillowy, slightly sweet and even more delicious when you pull it apart with your fingers and eat it bit by bit. The blueberry cake and old-fashioned donuts were my favorites, though. These melted in my mouth, especially the old-fashioned. It was so tender and fresh. The old-fashioned is one of those kinds of donuts that I wish I enjoyed with some coffee, but instead, I ate it solo while dancing around delightedly in my hotel room. Concannon's has lots of other sweets, desserts and baked goods, like cakes (including mini cakes and individual cake slices), cookies, whoopie pies, chocolates, popcorn, candies and all sorts of other goodies. There is also a cafe with coffee and other beverages available. This is a must-visit if, like me, you love donuts, but also a must-visit in general because it's such a Muncie institution.

I have been in Muncie now for awhile. It amazes me that people eat this stuff. It's all the exact…read moresame stuff. It's not real pastry not even close. It's tons of bread w/ a little icing. Everything there is buttercream. They try to make you think it's different but it's not. You have to give them about 3 days for a whipped icing cake. Last time they were so rude I just walked out. I just don't know why people would want to waste calories on something so dang bad. And everything is always so dry. So I started making deserts so my friends here could see what a real dessert taste like. What a real donut is suppose to taste like. Now they have never ate there sense. If they took the time to make stuff fresh & quit cutting corners. They might save there company. Was so excited about there deli. Everything they just order in & it's all bad too. I would have ate there for lunch every day. It's not hard to use fresh ingredients. So I feel for people that think this is good. Step out & try somewhere in fishers or Indy or BroadRipple! Now you will have some epic pastry & you won't eat or waste this crap in your body. Gonna put sugar in your body make sure it's at least good! lol But if you don't care then my opinion does not matter. This is for people who do care. & need a little push! ‍
